Reviewed Sep 19, 2026ツインのお部屋でしたが、清潔で収納もたくさんあり、２日間快適に過ごす事ができました。朝食は毎朝、卵料理の種類を聞いてくれます。温菜、サラダ、パン、フルーツ全て2〜3種類あり、コーヒー、フレッシュジュース！充分な量で美味しかったです！最上階でホアンキエム湖を眺めながら食事ができて最高てました！スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーでとても親切でした。ツアーデスクのリリーさんには、とてもお世話になりました。空港までの送迎、市内観光ツアーとハロン湾クルーズの予約をしていただきました！２つツアーを予約すると、片道の空港送迎が無料になるサービスも利用させていただきました。またハノイに行く時は宿泊したいと思います。友人にも、絶対にお勧めします！
シャワーの水圧が少し弱くて、洗い流すのに時間がかかりました。冷蔵庫の温度が高めで、ビールがあまり冷えていなかったです。

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Centre Point is in a brilliant location, literally 2 minute walk and you’re at the Lake. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Hotel itself is very pleasant, it’s clean and has all the facilities you need. The breakfast is very nice and the views from the breakfast room are great. The real star of the hotel is Miss Lily the manager. Even before we arrived in Vietnam she went out of her way to help us makes plans/organise transfers. When we arrived she was fantastic from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. She was absolutely brilliant and the other members of staff are all lovely as well. Thank you much for the warmest welcome into Vietnam!

L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la ville. La vue du rooftop pour le petit déjeuner est superbe !! Les chambres sont grandes et agréables. Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel.

The breakfast and breakfast staff deserve congratulations for their skills. All the hotel staff are so friendly and nice. Reviewed Jun 12, 2026The location was ideal. We had a quiet room at the back and the hotel is in a cheerful side street very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were all very helpful and very pleasant. There's a great view from the dining room roof terrace.
This is a small hotel, one of those tall, narrow ones, so the rooms are not very big, but had enough room and storage for two of us. The management decided to paint the interior while we were there. The staff did their best to make this manageable, but it was a bit odd. It is often the case in the East, but we found the beds too hard. The breakfast buffet was very basic, but the scrambled eggs were good.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. Although the rooms were a little small, they were sufficient for our 3-night stay. Having power outlets next to the bed and in the bathroom was very convenient. The hotel is also located in a very central area, making it easy to explore the city.
The sound insulation was a little weak. Noise from outside was not an issue, but conversations from people passing through the corridor could be heard at times.

Un grand Merci à Lily qui s'est occupée de nous réserver nos bus pour nous déplacer dans le pays et pour aller à l'aéroport. Nous avons également pu laisser nos bagages entre 2 destinations.

Reviewed May 9, 2026スタッフが丁寧、親切。ゆったりしてて穏やか。立地も素晴らしく歩いていろんなところを見に行けた。ホテルの周りに食べるところも多くて気が楽だった。お部屋の掃除も丁寧綺麗。部屋自体に窓はないせいか、外の音はぜんぜん聞こえないくらいだった。フロアに3部屋あったけど音はほとんど聞こえない。ほかの部屋に人がいるかいないかもわからないくらい静か。ランドリーサービス(3$/1kg）を頼んだらキレイになって返ってきて気持ちよかった。チェックアウト時に忘れ物あるよと持って下りてきてくれた（忘れものではなくて置いてきたものだったのだけど。お手数おかけしました）ルーフトップでの眺めは穏やかでよかった。朝食の時にしか行かなかったけど、夜も行けばよかった。深夜帯はスタッフの方がロビーで仮眠を取っていることがあり、最初は閉まっているのかと思いました。気づくとすぐ開けてくれます。
602号室 シャワーの水量が弱い。シャワー室に物を置く台というか棚みたいのが一切ない。シャワーのことだけが部屋に帰るたびに憂鬱だった。シャンプーとボディソープのみ。固形せっけんはひとつあった。部屋が少し狭いので荷物を広げる場所がない。今年の７月にリノベーション予定だそうなのでそこが改善すると良いですね。宿泊前にクレジットカードですでに決済が済んでいるかと思ったら当日にまだ支払いが済んでいないと言われ現地決済になった。現金で払えばそのままの値段だったがクレジットカード決済を選ぶと5％乗せて払わないといけなかった

Ieder weekend worden de wegen rondom het meer afgesloten zodat je als voetganger om het meer kunt wandelen zonder alle scooters en auto’s om je heen.
