Appart' hotel Le Monde Paris Pont d'Ivry

Bon séjour chambre rénovée, propre et spacieux. Le matelas n'est pas très bon car pas assez ferme et mal au dos le lendemain.

Zimmer waren gut-wenn man reinkommt gab es erstmal einen komischen Geruch-aber man sagte uns wir sollen durchlüften und die WC Spülung mal spülen lassen. Das Hotel hatte Parkplätze für 15 eur die Nacht was gut war -denn sonst gibt es keine Möglichkeiten was zu finden. Bus und Bahn um ins Zentrum zu kommen bissi umständlich-Vorallem abends-aber wir haben uns mit Uber geholfen. Bäckerei gleich neben dem Hotel was gut zum Frühstücken ist.

The room presentation was poor with a broken towel rack and a very noisy ac unit that requires me to sleep with the window open to lower the room’s temperature. Also, breakfast stopped surviving.

Dommage que le paiement ait été directement prélevé sur la carte ayant servi à la réservation. Ce n'était pas ce qui était prévu dans le cadre de ma réservation.

Notre nuit a cette hôtel a été catastrophique, une odeur d égout a envahi la chambre pendant la durée de notre séjour, la salle de douche puait tellement que la douche a été impossible, l ayant signalé a l accueil en rentrant le soir aucune action a été prise nous avons hésité a partir le soir même, du coup depard prématuré a 8h30. Pour le petit déjeuner ras , prévoir supplément pour le parking .

As expected for the price. Rooms are a bit dated but functional.

The building was new so it wasn't bad, but it was very inconvenient to have to take the bus and subway to get to the tourist attractions for an hour. I was very dissatisfied that they didn't even clean the room and only gave me 3 towels to use, even though I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The only good thing was that the price was cheap.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Warning to those who think the photos are nice. We fell for it as well. The halls have a bad smell like fish on one end and the other end smelled like sewer. Inside of our room at first we found a huge spider that we killed. Then there a bunch of insects near the light fixture on the ceiling. We couldn't sleep because air conditioning was not big enough for the room. It only cooled the entry and the small kitchen. The rest of the room was boiling hot. We couldn't sleep. I messaged the hotel staff and talked to them in the morning. The front desk said he would talk to the manager. No problem he said. He made me feel like they would refund at least one of my two night stay. We did check out only after one night. It's obvious they are more interested in money then serving people. I never give bad reviews and I have this hotel an opportunity to make things right, but they didnt.

beds and sheets full of disgusting hair and the mattress wasn’t clean, still praying it wasn’t bedbugs, no visible sign for the building the entrance is from the back, area at night can be a bit sketchy.

The room was nice and clean but the property is further from all the destinations than listed on their page. The staff is rude and unwelcoming.

My stay here was very meh, from the beginning, the reception lady was not friendly at first , I didn’t get proper instructions for the room , it seemed like she just wanted to give me the room and get it over with , even while checking out , they wanted to get it over with , not friendly at all, my friend had left me a bag to with them to give it to me , when I went to grab it , the lady slammed it on the table . Not polite at all. The rooms are good , well equipped kitchenette.

It was a good hotel conveniently located outside of the busy city. Public transport is available close by.

Great Property

The hotel is at a good spot. Far from central paris but it's very bad in terms of cleanness. There's no room service. There's no room cleaning and exchange of towels. The reception doesn't understand little English.

Savnede lidt rengøring. Vi kom til at mangle toiletpapir og da vi bad om det kunne vi ikke få en hel rulle, men en halv rulle, der var fundet inde på et offentlig toilet.

Great Hotel overall but not a nice neighborhood

The front desk was rather unhelpful. Had to pay extra for the parking garage when already booked a hotel stay and then didn’t even have access to the parking garage. Had to have hotel staff assist every time. They couldn’t even figure it out. Waited over 30 minutes just to get access to my car. Then when leaving had to go back in multiple times for them to figure out how to open the exit garage gate. It’s also in a separate building. Additionally the entrance to the hotel is in an alley. There is construction happening out front. Just a headache in general. The room was clean though. Couldn’t figure how to turn on the lights and you have to put your key card into this insert and leave it in. Strange. Just a weird stay all around. Didn’t feel welcome or supported AT ALL.

J’ai apprécié la localisation de l’hébergement mais malheureusement il n’y a pas de parking ce qui rend l’accès compliqué

Good accomodation to visit Paris

Great room and little area. Only issue was that it’s far from any of the metro lines so getting into the city was a bit of a hassle but otherwise it was great.

I would not book this place again for the following reasons which should be considered: 1. Location is very inconvenient from paris city center. I wish I had seen someone post about this. You have to take a bolt which is like an uber and its around 35 to 45 minutes one way. Do that 2 to 4 times a day and its a huge waste. Public transportation is over an hour and can be very confusing. 2. The staff is not english speaking. I tried very hard to speak french and be respectful but they were rude if any of my words were wrong. 3. There arent amenities. I guess europe doesnt use flat sheets on the bed. There was no lotion or bar soap. Only 2 thin towels. No water at all. We were dying of thirst and they said sorry no water and also no ice. 4. No dresser or drawers anywhere so we lived out of our suitcase. 5. Property has no signs telling you how to get in so we wandered around the property in the freeezing cold. The only pro was the bakery next door was good and fairly priced. If you are looking for convenience this place aint it. Id aim to get closer to paris center so its easier and faster and cheaper to get around.

Hotel sauber und sicher, leider hat ein Zimmer immer nach Rauch gerochen , die beiden anderen waren nicht betroffen.

