Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The location of the room is excellent - just a 5-minute walk from the center, which made getting around Lisbon very convenient. The air conditioning also worked very well, which was much appreciated. The brother of the owner, who was downstairs at the entrance, was very sweet and welcoming. Also the owner, while our 5 - 10 min meeting, was sweet and helpful. Overall, it's a great spot if you only care about location.
However, there were a few noticeable drawbacks: - Cleanliness: The room was not as clean as expected upon arrival. - Noise: The room faces the main street, and it was noisy, making it difficult to rest at times. - Slow Communication: Getting a timely response from the host was frustrating. I sent four messages requesting assistance with buying UEFA match tickets (one on Sept 7, two on Sept 8, and one on Sept 9). Although the host did mention something verbally when we bumped into each other 2 to 3 hours before the game, I only received a written reply 45 minutes before kickoff. Had they responded on the 7th or 8th, I might have been able to secure better or cheaper tickets. - The shower and shampoo gels were almost empty, which clearly shows they weren't refilled after the previous guests. The shower area was poorly maintained, with peeling sealant/silicone. No toilet paper was provided for us either, except for a single roll left in the cabinet that was completely damp. - The window was very dirty, and the window cover/blind was extremely filthy and wouldn't open or close properly.

The location was great, right by the stop for the tram and just a short walk to shops. Instructions into property were clear and worked great.

La chambre est très petite donc quatre personnes c’est un peu juste Ensuite le midi repos des enfants, il n’y avait pas de barre à l’échelle, donc nous avons dû porter l’enfant pour le matelas du haut J’précise que c’est un établissement sans ascenseur donc monter au quatrième étage avec des bagages c’est compliqué! Et pour finir, la salle de bain est minuscule et la cabine de douche également! Très déçu du prix excessivement élevé pour cette qualité

Lo único que no nos gustó del alojamiento fue la zona es verdad que estaba muy céntrica y teníamos todo muy cerca pero al lado del alojamiento había un parque que por la noche nos recomendaron no ir solas ni andando ni con el móvil en la mano ni con joyas pero es verdad que al lado del alojamiento había una comisaría de policía

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Ubytování se nachází v centru Lisabonu, spousta zajímavých míst v docházkové vzdálenosti, cca 100 metrů od stanice metra, asi 200 m od supermarketu. Pod okny nám jezdila klasicka žlutá tramvaj:-), výhled jsme měli na hrad. Pokoj byl malý, ale dostačující, strávili jsme tu dvě noci. V pokoji byla malá lednička a mikrovlnka, fén, vlastní koupelna s WC. Vše uklizeno. Měli jsme noční let, tak jsme využili i úschovu zavazadel v bytě o patro níž za poplatek. Informace k ubytování jsme dostali několik dnů předem. Komonikace s majitelem probíhala v pořádku :-).

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e a breve distanza dai principali luoghi di interesse della città, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente le attrazioni più importanti..
Purtroppo la zona circostante non ci ha fatto una buona impressione: nelle vicinanze erano presenti numerosi senzatetto e persone in evidente stato di alterazione. Pur essendo il commissariato di polizia molto vicino e non avendo avuto alcun problema di sicurezza durante il soggiorno, non è stato piacevole trovarsi in un contesto del genere. La camera è piuttosto piccola per ospitare comodamente quattro persone. Inoltre, la struttura è priva di ascensore e, dovendo raggiungere il quarto piano con valigie grandi e pesanti, l'accesso è risultato piuttosto scomodo. Un altro aspetto negativo è l'assenza di persiane: le tende, di colore arancione, non oscurano adeguatamente la stanza e già dalle prime ore del mattino entra molta luce, rendendo difficile continuare a dormire. La camera era inoltre sprovvista di televisione e il lavandino del bagno era intasato. Non abbiamo trovato il bagno pulitissimo. Infine, il personale ci è sembrato eccessivamente insistente con messaggi e comunicazioni, sia prima dell'arrivo che durante il check-out. Un'assistenza più discreta sarebbe stata sicuramente più apprezzata.

Es un apartamento que se alquila para turismo de borrachera. Eso supone tener que aguantar peleas, gritos, vómitos en la puerta, ruidos a altas horas de la madrugada. No se puede dormir. Imposible

La chica que asiste nos ayudó muy amable y nos dejaron dejar las valijas antes de las 15.00, hasta que volvimos al chekin. No esta en pleno centro,pero te moves caminando sin problema. Volveria

Wenig Stauraum. Ein/ zwei Regale für die Klamotten wäre nicht schlecht. Kleiner Kühlschrank für den Sommer/ warme Temperaturen hat gefehlt.

El techo del baño estaba lleno de humedades y moho, , y las ventanas con telarañas, envié un mensaje a través de Booking y nadie contestó, en la recepción no vimos a nadie en los 3 días, imposible reclamar nada

3 piętro bez windy, po całym dniu zwiedzania potrafi dać w kość, mieszkanie do odświeżenia, lata świetności ma za sobą. Pierwszy raz w życiu spotkałam sie z tym, żeby od własnych gości pobierano opłatę za pozostawienie bagażu po pobycie (4 euro za walizkę/ dzień), zawsze to było w cenie, lekki szok.
