For some reason they upgraded our room :3 The street looked a bit sketchy at first but we still felt safe and having the hotel room in a side alley certainly has its advantages. It's still very close to many attractions. Our orientation point to get to the hotel was 'Ruth's home', which was also one of my favorite food spots. (The pho rolls are heavenly!)
In general you don't really hear your neighbours. But if you have a baby next door, the (closed, maybe former doors?) walls are not soundproof.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026I stayed here for one night at the very end of my trip just before flying home - and while the room was clean and comfy, and the location was great, the standout was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and really went above and beyond! I can’t remember any names but there was one young man who was exceptional when i checked in, and when i had a interview over video call the next evening there was a young lady who did everything to make me more comfortable :)

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The location in the center of District 1 at around a few minutes from Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Centre and roughly 10 minutes from Vincom Centre was definitely the strongest point as everything was easy to access by foot or by public transportation. The hotel is also very calm at night despite its central location. The staff was very kind, friendly and responsive overall when there was an issue and when needing some recommendations or help. The room has everything I needed overall with a functional shower and clean floors and bedsheets as well as a mini fridge and the price for the room is quite affordable for smaller budgets.
The biggest flaw in my opinion for the hotel is the room I got, despite being clean and having the necessary facilities did not have a window going from the outside and it was very dark even at noon. The pricing options were also a bit confusing but the staff understood the situation and the issue was quickly solved.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Dieses wunderhübsche kleine Hotel liegt perfekt im Distrikt 1 in einer kleiner Seitenstraße. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und trotzdem kann man fußläufig viele interessante Ziele erreichen. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns bei jedem Problem unterstützt, ob Ticketkauf, Taxitransfer, einfach alles, was man als Reisender in einer völlig anderen Kultur benötigt - gute Tipps für Cafés und Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inbegriffen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Adventure Team!

Ich hätte mir einen Spiegel im Zimmer gewünscht.

Le seul bémol - ça sentait fort la naphtaline. Nous avons eu la chambre au rez-de-chaussée, peut-être les chambres à l'étage seraient mieux. L'ajout du petit déjeuner serait un atout.

Even though it was located off a busy road in a lane way it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were very friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Even went the extra mile and allowed us to shower after check out.
Wifi dropped in and out. Would benefit from having a curtain on the door to the balcony for extra privacy at night.

Si vous voulez découvrir de gems cachés demandez a Vincent, Il vous conseillera et peut être vous emmènera les découvrir. C’est un séjour inoubliable. Un especial Merci a Vincent!

V tej konkretni sobi ni naravne svetlobe. Ampak je vseeno svetlo.

宿泊した部屋が偶々そうだったのかもしれないですが、窓がなかったので、窓があるとより嬉しいかなぁと思いました。

Windowless room, though I think this also contributed to the room being quiet and dark to promote sleeping.
