Nous sommes arrives a 3 heures du matin en bus, pas de taxi rien. Le propriétaire ne dormait pas et est venu nous chercher personnellement. Franchement, avec les 3 enfants sous le bras il nous a sauver! ca c'est du service! La chambre avec les lits superposes est bien pour une famille.

nous avions reserves une premiere chambre qui etait vraiment petite. On a change pour celle avec les lits superposes qui est mieux. la guesthouse est a l'ecart de tout, pour aller au centre ville il faut un taxi (qui ne coute pas cher).

Dejlig pool. Kunne få massage på stedet. Flot udsigt. God mad.

Ligger ud til en stor vej og mange dytter når de kører forbi. Ligger klods op af et andet hotel, hvor der var en del støj fra større grupper turister. Poolpumpen blev tændt af personalet mens vi sad ved poolen og spiste og det støjede en del. I det hele taget var der en del støj i de fælles områder om poolen.

It was a quiet and peaceful stay. The owner provided me with a ride from town center when I arrived late at night. They have motorbikes for rent at the property so you’re able to get into town easily.

Only downside is it’s a bit away from town, but it’s also a good thing if you are looking to get away from the noise while you’re staying in phong nha.

Поставил 2 звезды из 10. Объясню почему: я путешествую на велосипеде, заселился в хостел вечером и предупредил, что утром хочу продлить ещё на день, потому что нужно было найти сервис и починить велосипед. У хозяйки не было сдачи с 500 тысяч, договарились, что утром и продлю и оплачу сразу за 2 ночи. А утром хозяйка сказала, что свободных мест нет и мне нужно уезжать. В итоге со сломанным велосипедом и в дождь меня просто выставили на улицу. Так не делается! Даже если места бронируются, то тот, кто уже приехал - везде и всегда в приоритете. Надеюсь, вы больше не будете вести себя так с постояльцами и этот отзыв поможет вам исправиться. Плюс, здесь очень много каких-то мошек, туалет буквально кишит ими, а ещё они плавают в бассейне, нужно поставить москитные сетки на окна и двери. Не люблю писать плохие отзывы, но тут накипело🤷‍♂️

There were two very nice pools. The property was a clean. There were many tables for eating. The staff was readily available to help both in person and on WhatsApp.

Breakfast was not included.

The owner is so sweet and helped us lots. The pool is amazing. Location not far from town easy bike ride. The restaurant was cheap and great food and drinks. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone in phong nha who wants a relaxed, clean, comfortable environment.

This was a fantastic stay for our time in the national park. The beds were comfortable, it had a good shower, and the AC worked well, and we could get a quick basic breakfast in the morning. The distance to town and the park is fine too. The owner helped us book tours and transport, and drove us himself back to Dong Hoi for our train. All of this was easily arranged through WhatsApp with him. He also took care of a forgotten item for us. He collected it from a local cafe and put it on a sleeper bus for us. We had it back the next day at barely any cost. This was an exceptional service we're very grateful for!

Trung who runs the hotel was amazing, helped us book tours, sort a coach to our next place and even drove us to the coach stop! Facilities were great, very clean and comfortable with amazing views of the hills. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming to stay in Phong Nha! Also, his son is really cute

Wenn man keinen Roller/Motorrad miete möchte, würde ich allerdings in Phong Nha direkt etwas suchen, da es etwas außerhalb liegt und die Straße nach Phong Nha nicht wirklich Fußgänger oder Fahrradgeeignet

Zimmer war sauber, Lage ist top, haben sogar noch günstig Mopeds mieten können. Der Besitzer hat sogar noch unser Gepäck zum Bus gefahren, damit wir länger in der Stadt bleiben konnten..

Great value for money. The room ist very nice, big and clean, especially great for the money you pay. Great water pressure in shower. WiFi working great.

Swimmingpool is nice and big but the water was a bit dirty (stuff swimming on the surface) so I wasn't to excited to swim in it. Bed is comfortable but the blanket is very small for two people. Hot water only lasts for a very short time for one person. Wasn't a big problem for me because "cold" water in Vietnam is still warm enough to have a shower. Considering how cheap it is, it's still a good hotel

Clean pool, reasonably priced food, easy to rent bikes and scooters. Location is great to be away from the noise in the main strip.

Everything was clean, the A/C was cool, the pool was refreshing and the restaurant was great. Trung was able to help us with some motorbike rentals, activity suggestions and also a transfer to the train station.

Great value! Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, clean and incredible views. Nice pool. Super nice young family owns and runs it and they work incredibly hard to satisfy their customers.

I may have preferred staying in town for convenience sake but that’s nothing against them. It’s certainly quieter here.

the host picked us up on bus station at 3am ! I really appreciated it so thank you again. I got a dorm and ny friends apartment for 3. Since it is not season the dorm was empty! and I loved it. Room, bed comfy, bathroom really nice! We rented scooter for 150k from the host and it was great. Breakfeast was also good from the menu. The host also took us to the bus on our way back f 100k and we thank you for that very much. the whole hostel looked just great!

the blankets in dorm, since there is no linen on them I do not think it is cleaned after every customer and that should be changed since u have to sleep under something but u don’t wanna smell previous customers from the blanket.the water was cold most of the time in the dorm even that the switch was on for an hour

Trung at the reception is simply a gem. Helped out with everything on short notice with a smile, picked us up at 3am and organized all tours and transport

Sehr gemütliches Zimmer. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ruhige Lage und alles gut mit dem Roller erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Besitzer hat sogar den Pool für uns schick gemacht obwohl es Nebensaison war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und flexibel und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Weitertransport konnte direkt über die Unterkunft gebucht werden.

Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber. Die Unterkunft hat uns zwar einen Roller vermietet, dieser war aber nicht mehr wirklich fahrtauglich. Die Motorkontrollleuchte war an, die Anzeigen waren kaputt etc.)