It was out of the main city and next to an incinerator plant

Habe schon in unzähligen Hotels und Apartments übernachtet, musste aber noch nie Kaution zahlen und den Abwasch selber erledigen, da ansonsten bis zu 60€ von der Kaution einbehalten werden! Die Zimmer waren klein, staubig und haben durch die Lüftung nach Essen gerochen. Die Aussicht auf den Innenhof war nicht schön. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist sehr groß. Plant eine Stunde mit mehrmals umsteigen!! Dafür sind die Verbindungen aber in Ordnung. Frühstück, Essen und Lebensmittel einkaufen gleich um die Ecke!

L'hôtel semble bénéficier d'une politique de management axée sur l'excellence, le calme et l'écoute des clients. L'accès en transports en commun vers Paris est très pratique, grâce au RER C ou à une combinaison de bus et de métro. La résidence hôtelière est située dans une toute nouvelle zone d'habitation encore en développement. Les locaux sont neufs, spacieux et lumineux, offrant un cadre agréable et moderne pour les séjours des visiteurs.

Mala opción por la distancia del hotel al centro y del hotel al aeropuerto

Chambre propre, mais litterie cassée, lavabo bouché. Dommage. Buffet du petit dejeuner tres bien. Rien a redire de ce coté, et accueuil tres bien. Pas de restaurant, mais on en a a proximite.

Parking is availabile but youll need a whole other address to get into the parking garage... it eas frustrating until i went in and asked. Other than that... aweome hotel

Lugar bom para família, possui uma mini cozinha, bem embaixo do hotel tem uma padaria e um mini carrefour . Não fazem limpeza diária, bem longe do centro

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Transport in the area is very convenient and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Hotel staff are friendly enough but when you tell them about your concerns, nothing changes. Our bed was completely 2 different levels, like a bunk bed. My husband’s mattress was 4 inches higher than mine. They warned us about making sure to clean all our dishes or they would charge us 45€ meanwhile I found a glass in the window, dirty, and all of the dishes were filthy. I had to wash everything before I could use any of it. There was no toilet paper and when we asked for more, they never brought it up. We had to go back downstairs and get more ourselves. The stove also didn’t work. It wouldn’t even turn on at all. Also, the air conditioning did not function properly. It was blowing some air but it wasn’t cooling. We ended up opening the windows which let in a ton of mosquitos. Pay the extra money and go somewhere. Lessons learned from this hotel and it was not worth it.

These are the important items for me: cleanliness A ; room A ; front staff A ; breakfast buffet A and room itself A . In other words, this is a GREAT hotel. Lovely room with great shower/ hot water. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, crepes, pastries and fresh pressed juices. I'll be back!!

One of the staff members in the morning shift was super helpful and shared many great tips. The area is not centrally located but felt reasonably safe.

Better than expected. Clean, large space

I found women hair in my room and they didn’t turn on heater And it was cold they said in the wintertime they will turn on the ac !!

Nice place in a developing area of town. Walking distance to some great restaurants.

I recommend this Hotel if the location is not important to you. The only concern to choose or not choosing this hotel is the location because it’s far from everything and there are a few stores around it, but overall the quality cleanliness and staffs are really good.

For family considerations it was more convenient to stay in Ivry-Sur-Seine, we stayed at 3 different places during our trip, The Originals was the best & the most economical. I cant recommend Ivry Sur Seine if one is visiting Paris, better to pay the extra money & stay closer to town. The RER C is a 20 minute walk, doesnt feel safe at night. Also, the breakfast isnt worth 14 Euros each.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The representatives were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly even though we do not speak french they tried to accommodate us every step of the way. Most of the staff speak English We will recommend TheOriginal Le monde Paris any time.

Great location and close to Bercy on the 325 for food and shopping

The staff and property manager were unhelpful and uncommunicative. The area where this is located is kind of far from the city. It's very inconvenient. When I emailed them for help they ghosted me.

Very nice hotel in a bad area waybout of the way 15 to 20 minute walk to the subway

No hot water for our 3 night stay. Was not officially even told about the lack of hot water but had to find the note posted in an elevator. But who knows maybe the cold showers are intentional because there’s no air conditioning (even though it is advertised), so your room will be the same temp as the outside and the only true way to cool down will be that cold shower. Inconvenient parking. Cheap facilities. Everything they purchased for this hotel is low quality and flimsy. The pictures do not show the reality. The staff does not care if you are comfortable. I would not stay again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was bright, well decorated and clean.

The only nice thing about this place was the lobby and the room had ac , other than that it smelled horrible in the lobby leading to the rooms the elevator the staff entered my room without asking and when I said something to the staff was no help , I had left a fake ring for it to be stolen lol , would not stay at this place ever again and beware of valuables

Location and old historic building nestled in the heart of the city. We didn’t like construction work and huge banners blocking the hotel entrance

Stayed there for five nights with 12 year daughter , everything was great and staff were amazing always happy to help you. My daughter loved it.

The hotel is brand new, opened a couple of months ago. Very well made and clean. Unfortunately many things went wrong during our stay: - Wrong check-in, I booked a room with two beds but I was told I did it wrong (even though on Expedia it said two beds) and that type of room doesn’t exist. They gave us two different rooms then, one of which was already occupied by somebody, when we entered this lady was with pajama on her bed, reception gave us a different one acknowledging the mistake. One day prior our departure a security guy came in our room at around 1pm and asked us to check out immediately as we were late, we kindly told him that we were checking out the day after that, so he left. There has been no housekeeping, on any of the three days we stayed in the hotel, there is actually no signage on the door either to communicate. There was no trash can in the room at all, it sounds silly but literally nowhere to throw away garbage On Expedia it is said that there is Free Breakfast, we consumed it every morning, a very poor one as hotel attendants don’t refill anything (not even clean coffee mugs). During check-out I was asked to pay 72 euros for all the breakfast, which I refused to do it, showing that on the Expedia reservation it said “Free Breakfast”. Overall very new but disorganized place, no communication at all.
