The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very modern. The bed was comfy but the two singles do slide apart very easily which then creates a gap in the middle of the bed. The free transfer bus to Disney was very useful and punctual and driver was very friendly! We have zero complaints about our stay except the hotel held a 1st birthday event while we were there so we had no access to the facilities that night, when we went outside to collect our Uber Eats we found the guests attending the event were extremely rude and gave us very judgemental looks as we were not ‘dressed up’ and would not let us past. Everything else was perfect and the pool was a really nice treat! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely new hotel. The staff were great when they could not initially find our expedia booking. The rooms are fairly large and very comfortable. The gym and pool looked great although we did not have time to use them. The restaurant was also very good. Not cheap but reasonable for the quality. It is a about 15 mins to Disney Parks but they have a shuttle and plenty of Ubers available for under 20E.

Several issues during our stay. The facility was beautiful, the service was unkind, unhelpful, and unprofessional from the time of check in to check out. It was clear that the front desk staff does not want to be there and it shows. Additionally, there is not enough staff to check in / help guests efficiently. They should hire staff from the Disney Park that understand how to deliver Disney level of service. As a hotel operator in the US, I was appalled by the way I was talked to and treated. Very limited offerings for food and a lot of restrictions. Avoid if possible, don’t be lured by the photos, the service and time restrictions/early and late closures of the on-site offerings, risk ruining your stay as it did ours. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND If taking the Disney shuttle bus as we hoped, important to know, they stop running shuttles 12-5, creating additional challenges.

Flight got cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. Both the hotel and hotels.com wouldn't accommodate our misfortune.

Lovely hotel

Breakfast delicious. Restaurant super tasty. Pool and gym facilities great. Loved the room & the shuttle to Disney was so easy and straight forward with lots of times. Would defo come back!

We had such a lovely stay! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well after long days at the Disney parks. It’s only a short ride to Disney, which was super convenient for us. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar – food and drinks were really nice (a little on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected so close to Disney). Simba and Jared were great! Overall, a great stay and we’d happily come back!

It’s a new hotel so everything is really modern and clean. Great shuttle service to Disneyland. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

The property it’s self is clean but the staff is rude or pretty much don’t try to help in anyway. They expect everyone to speak French. Dining menu was not the best but very expensive

The lady in the reception was grumpy when I asked her where to park when we arrived. The rest of the staff member were friendlier. Same breakfast menu served everyday.Signage to staircase must be more clearer as lifts then to get really busy.

4 star would be about right for this hotel. It was a nice clean hotel. The staff were pleasant and a complementary non alcoholic drink voucher was given upon check in. The room itself was nice and clean, although cosmetically it was unfinished. The kitchenette was great and they supplied most things for example a fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, kitchen utensils and a microwave. Tea/coffee machine was standard but the annoying thing was no water bottles. They had one water dispenser each floor which unfortunately was as far away as it possibly could be from our room. Breakfast was half decent. A choice of english or continental on offer, but no baked beans surprisingly. The breakfast staff were nice and polite. The shuttle bus was on the hour from 9am and I’d suggest getting on board quick as seating is limited. Two running buses might have been ideal. You had a shopping mall close by called Vl d Europe and also a fantastic outlet village next to the mall. The general area was very clean and safe, with a good choice of restaurants. This hotel is fairly new and I expect it will be completed and improvements made over the next year and could see myself going back one day.

Great location. Bus transfer to euro disney is brilliant. Rooms are good. Clean and modern. Good hotel - local area fairly quiet.

Great hotel for Disneyland; regular Disney shuttle bus during morning to after lunch and then again from evening to midnight. Excellent facilities in room / hotel, plus relaxing areas.

The property is a quiet suburb. There is a bus shuttle to and from Marne la Valle- Disneyland . Excellent swimming pool and Spa area. The staff were good and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable

Stayed for 3 nights when I took my daughter to Disneyland. It was a very nice hotel. Very quiet, only 10mins from Disneyland (€10-€15 by uber). There is a shuttle service as well. Highly recommended stay here if you’re looking to go to Disneyland. Very clean and comfortable.

This is a really cool hotel. Great vibes. Big comfy beds. Kitchen would be very convenient for longer stays. The amount of emails for their check in process is a bit much. And stay clear of the chicken burger on their menu. But would definitely stay again!

