Отличный отель с удобным расположением, недалеко от центра и главных достопримечательностей, при этом тихо и уютно. В отеле есть лифт, что очень удобно с чемоданами. Номера чистые и новые, в точности как на картинках, в кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи (тарелки, кастрюли, приборы), есть полноценный холодильник и микроволновка. В ванной очень чисто! Кровать большая удобная. Есть подземная бесплатная парковка в подвале здания, можно не переживать за свой байк. Есть услуги прачечной - цена приятная и одежду всегда возвращали быстро. Персонал всегда на связи, оперативно помогли нам с заселением в номер в позднее время.

Matelas pas trop dur, pour une fois !! Salle de bain très confortable avec vraie cabine de douche. Bonne pression, eau chaude. Lumière tamisée au niveau du lit, grande tv avec grand choix de films. Frigo et bouilloire.

L'aération de l'immeuble est un peu bruyante (petite bouche d'aération au plafond, à gauche de la porte). Il est possible de l'arrêter et de ne mettre que la climatisation mais dans ce cas, quand on est sensible à la clim (air trop sec qui fait mal à la gorgée) ça peut être problématique. Il n'y a pas de ventilateur à dispo donc c'est climatisation ou rien. C'est à 25 minutes à pied du cœur du vieux quartier.

Tout est parfait super appartement, propre , bien équipé, plaque cuisson, micro onde pour réchauffer des plats, tv qui fonctionne wifi, arrivée top via watsapps, possibilité de garer scooter en parking sous terrain , arrivée autonome mais personnel présent certains jours dans le hall pour le paiement a privilégier en cash … ou si on a un soucis ! Possibilité de demander a faire une machine en supplément…Parfait , juste un peu de bruit avec l ascenseur et le personnel du nettoyage entre minuit et 1h 30 du matin certains soir et au 6eme étage! Proche de magasins vers la rue train ( plusieurs suivant quartier)et le cirque et a 20mn a pied a l entree du vieux quartier ou 5 mn en taxi grab pour 32000vnd. Je recommande surtout long sejour!

L’appartement est spacieux ce qui est pratique pour les valises. Il y a de nombreux rangements. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable : nous avons bien dormi, d’autant que c’est calme. Il y a un ascenseur qui desserre les étages.

Nous avons trouvé quelques poils / cheveux sur les murs de la salle de bain.

Logement idéal pour un séjour à Hanoï Bien placé. Calme ...un grand plus pour cette ville. Bien équipé et propre. Lit très confortable.

Paiement uniquement par cash possible car en CB les frais appliqués sont anormalement élevés (8% contre 3 à 4% habituellement au Vietnam)

A spacious apartment with good facilities kept immaculately clean. The communication with the owner was great. The location was the best part - close enough for a short walk into the centre yet far enough out to be in a quiet spot.

Location is central and charming, staff friendliness and attentiveness (very good communication, I have booked it last minute, 3 hours before arrival, and they were completely prepared, and responded to everything immediately), The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in during my 23 day trip in Vietnam (I have been to 6 separate locations).

Cô giúp việc rất thân thiện, hàng ngày đi làm từ Đông Anh nhưng không hề tỏ ra mệt mỏi. Nhân viên nhiệt tình dù không có mặt trực tiếp. Tôi gặp 2 sự cố: chập điện phòng do phích cắm laptop dở chứng và đi về muộn nhưng không mang điện thoại, cửa cuốn đã đóng. Các sự cố đều được tiếp nhận và giải quyết nhanh chóng khi được liên hệ. Nhưng nếu Holo để số hotline cạnh khu vực chìa khóa cửa cuốn bên ngoài tôi nghĩ sẽ giúp ích nhiều khi chúng tôi quên điện thoại, phải nhờ người qua đường tìm hộ.

住宿位置在七畝湖統一公園旁，觀光客比較少，比較安靜。

入住前有被告知當天必須自助入住，會再傳訊息告知入住訊息，但是上飛機前都沒有接到任何通知，等我到了民宿還是沒有任何消息，一番波折後才入住。要checkout前也未告知如何付住宿費，覺得把住宿費留在房間很不保險，因為我要前往下一地點的巴士時間很早，反正還會再回來河內，就先離開了，沒多久民宿發現我離開了倒是蠻快就詢問我是否會回來付錢。

Good place to stay away from the tourist crowds. The quiet street in combination with the double glazing ensures for a good night rest. Everything inside the apartment was looking fresh. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. A small table for two would be appreciated though because there are only two lounge chairs and a small writing desk.

The lighting consist of a battery of downlight spots emitting bright white light which can't be dimmed. There is no reception and you have to be watchful to carry the entry code always with you. I went outside in the evening forgetting to take my phone so couldn't enter. Best is to write the code on a piece of paper too. At one point there was a foul smell in the bathroom but it lasted only a few hours.

