Hospitality. Nice design.

Noise from main street

The staff is welcoming and helpful. They called a taxi for us when we were running late. There are also many free activities for guests to do at the hotel like yoga and meditation. This hotel is good for a healing trip.

The concept and color scheme of the hotel makes it appear older than it actually is

A friendly and healing environment with friendly service, well designed structure, lovely little thing such as natural shampoo. However triple bed room, as my personal idea is a little bit small. In general, everything is enough for warm family vacation.

- Newly built hotel with unique decoration - Thoughtful wellness program and services - Good hospitality from the team - very friendly and supportive

- Room quite small - Bad soundproof, especially for loud noise from vehicles on street at night

Nhân viên siêu dễ thương và nhiệt tình

Very very good hotel, especially the staff and the service. Excellent tasty breakfast, nice set up. Everything else also wel arranged.

Nothing, Just note that there are no quiet rooms, they will all catch some streetnoise.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, đẹp , nhân viên rất dễ thương, thân thiện. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Sweet staff. All very kind, young and energetic

Convenient location, minimalist zen decor with great attention to details. Room 505 has a nice view. Good bathtub experience. I like the choice of the shower gel (smell) a lot. Bought some home for souvenirs. Friendly staff, overall a very welcoming place to be.

Breakfast could be better, the idea is good, but the taste doesn't match the aesthetic. Breakfast can be simpler but more statisfying. The best breakfast dish for us was banh mi xiu mai (local food, good taste), not the signature mua noodle.

The design is very nice, staffs are friendly, location is perfect

Window is not soundproof so it was hard to sleep at night. There were ants in the room.

Held luggage, asthetically pleasing rooms, shower was nice, played one direction in reception

Was advertised as 24 hour reception and confirmed with them that we arrive at 6am 48 hours before arrival. When we got there at around 5am no one was around and both the numbers listed on the door did not have WhatsApp. Tried contacting through booking.com and did not work, had to wait over an hour before anyone showed up to check us in. We’re told there were wellness activities daily however we were told there were none on the days we were there. When ordering breakfast, we were told we couldn’t order salt coffee, and then upon asking for Vietnamese coffee we were told that it used condensed milk and was too difficult for tourists, despite both salt coffee and Vietnamese coffee being on their menu. Even though it’s advertised as having sound proof rooms which is incorrect, we could hear all noise from the street and nearby karaoke bar as well as doors opening and closing all night.

Tv remote didn’t work. Shower/tub has a very slow drain.

The decors are flawless combining traditional and modern dalat vibe. Staffs are super friendly and attentive - they actively wipe your motorbike's seat after a rain. Breakfasts are yummy.

Friendly, nice staffs. Wonderful hotel

Tranquil experience upon check in. Staff were amazing and breakfast was great! A brilliant place to relax in Da Lat.

Cozy and well decored room with wood and stones , which made general atmostphere warm & comfortable. The room has a chill view of a pine hill nearby and touched with a little flower bush by the window. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their gentle and affable interactions truly impressed us. These make our stay memorable at Mùa. Would be here again for next time in Dalat.
