Vinhomes Central Park - ANGIA Residence

Not much to say about, but communication is a bit lacking.

Location was close to most amenities that is needed. However, property is a bit older than expected and amenities in the kitchen is very limited. Washer and dryer is disappointing, clothes just won’t dry , so I had to pay for the laundry service outside of the property.

Central, and close to everything. Great dining option

Great place to live in Sai Gon

What I like about it: Easy communication. Doorbell CCTV. Location is near Thiso Mall, about 30-40 mins away from International Airport. Hairdryer is provided. 5 mins walking distance to Landmark 81. Convenience store beside the apartment. What can be improved: Condition of the apartment is so-so. Hairs around the apartment. The washer+dryer works ok, albeit it was dusty and there was no detergent provided, hence I had to purchase my own. Bathroom had a bathtub. The sofa definitely needs a deep clean, didn't dare to sit on it.

As expected, Nice apartment in Landmark complex. Convenient , modern, and safe.

This property is in a great location. The property common area and s clean and welcoming. The owner of the property that we stayed does not communicate and offer things but does not deliver. You will only get one card to let you in the elevator; if you are travelling with family or friends, you will need to ensure you are always together. Not ideal.

I observed the security guard and the lady cleaning the lobby are not hospitable to your guests They will not answer inquiry about the building

This property is nice and can overlook the the city. The room are clean.

Really nice apartment, clean and modern and communication was very easy too

Property is bit dated, elevators were super slow going up to 15 floor and need key everytime so a bit inconvenience. Good to have full kitchen but not well stocked at all to cook home meals. We ended up ordering food thru Grab the whole week of our stay.

None of the hotel amenities were available since there was an agent renting his own suites i beleive. There was no pool or gym available. The room was way inferior than i rented like there was no bath tub etc. The agent also refused to communicate and fix the problems.

Love the service… highly recommended.!!

Outstanding service! The apartment was exactly what we needed for our business trip. It was well-equipped, conveniently located, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Highly satisfied!

The apartment was located in a charming and authentic neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds. We enjoyed exploring the local shops, cafes, and restaurants, immersing ourselves in the local culture. It was a refreshing and unique experience compared to staying in more touristy areas

The apartment rental company provided convenient on-site laundry facilities, which made it incredibly easy for us to take care of our laundry needs. Having access to washers and dryers within the building saved us time and effort during our stay, allowing us to pack lighter and maintain fresh clothes

The apartment rental company had a flexible cancellation policy, which gave us peace of mind when making our reservation. It provided the flexibility to adjust our travel plans if needed, and the process was straightforward. Their customer-friendly approach was highly appreciated

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Vinhomes Central Park rental. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The building's central location provided easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the booking process and our stay

Fantastic location in the heart of Vinhomes Central Park! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our stay. The team was responsive and made the booking process seamless. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City

Nice place lot of people

- Unprofessional, lazy, and rude employee who is working at the front desk of the building (NOT the person who I communicated with by texting on the phone during self-checking). - Inside the sink still had some food stain at the time of receiving the room. The window curtain was broken, fell off the window frame, and not operational for the entire 10 days of my staying.

Good Location

Best location in ho chi min and a good stay

Staff is great, very clean, the location also great especially the convenience stores

Great views!

Quality of the building, walls degraded quickly after 10 years of construction. The room is spacious and enough facilities for long stay. I had a bad luck when AC in 1 bedroom was down, technical staff came and left the room not clean. We requested room change and they served us well. It’s better if laundry powder is available at arrival Great location for shopping and restaurants

Great place for friends or family!

Located in good location with good views. Was a bit difficult to find but once we got hold of agent she was very helpful in showing us the way.

Exceptional

Good Location, near shopping malls to have a good meal. Only disappointment was when I tried bringing my children to the swimming pool, was told I was not allowed as I am not a resident

Good location, but property was not nice and clean as the pics look. Pool access was restricted to residents only and neighbours were noisy. Rather stay at a hotel next time.
