Leider ist der Pool wärend unseres Aufenthalts reviedert worden. Es wäre schön, wenn diese Information bei der Buchung ersichtlich gewesen wäre.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, saubere Zimmer, alles perfekt

Beim Check out musste man an der Rezeption warten, bis das Zimmer überprüft wurde... Fanden wir nicht so toll

Fantastic rooms and service

It was my third time in Aston and I really love it. I love everything like staff,clean,food,. I will come back for sure,I recomend to all people go to Palu.

Es war alles sehr freundlich und einfach . Anstatt Plastik Flaschen im Zimmer wurden im Gang Wasserspender aufgestellt.

The room was nice and modern. You can use Netflix on their TVs. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in a little bit earlier so I wouldn't have to wait hours for the regular check in time. They have coffee and gelato and other choices in their dining area. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff is very kind.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Aston Palu Hotel & Conference Center. The staff who picked me up and dropped me off at the airport was very friendly, communicative, and showed excellent hospitality. His name is Amin Rais. I would also like to thank Ibu Yani, the Front Office Manager, and Pak Rio, the Duty Manager, for arranging the pick-up service. They gave me a warm welcome and even provided the room earlier than the official check-in time. A special thank you to Bapak GM Muhaimin for his outstanding hospitality, the insightful sharing, and the knowledge exchange while treating me to coffee and snacks at Padma Resto. All these thoughtful gestures left me with a wonderful impression. Everything is going well with a nice and clean room. Excelent breakfast, clean rooms

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Location in the city centre.

This is my first day staying in Aston Palu, and I still have 2 more days, and so far so good. I arranged an office event here, and the staffs are super helpful, shout out to Mbak Tasya, thank you very much, ya, Mbak. Hopefully the event runs well tonight! Just a lil inconvenient when we enter the lobby area, since the parking lot is quite small, but the surrounding area is kind of good (it's in the downtown, so pretty easy to go anywhere). My most favorite part so far is the Nasi Kuning in breakfast session. It was good. I also tried the food in their cafe, Malila, and most of them were delicious. I recommend you guys to try the tuna satay and garang asem! So yeah, need some improvement, but I am sure Aston Palu will improve better in the future. Uh, a little complaint, when they cleaned my room in the 2nd day, they did not throw away the trash, and they forgot to put the floor mat so it got so wet in the bathroom. :(

Lobby was very small and drop off is not spacious

They mostly have smoking rooms, I think, so you’d have to really make sure to check if any non-smoking room is available

Good location for what we needed. Fantastic breakfast with many options. Rooms were clean, seemed fairly new and in good condition. Would stay again.
