This little boutique style hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean and conveniently situated very close to the CrossFit gym, the beach and some cute coffee shops. They have a lovely pool area and some tables downstairs for working space if you need a change of scenery from your room.

This is temporary, but there is construction right next to the hotel happening at the moment. It is very noisy from early morning, 6:30am. The whole area is developing and a bit noisy. Other than that, when this passes - it is an amazing stay. In a year, I will be back.

What we liked - The room itself was nice and comfortable. - The pool area was pleasant and well maintained. - The hotel is relatively inexpensive and may offer reasonable value for travellers on a budget. - The location is away from the busiest tourist areas, which may appeal to some guests looking for a quieter setting.

What we didn't like - The staff were not particularly attentive or friendly. While there may be a language barrier, friendliness and a willingness to help would have made a significant difference to the overall experience. - We experienced an issue with the room locker. We were told it would be followed up the next day, but nobody ever got back to us and the matter was never properly resolved. - There was no hot water during our stay. Although the weather is very warm in Vietnam, hot water should still be available for guests who prefer it. - Nobody assisted with luggage, and the hotel felt more basic than many other boutique hotels. - Despite being located away from the main attractions, there was still noticeable noise at night. - We could hear unusual noises coming from the bathroom, which may be disruptive for light sleepers. - Overall, while the hotel is inexpensive, the service and unresolved issues left us feeling that the experience did not fully justify the price paid.

The location was nice, there is a lot of construction going on, but once that is done the area will be even better. There were coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. The room and shower were clean and the staff were very accommodating and kind. This is a cute little boutique hotel and perfect for traveling couples.

The bed was ok, maybe just a bit hard for our tastes. There is a balcony, but it's not huge. And the park across the street gets very busy and loud late into the evening. However, these were very minor issues and not something that would prevent me from returning.

Das Hotel an sich war ruhig, das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett sehr gemütlich.

Rund um das Hotel war viel Baulärm zu hören.

es hat extrem gestunken in unserem Zimmer, weshalb wir das Hotel verlassen haben. Scheinbar hatte die Klimaanlage ein Problem mit Schimmel oder ähnlichem. Der Geruch ist dann in Polster usw. übergegangen. Unerträglich.

The Hotel was located outside of downtown Da Nang, so quieter than the busy streets in the centre, which is what we were after, and there is a open recreation area in the middle of the surrounding buildings where locals and visitors gather to play and use the gym facilities. Often there are locals dancing and exercising, which gives a community feel that you don't get in Da Nang. However, you can easily walk through the back streets to find the bars and buzzing restaurants and the massive beach. Only 10-15mins walk or get a very cheap Grab taxi. Recommend the Grab app for getting around and also ordering delivery food, if you fancy a night in... The staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel is very pretty, with its plants and foliage covering the entire frontage, and it's nicely finished throughout. Just like the pictures. There is a pool in the middle on the ground floor, but we didn't use it.. WIFI was upgraded during our stay, so very good.

There is some building work going on as the area is being developed, but thats not down other the Hotel.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Any problem I have was taken care of. Bed was super comfortable! Room was big and good located. Nice bathroom and location was good! AC went down to 16°C, which was good for sleep. The balcony and the greenery was super relaxing and I enjoyed sitting outside to read. Sauna and pool were nice too!

There was some mold and it was difficult to handle the moisture in the place. My backpack even started to have some mold spot on the plastic fabric, which I could wipe off. Hopefully the AC was clean. Internet had some problems and in the last week, at least the Wifi was simplified, that you can use the same access over the whole hotel. The speed was still pretty low and sometime unusable.

The property itself is beautiful, and so are the bedrooms. Also the most comfortable bed we have slept in since arriving in SEA.

Overall there is nothing that I can find fault in with this hotel. Quiet clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & welcoming. Added bonus of plunge pool. Nice Toiletries✔️ complimentary tea & coffee✔️ If you wish to order takeaway crockery & cutlery available in the room. Short distance from the beach & easy to get a grab into city centre.

Рядом с отелем несколько строек, поэтому по утрам шумно. Месторасположение неудачное, рядом только свалки и пару кафе. Отель предоставляет бесплатные велосипеды, но они убитые, с отваливающимися частями. Одним из самых неприятных моментов была стирка. Вещи вернули не аккуратно сложенными, а просто закинули в пакет, как какой-то мусор. Все было помято. Не проблема отнести их в другую прачечную, что мы и сделали, но само отношение- впервые с таким столкнулась. В целом, я бы сюда не вернулась

The location is good - nice and quiet and away from the busiest parts of Da Nang. There is a garbage problem in the area which has nothing to do with the hotel but is concerning.

The room was clean and the pool is nice

We booked the Penthouse and was hugely disappointed. The room states 2 bathrooms when there is only one. The outdoor bath looked nothing like what is on the pictures. It looked like it was still to be finished. The outdoor space was nice however was completely overgrown by plants so no sun actually came onto the deck at all. There was construction work happening all around us and was extremely noisy. Some staff were friendly but some staff were cold. To top it all off, we had police let them self in our room without warning! They just stood there talking amongst themselves IN OUR ROOM until we asked if we could help. Strange and scary and felt very unsafe. There are no food and beverage facilities at the hotel

The design of the rooms is impressive. The staff was kind helping everytime.

