Novotel Orléans Centre Gare

No windows to open The room card has to be on to have electricity in the room. To turn off the light at night , you need to take the card off so there is no way to charge the phones or devices at night. No hangers in the bathroom Staff is sweet and accommodating. Swimming pool is great

Very nice hotel in the centre of Orleans . Everything is walking distance . Parking was easy at the hotel , the staff is very welcoming and helpful .

Excellent

An ideal hotel for a city centre stay. Clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast buffet.

Very friendly front desk people.Room had large windows you could open for breeze and fresh air. Responsive thermostat was very nice

Chambre assez petite

Parking was extremely hard to find. Hotel should tell clients how to find it. Not for the faint of heart.

Konum, odanin konforu urun kalitesi cok guzel .

Good location, close to old town and shopping.

Very clean Hotel. Parking is very limited and difficult to navigate. Staff was accommodating after a long day of driving

Hotel bien ubicado para conocer la ciudad. Habitación recién reformada, moderna y cómoda. Cuenta con parking propio. Es un plus la piscina cubierta.

Excellent hotel. New. Nice rooms and amanoties. Pool was amazing. Well located and safe parking. Staff iOS amazing. Congratulations.

Clean room and bathroom, good bed, excellent airconditioning, nice staff. Astonished to find slippery shower tray with no non slip mat available. Bizarre choice of fitting in a hotel. Unclear when booking that garage spaces are very limited: not good when arrive with a car full Of luggage

Struttura centrale e curatissima, nonostante sia fronte stazione, all’esterno ci sono dei personaggi un po’ particolari, ma all’interno funziona tutto perfettamente. Curato, pulito e personale attento. Camere dotate di ogni comfort.

Perfect hotel met heerlijke spa!

Lovely hotel in a great location with a lovely breakfast. Parking was easy on a Saturday night and Sunday as there was free parking over the road.

Amazing staff service. Very clean and very nice and comfort room. Close to center

Excellent emplacement

Deuxième passage au Novotel Orléans Centre. Chambre propre et confortable. Hôtel facilement accessible. Cet établissement a maintenant ma préférence sur Orléans.

Zentrales Hotel, Lattenrost war kaputt, kleines Zimmer

I forgot The name of the girl on reception, but she was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially with the entry to the car park

From booking the hotel the hotel to departure the communications with the hotel have been fantastic. We found the hotel easily with the help from emails sent from the hotel. Check in was not only speedy but super friendly. Karolima, the receptionist helped us plan our 2 night stay and gave brilliant recommendations. She was so warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and compact but perfect for what we needed. Our bed linen was slightly ripped unfortunately. The bathroom had everything we needed with beautiful smelling rituals toiletries. The hotel was perfectly located for touring the old town and enjoying the bars and restaurants in one of the beautiful squares. The receptionists karolima and Justine are super friendly and will make your stay that much easier and nicer. I must also state that our dog, Meggy was welcomed with no problems at all and enjoyed the fuss.

Gracias

Wonderful staff, clean, spacious, loved the in-room recycle bin, appreciated the storage & coffee maker & spacious bathroom, conveniently located near train station, grocery, restaurants, shopping & sites in a great city. They kindly provided map and guidance.

Quiet, clean and convenient.

Zentral gelegen, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, gute Frühstück

Marie at front desk was very helpful in securing reservations at great restaurants. Also helpful in providing directions to locations in town.

A convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay in the city. Staff is great, room was terrific...quiet, lots of light, nice bed linens, etc.

Bon service.
