We had a wonderful stay at My Story Hotel Tejo in Lisbon. The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the city, making it very easy to explore Lisbon’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas on foot. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit, which made us feel very welcome. The hotel combines the charm of a historic building with modern comforts, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Overall, My Story Hotel Tejo is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a centrally located, comfortable, and stylish hotel in Lisbon. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Location - The hotel is in an excellent location, near a large train / metro station (Rossio) and a few tram and bus stops that come in handy when venturing beyond Baixa / Chiado. There is a little supermarket around 5min away which was great. There are quite a few restaurants and cafes around as well, I spotted a laundromat a few minutes away from the hotel too. It is definitely central and well positioned for quite a few of the tourist attractions. There is a weekend market just around the corner if you happen to be there around that time. It's basically a 25min taxi ride from the airport or a 40min metro journey. (To add, the metro station also has a ticket office with at least one staff member who spoke English and was able to answer a few questions for me on the one day I left Lisbon itself.) Room - My room was great, they were kind enough to accommodate me on a higher floor which was something I requested. I actually got a street view facing Castelo de São Jorge which was nice. The room was clean and very spacious. It had everything you could need and I actually found the bed very comfortable. I lik.d that they provided a bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast - This was good. Not a lot of choice, but enough to kick start your day. Their pastries and bread were nice, and I particularly liked this seeded croissant they served. As you'd imagine, all the veggies and fruit they had (including the orange juice) were fresh and tasty. Benefits of the climate! Staff - I found everyone nice and friendly. Particular shoutout to the lovely housekeeping staff lady I ran into on the 5th floor a few times (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!). Every time she saw me she'd check if I needed anything for my room.

The only things I can think of, which for some people might be issues are the aircon and the water dispenser. In my specific room the aircon was above the bed. This particular brand of aircon has the temperature displayed in LED lights that always stay on, so at night that light can act as a bit of a night light. I don't know if there is a button that can switch off the LED. I couldn't figure it out. So if you like it fully dark to sleep, then that is a bit annoying. Similarly the water fountain they provide, which I think is a great feature to have (cold / cool / room temp water always available) has a small LED light above one of the buttons. It's also a little noisy and sounds a bit like a loud-ish fan but for me it ended up acting as white noise, so didn't bother me that much.

Stayed @ 8 years ago, now it’s practically a different modern hotel. Will definitely revisit. Awesome breakfast!

The only improvement I can think of is the tourist information provided at the reception. When I showed the receptionist about the bus schedule to Obidos, they said that’s the right bus and. But actually the information I got from them was wrong. And I ended up buying the wrong bus ticket.

Es un hotel muy cómodo y céntrico, cerca de Rossio y la Baixa. La habitación es silenciosa y tiene buen aire acondicionado para pasar los calurosos días de verano. El desayuno es rico y abundante. Ellos mismos preparan sus deliciosos pasteles de Belem. Hay ascensor. Te guardan el equipaje si llegas antes o te vas mucho después del check-in. El personal es muy amable. Es decir, tiene todo lo bueno de los hoteles y ninguno de los inconvenientes de los apartamentos turísticos.

Quizá un poco caro, pero el mes de agosto el Lisboa todo es caro.

Great location, good breakfast, comfortable firm bed for good sleep, clean and no external noise except police vans.

Due to hotel location it was difficult for taxis to park the car in front of the hotel. However, the taxi stand was in walking distance.

Wir sind 2 Nächte dort gewesen. Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten teilweise einfach zu Fuß bewältigt werden. Sehr zentrale Lage. In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants und Bars, um Abends essen zu gehen. Das Hotel bietet zudem Abendessen und Mittagessen gegen Aufpreis an. Pflegeprodukte von Rituals waren wirklich super. Sehr schönes und moderenes Hotelkonzept mit toller Einrichtung. Uns hat es während unserem Aufenthalt an nichts gefehlt.

Hotelzimmer war direkt zur Straße raus, teilweise etwas Lärm wie Motorräder oder Müllabfuhr. Lässt sich aber in so einer Großstadt nicht wirklich vermeiden, hat uns nicht groß gestört.