Great resort! Very family friendly, and very clean. We loved how prompt the transportation to the Disneyland was. Shuttle was leaving exactly on time, not a minute later. We will be back!

Staff not helpful. Long wait for check in. Did not get our VIP drinks. Staff careless, dining and breakfast terrible.

Hotel was fantastic. Only downside was it was a bit far away from convenient amenities like shopping, etc. shuttle to and from Disney was great! They also would help book a cab to get you to the airport on time.

Beds super comfy and decent shower. Nice food but food and drinks were a little expensive. Shuttle bus relatively infrequent but ran on time.

We were staying at the hotel primarily so we could visit Disney, and the hotel was spot on. Easy to get to, and lots of parking spaces in a secure car park (just remember you need to pay extra for this- 15euros per night.) the room was clean, beds were very comfortable and there was even a small kitchen area with fridge. We were very pleased with it and it was a good space to relax in. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, lots of choice even when busy. Staff throughout the hotel were all very helpful and polite. Restaurant was nice but limited choices, very few vegetarian options for main meals which may be an issue for some. However, the robot cat waiter was a highlight of the trip for my daughter! Pool was great, a really nice bonus to be able to swim during our stay. We used the free shuttle bus to and from Disney which was very easy and convenient, we also used it to get to the train station for a trip into Paris. Overall I was really impressed by the Ki Space hôtel, it was perfect for what we needed and surpassed my expectations. Would definitely stay there again!

Very modern tech

Loved our stay here. Regular shuttles to Disneyland Paris which is also next to a train station with direct trains into Paris. The pool is amazing, staff friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and well stocked with a kitchenette and very quiet at night. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel

Excellent location for Disney. Although four star it’s perfectly suitable. It was clean, pretty, had all the amenities we needed. The pool was lovely for the kids and so was the shuttle to Disney. It’s sort of in middle of nowhere so there’s nothing around you so walking would be pointless. Had to take taxi/shuttle anywhere we needed. The room service also closes early so if kids feeling peckish you’re in trouble. Apart from that we loved it. Felt clean, open and modern.

Veey convinient stay if you planning to visit a Disneyland. A great restaurant at the hotel. What I didn’t like is the fact there is no separation in bathroom between toilet and shower, basically you can’t use the bathroom after you take a shower because the water is all over.

We loved the vibe at the hotel and the swimming pool was a hit with the kids. The direct daily shuttle to and from Disneyland Paris was great and made our stay very easy when visiting the parks and central Paris.

I simply can’t understand why this lovely hotel didn’t have any washcloths. And the water pressure was a trickle. Also, it was a little difficult to get into the room by using the QR code on my phone. Also, the water machine in the hallway was pretty cool.

The rooms are very well laid out, with many outlets and options for lighting & storage. Great staff and the shuttles to and from Disney are punctual.

We stayed at KI Space in Paris to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional – every member of the team was so friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location is very accessible, and one of the highlights was the free transfers to Disneyland, which made our trip even more seamless and enjoyable. When our return flight was unexpectedly cancelled, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us immediately – offering quick solutions and making sure we were looked after, which we’ll always be grateful for. This was such a special trip for our family, and KI Space played a huge part in making it memorable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris – especially families looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

During our visit to Disneyland, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights, and I must say, our experience was truly exceptional. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the inclusion of a small kitchen was a delightful convenience. Furthermore, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant provided us with both delicious food and a wonderful breakfast buffet. If you are seeking a hotel near Disneyland, I wholeheartedly recommend this one.

Great hotel, very clean and well maintained.

It’s very convenient to stay with a free Shuttle service to Disneyland. The room was so clean, water dispenser just outside the bedroom, and of course the 55 inches tv. It’s not just an ordinary hotel, it has kitchen equipment. What a shame didn’t use the swimming as we don’t have time.