We loved our stay at Holo Central during our trip in Hanoi. The apartment is spacious and has good air-conditioning, a comfortable bed and everything was spotless clean. It was quiet during the night. The location is ideal as it’s a short walk to the main sights but you get to enjoy a glimpse into local life. Lots of eateries and cafes just footsteps away. Communication with the host was quick and easy.

Everything was fine. If this place is available then take it :)

Excellent clean, large & comfortable room.

We had to leave early in the morning and it was quite difficult to figure out how to get out of the property as the exit is via a shop which had locked metal shutters (we had to find and wake up a security guard in the end).

Great location and super nice flat

We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue. The water was wonderfully hot for showers, the kitchen well set up for our needs and the bed and linens of excellent quality. We will continue to use Holo/Mersey any time we are in a city where they are also located and would recommend them to any travellers in those cities be it one day or one month.

Great value for the price! The place is in a super convenient spot and has a good amount of space - perfect if you’re after something comfortable and easy.

Very clean, perfect air conditioning, a lot of hot water. A lot of space and storage. Quiet location, which was really nice. We thought it would be closer to old quarter, but it was a 20-25 min walk. And it was outside of all the pickup areas offered by tours, so keep that in mind. On a more “negative” side, the staff was 100% non existent. Never once in 4 days did we see them (we did get a room clean on the third day though). But there is no reception and if you want recommendations on places to go, to eat or if you want help to book activities, well you’re on your own a little. Seeing as Hanoi is such a central hub and booking things is rather easy from here, it didn’t bother us too much, but still, to keep in mind. Lastly, everything was super clean, shower too, but there was quite a bit of mold on one side of the shower.

Best value of our trip. Nice little place to use as a base in a quieter area but full of coffee shops. For us, better than staying in the old quarter. We liked walking. Staff super easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and easy self check in

Honestly can't think of anything

Nice and cozy apartment, but it may be better to: 1) enable the guest to select smoking/ non-smoking room when booking. 2) keep the outer roll up doors of the facility opened at least from 6am, though the manager is available on the phone number given in the check-in instructions and he asks the security to open the doors. I saw several guests wondering what to do when they saw the doors closed. House keeping service is available basically when you put the trash in front of the room door.

Exceptionally clean and well presented, Shower was AMAZING, bed super comfy and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets, check in and out was very simple and greeted by friendly staff!

Location means about a 20 minute walk to old quarter but it is a pleasant enough walk, no biggie!

I had the best stay in this studio in Hanoi, and extended my stay at this property. It’s a new accommodation and everything was in excellent condition. Very clean, quiet, the shower was perfect and the bedding is great! The owners are flexible and you can pay by cash and card.

It’s a bit tricky with self check in. And especially check out, DO get in contact with the owners about the rolling door. Especially if you check out early!!!

Very large room, clean, quiet street.

If you like escape rooms you will love this place. Getting out of the building out of hours when the shutters are down is hilariously complicated. It involves lock boxes, a remote, a padlock, multiple floors and a silk storage room. The owner does however provide very detailed instructions along with photos.

Located in a quiet area, the room was kept very clean (though housekeeping seemed to come in every 2 days) and equipped with basic kitchen utensils. Lift is available. Instruction for self-checkin was easy to understand.

Walkable location, easy instructions to access the building, very responsive host. The apartment itself was spacious, kitchen was stocked with dishes and items to cook with. Nice to have the smart TV! Balcony was lovely but unfortunately not very accessible for us because of exterior painting of the building.

Some ants in the kitchen - keep food items in the fridge to be safe. Property only takes cash and isn't staffed 24/7. This meant a lot of back and forth to pay for our stay.

Place was so cozy and value for money. Travelling and accessibility is so good. Host is great person and is ready to support on the request.

Great apartment: big enough for 2 people, clean, comfortable. The Wi-Fi works. The location is great—not in the very center, but within walkable distance and much quieter than in the Old Quarter. The staff is very nice and helpful. They recommended us great places to eat and let us store our luggage in the hotel after we checked out.

Good location, not so crowded street. Very proactive staff, however the communication was only via WhatsApp. Nice layout of the flats.

No hot water even though the boiler was on. It was not possible to access the building once because the rolling door was closed and the remote was kept by another customer. Humidity and mold on the walls.

The location is great, close to the touristic areas but quieter and with more of a local vibe. Communication with the owner was really good, the instructions to get in might seem complicated but it’s actually super easy to follow because it includes pictures. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, simple decoration and neat.

After being scammed several times by other hoteliers in Hanoi, I finally found the perfect place. Beautiful and clean apartment with a luxurious balcony, very quiet at night (very important for Hanoi), luxurious comfortable bed and pillows. The area is especially worth mentioning - close to the old quarter, but in a unique place where you can feel like a real Hanoi resident for a few days. Lots of exquisite coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.