Great location, very close to a lot of public transport options and restaurants. As it's in the city center, the area is a bit noisy, but the windows are soundproof (but you can't sleep with the windows open). The staff is nice and friendly, breakfast was also great with a lot of variety and pastel de nata every day :)

Неймовірно вид на місто з номера, хочу сказати що повністю задоволена готелем, і не жалію що обрала даний готель для відпочинку. Також можу сказати за персонал який дуже привітний і приємно зустрічає своїх гостей, сніданки в даному готелі теж смачні і багато вибору. Також, хочу подякувати працівникам які прибирають номера, дуже приємно що так підтримують чистоту в номерах.

Ein tolles, sehr zentrales Hotel in Lissabon. Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, das Bett groß und bequem. Auch das Badezimmer war groß genug. Ebenfalls praktisch waren der Kühlschrank, die kleine Kaffeemaschine und der Trinkwasserspender. Wir kommen gerne wieder, ein super Gesamtpaket!

Leider hat das WLAN sowohl in unserem Zimmer als auch in der Lobby nur sehr schlecht funktioniert. Die Klimaanlage war zudem zentral reglementiert, sodass man die Stärke des Gebläses nicht verstellen konnte. Auf Nachfrage wurde sie runter geregelt, jedoch war auch dann der Regler wieder zentral geblockt. Es wäre schön, wenn man als zahlender Gast auch vollen Zugriff auf die Klimaanlage hätte, aber das nur am Rande.

La pozione è perfetta, comoda per visitare a piedi la città se si ha voglia, altrimenti ci sono tutti i mezzi a due passi. La camera era moderna, pulita, spaziosa e arieggiata. Ha tutto quello che può servire. Lo staff è gentilissimo, hanno risposto a tutte le domande e informazioni sulla città che volevamo.

Sfortunatamente attorno all’hotel ci sono persone che non fanno stare tranquilli, tanto che a pochi metri uscito dall’hotel sono stato vittima di un tentativo di furto della collana, per quanto riguarda l’hotel, lo staff e i servizi sono ottimi! Fossi il proprietario insisterei con le forze dell’ordine per garantire ai turisti maggiore sicurezza… a parte questo evento sfortunato che é più legato a fattori esterni valuto l’hotel positivamente

Начнем с заселения: прилетели поздно, но ещё работало метро и от станции 3 минуты пешком. Круглосуточное заселение очень удобно. Номер просторный, все работало и очень чисто. В номере кофе машина и добавляли каждый день капсулы. Завтрак потрясающий, шведский стол, все вкусно даже немного по домашнему. Расположение в самом центре станция метро Росси. В день отъезда без проблем оставили багаж в камере хранения. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство, если ещё приедем в Лиссабон обязательно остановимся у Вас.

Ну разве, что шум с улицы при открытых окнах. При закрытых идеальная шумоизоляция.

La camera è molto spaziosa e accogliente, con vista sul castello, di pulizia assoluta, dotata di macchinetta per il caffè o tè con relative cialde e di un erogatore di acqua potabile, oltre al frigo bar; inoltre all'arrivo abbiamo trovato in omaggio una piccola confezione di Pasteis de nata. Il personale è professionale, disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta.

Nous tenons à remercier la gentillesse de tout le personnel de réception, avec une mention spéciale pour Arsélia, comme je lui ai dit, elle a été le soleil de notre court séjour à Lisbonne. Nous avons eu un soucis avec la voiture qui devait venir nous chercher à l’hôtel et comme le chauffeur ne parlait que le Portugais, elle a gérer pour nous. Je tiens à souligner que si nous revenons à Lisbonne, nous choisirons cet hôtel, grâce au personnel et à la qualité de la literie, le confort de la chambre.

Great hotel in a good location, nice and clean and always smelt lovely, good breakfast option if you want, close to Rossio square and the Hotel run a taxi service back to the airport for 25 euro which is cheaper than booking a taxi yourself Only downside really is the room size wasn't great but the hotel is built in an old building so they are restricted, our room also had an inward view which wasn't the best looking at the building work next door. It didn't spoil our stay though and staff were all very nice and friendly Would recommend

It's our second time in this hotel and we totally recomend it to everyone who wants to visit Lissboa. Fantastic location, close to metro, small supermarket right near the hotel, the stop of 28 tram in 2 minutes walk, tram 15 also 2 minutes walk. The rooms are big enouph and very clean and the beds are really big and comfortable.