I asked for tye free drinks but wasnt offered

Great hotel! Lovely pool, close to Disneyland and we took advantage of the free shuttle. Rooms were spacious and well equipped for travel with a baby. The breakfast and food at the restaurant were quite overpriced and only ok. Also the hours of the restaurant were quite strange for a family resort (opened at 7pm). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel in june 25. Amazing hotel, staff great, restaurant and bar food wonderful, lovely pool and spa facilities although i personally didnt use. I was there with my daughter for mostly disneyland, it's about 15 mins away but hotel free shuttle bus runs regular. Large train station outside disneyland gates which goes to airport and Paris centre, definitely worth the trip. If i had to pick something negative it would be that the hotel is situated out on its own, there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, you are dependent on the shuttle or taxi if you dont hire a car. I also couldn't get any english tv apart from news channel, this might have been my fault, i didnt ask reception as it wasnt a big deal to me. All in all its a beautiful wonderful hotel, was perfect for us for a disney break, would not hesitate to go back again, we loved it.

This hotel was so nice! Close enough to Disneyland but also far enough away! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was so nice. 10/10 recommend to any one with kids or without kids!

Un très bel accueil. Chambre très sympa. 2 petits reproches, pour un hôtel qui joue à font la carte de l’eco-responsabilité… on ne vous met donc pas de petite bouteille d’eau dans le frigo de la chambre… servez vous dans un pichet au distributeur d’eau dans les couloirs… par contre…. Climatisation mise en route à 17 degrés dans la chambre…. Moins écologique! Nous sommes allés avec ma fille à la piscine, en demandant à l’hôtesse du spa où vous répond, la à droite… mais à aucun moment on vous propose de prendre des serviettes à l’accueil… Pensez y, une fois que vous êtes dans la zone de piscine… il n’y en a pas. Bref un hôtel très sympa et bien situé par rapport au parc. Évitez tout de même le restaurant… pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel.

Wir wollten ein Hotel in der Nähe der Disney Parks mit Shuttleservice. Alle Mitarbeiter, denen wir begegnet sind waren sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist modern und sauber. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und geräumig. Zum Essen können wir nichts sagen, da wir ohne Verpflegung gebucht hatten.

Nice hotel and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

It was spacious and I booked it for the greenery view over other hotels in the vicinity. It would be friendlier to provide all the email correspondences via Expedia in English instead of French. This is especially I’m on the road and no easy access to data service and grappling with translation. The phone in the room was not working. I had wanted to request for a new hand soap as the pump was defective. I also wanted to get an additional pillow for the sofa bed as it came without the normal pillows. I had requested for a green nice view. It would be even better if it does not partially face another building.

Overall a good stay

Stay was great. Breakfast is worth adding especially if traveling with kids. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, will do so on next visit

Overall I enjoyed my stay the highlight for myself and the kids was the pool, Check-in was swift and courteous, Room was basic, featuring only essential furnishings a bed, desk, and chair. Walls are bare, lack any decorative touches Bathrooms are clean. The arcade room for the children shouldn’t be chargeable for hotel guests. I also think that access to the spa should be included in the price for the overall stay, instead of having to pay extra to use it. The shuttle service is great.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Lade Stationen für E-Autos entweder auf dem großen Parkplatz oder direkt angrenzend. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang Der Shuttlebus zum Disneyland Paris ist einfach, unkompliziert und wirklich absolut Empfehlenswert. Hotel und Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Es ist Geschmacksache auf unverputzte Betonwände zu schauen, es ist halt der Stil des Hotels. Frühstück war gut. Alles in allem für einen Besuch im Disneyland sehr zu empfehlen.

Bella struttura, nuova , pulita . Colazione si potrebbe fare di più . Per gli spostamenti non è possibile che per la grandezza dell’hotel ci sia solo una navetta che ti porta al Parco . Ho visto altri hotel con 2/3 navette e come distanza erano anche più vicini al parco Disneyland.

Great convenient family orientated hotel near Disneyland parks. It has a free shuttle that takes you to and from the parks. The breakfast is variated and plenty of options. There's an arcade for children and also lots of gardens surrounding the hotel. It has a lovely spa and a big indoor pool perfect for children.

Brilliant stay whilst we went to Disneyland Paris. Rooms clean and spacious and swimming pool and games room were great to keep the kids entertained. Only problem was my daughter left something in the room and I called and emailed but still waiting for them to get back to me. Location was great and shuttle bus to and from the parks great once you get the hang of the timetable!

Hôtel récent, propre et moderne. Chambres très bien équipées ( café, etc…). Parking accessible et suffisant. Piscine grande et agréable. Personnel bienveillant et motivé. Attention, du monde au petit dej sur les créneaux familiaux tardifs. Très bonne alternative aux hôtels du parc Disney