We had a situation in our room that was impossible to sleep over the night. The staff working then couldn't help us to give us another room because the hotel was full. They changed the room next day, but was a first night without sleep.

Beautiful rooms and pool. Located a little way from town but an easy walk to the beach or easy taxi ride to centre. Nice to be away from the noise of the city. Excellent value for money. Big room with kitchenette. Really enjoyed our stay.

The sink in my room was damaged (but it worked!) water didn’t stay hot for very long so showers were quite short.

The room matched the pictures perfectly, which I really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and offered great value for the price. The location is also convenient, with a 24/7 supermarket, bakery, and restaurants close by. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the area stays quiet at night, making it easy to sleep. If you want, I can also add one small line about anything you didn’t like, so the review feels more balanced and credible.

Cleanliness could be improved. The room wasn’t dirty, but housekeeping felt quite basic. We occasionally found a few hairs, and the bathroom could use a deeper clean, especially around the sink. On a longer stay, this becomes more noticeable. Also, even though the pool is indoors, it was quite cold, which wasn’t ideal. The sauna was switched off, so you had to turn it on yourself and wait for it to heat up. You also had to add water to create steam.

Very nice decoarated rooms. This was the main reason for selecting this hotel. Is authentique. Rooms are also big, very clean and confortable.

Location not really close to main places, as envolve 20 -30 min walking, but for me a 3 min Grab taxy was a great option.

It is really a nice and cozy hotel that I have stayed before. The facilities and items in the room are very new. Convenient location, only takes 5 to 10 minutes to the beach. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, always supporting me during my stay. I will definitely come back here if I return to Vietnam

ไม่มีอะไรที่ไม่ชอบเลยค่ะ แต่อยากให้มีผ้าเช็ดมือ ผ้าเช็ดจาน สำหรับคนที่ทำอาหารแบบเรา และถ้าเป็นไปได้ ก็อยากให้มีเตารีด เพราะเสื้อมันยับจากการอัดใส่กระเป๋าเดินทางมาค่ะ

Hotel znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy , niedaleko mały market i lokalne restauracje. Apartament bardzo ładny , pięknie wykończony drewnem , bardzo czysty i zadbany . Personel bardzo miły i pomocny . Na miejscu w hotelu wynajem motorów troszkę drożej niż na mieście ale jeśli tam mieszkacie nie potrzebny jest depozyt . Motory w garażu w tym samym budynku wiec nie ma problemu z parkowanie na noc . Wszystko na plus . Polecam !

חוויה חריגה: הגענו ללילה אחד ולא הפסקנו להתגרד מהמצעים במיטה, ממש פחדנו שמדובר בפרעושים, לא הצלחנו להרדם לילה שלם לפני טיסה, בסוף ישנו עם מצעים שהבאנו מהבית, אחרי שדיווחנו לקבלה ציפינו ליחס שונה התנצלות או פיצוי על עוגמת הנפש אבל זה לא כלכך העסיק אותם.

Het was zo leuk hotel ook gelijk onze eerste in Vietnam hebben het echt naar ons zin gehad en zag er mooi uit!

Very reasonable price and a nice enough location not too central. Some building work nearby but didn't affect us. Pool is nice and cool. A good base to explore Danang

The AC was a bit noisy and the shower come toilet wet room wouldn't be my favourite.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean, it stood out from the surrounding buildings, the staff was helpful during my stay, I will definitely be coming back soon.

We had a 4 bed apartment on 6th floor. Plenty space, mini kitchen if needed it, big fridge and lovely spacious balcony. Room was perfect for family of 4. Great location, 20 min walk to beach and area with plenty bars and eateries. 2 mini markets so close by. Looks like an upcoming area as alot of buildings going up around. Great taxi pick ups/drop offs using grab app.

The pool, it was freezing cold as it was constantly in the shade. Looked beautiful but when we arrived it was full of leaves and what we thought looked like bird excrement. We went in for a dip and soon exited not wanting to be ill from it. They did finally clean the pool but really need to be done every day at the least with the birds around! And secondly they were doing building work on the penthouse which was above our room. It started at 8am every morning which we weren't informed of and with 2 kids on holiday we would have liked an option to sleep past 8! We didn't say anything as they were not great at speaking English and we can't do hardly any Vietnamese! But once the building work is done that won't be an issue!

The hotel is new and facilities are very great. The temperature of the room is very comfortable and fresh air. The staffs are friendly, helpful, the location is good. Room is quite big and very clean. Our room is deluxe with balcony and great view. Around the hotel are very green and friendly environment.

The facilities of the hotel were great: a spacious room with plenty of storage space and a nice bathroom, a sauna, swimming pool, laundry service etc. The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate our requests when we made them (e.g. for laundry, cleaning the room). The breakfast (a combo of one dish and one drink for 70K Dong (2 USD)) is good. There are some nearby bakeries and breakfast places as well

Best hotel we‘ve ever stayed at. It‘s beautiful and comfy.

It‘s a bit far from the main streets of the district, so you need a crab to get to restaurants and bars. But it‘s definitely quieter than in the center, which we liked.
