Lisbon Five Stars Alcântara Lofts

Very quiet. We had a great night's sleep on a comfy bed. Despite the ridiculously small bathroom (see other section), the rest of the apartment was comfortable and the location was wonderful -- CUF Tejo hospital was right across the street and that's what I came to Lisbon for. Despite the bathroom, I would stay here again.

Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom -- ridiculously small. The sink was separate, which is okay but there was barely room to set your toothbrush on the side. Nowhere to hang a hand towel. Nowhere to put my kit bag, which is not large. We ended up using the kitchen sink since there was lots of space there. The toilet and shower room was even worse for space. We are not particularly large people and it was very cramped; large people would have trouble even getting through the doorway, since one of the two doors stuck on the floor and you couldn't open it fully.

La habitación se ve nueva y acogedora, la cama es cómoda, pero lo que no nos ha gustado mucho es la capacidad de la ducha, se quedaba un poco justa al igual que el lavabo, era muy incómodo ya que solo al lavar los dientes te salpicada por todos lados. Por lo demás todo genial.

Purtroppo ci hanno spaccato il finestrino della macchina e rubato alcune cose proprio nella via laterale alla casa... Quindi direi posizione non proprio ottimale. Bagno davvero piccolo con lavandino minuscolo separato praticamente in stanza.

Prostori so zelo dobro narejeni, in dizajnersko opremljeni. Je pa precej umazano. Iz lijaka se je širil neprijeten vonj. Vrata od kopalnice se niso do konca mogla odpreti.

The space was very tight between the kitchenette and the wall and the bathroom was a little like an aeroplane toilet... very little space on both sides.

Apesar do check in ser a partir das 15:00, o quarto não estava pronto quando chegámos a essa hora. Casa de banho muito pequena e com pouca luz

O quarto acaba por ser um pequeno loft, com kitchenette e acabava por ter tudo. Tinha bom design e era confortável, apesar do chão e o do tecto serem cimento.

Relativamente ao loft, os corredores entre sala-quarto eram muitos estreitos. E então pelo lado da cozinha, com uma mini mesa rebatível era muito incómoda a passagem. A par disso, o wc era demasiado pequeno e as portas não fechavam bem. O loft como estava no rés-do-chão não podíamos abrir a janela porque questões de segurança, além que houve muito barulho durante a noite dessa rua, do electrico que passava ao lado e do resto do trânsito. De resto, ter tratado de tudo via whatsapp com um boneco de IA, não me fez sentir o calor de um anfitrião.

Disponibilidade para trocar de quarto quando me queixei.

Mobiliário suspenso, mas a descair, inclusivé sanita, portas da wc que não fecham correctamente . Como a louça na wc é preta mate, já a sair película, espero que pelas limpezas . Quarto muito pequeno em termos de espaço útil. Fiquei com ideia que as fotos foi de quando tinham arranjado o espaço Cheiro a tabaco no quarto ( não fumadores) , check-out tardio então pedimos apenas no dia seguinte para trocar de quarto, acederam, contudo, não arranjaram nada no quarto, limparam de forma incompleta ( migalhas na mesa e manchas nos lençóis que colocaram) e entregaram a outros hóspedes, que calharam ser meus conhecidos.

Muy buena localización. No está en el centro, pero el transporte público está en la puerta y te lleva tanto al centro como a Belen. Muy buena comunicación con todo El anfitrión estuvo en todo momento atento a nosotros. Nos recomendó donde cenar con fado en directo y fue espectacular

Die Unterkunft war im Grunde völlig in Ordnung . Aber leider nicht meins ,dieser große Klotz in der Mitte , in dem sich ein kleines Bad und eine kleine Küche versteckt .Macht es ganz schön eng.

Unfortunately, our experience with Five Star Lisbon was disappointing. During the cleaning of our accommodation, the towels were taken away but were not replaced. As a result, we were left without towels for two full days, which is completely unacceptable for a professional accommodation service. We contacted them about the issue, but it was not resolved promptly, and we had to manage without basic necessities that should have been provided. The accommodation itself may have been fine, but the lack of attention to such a basic issue and the poor response to the problem really affected our stay. I would expect much better communication and service from a company called “Five Star.”

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko przystanku autobusowego i tramwajowego, my chodziliśmy do centrum na piechotę. kilkadziesiąt metrów od apartamentu był duży sklep spożywczy, w którym można było wypić dobrą kawę i zjeść śniadanie. Blisko było też kilka knajpek, więc i na obiad można było gdzie pójść. Wieczorem chodziliśmy nad rzeką i tam już było bardzo przyjemnie.

W łazience brudne przyciski, a do toalety drzwi bardzo ciężko się zamykały, no i wszystko było słychać. My mieliśmy pokój na parterze, szyby w oknie były mleczne więc o świetle dziennym można zapomnieć. Okna wychodziły od razu na boczną uliczkę ale na szczęście nie była ruchliwa. Pokój robił wrażenie jak by został przerobiony z garażu. Zdjęcia naszego pokoju na pewno nie widziałam w ofercie.

It had almost everything you need.

The refrigerator wouldn’t close and we lost the food we bought because of it. We got the 7$ of the keeping luggage as commercial gesture but only because I asked for but the food we lost was worth around $30. So it didn’t really make it out when you rent a place fully equipped and they have the refrigerator not working without any warn.

The breakfast was nice and soft for the morning, for the location it was really nice and it has an easy access of connecting you to everywhere you want to go because theres even a train stop in front of the apartment which makes it easier for you. Another thing about the apartment is that there are places around the location where you can easily buy what ever you need with no stress. When next I visit, I will choose same apartment.

The apartment is great: modern and functional decor, a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a spacious living room and comfortable lighting, plus good air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The apartment is well soundproofed and you sleep very well. It's well located if you don't mind taking the tram which drops you right in front of the building door and you even have a "Pingo Doce" supermarket two meters away. The only downside is the bathroom, very small and uncomfortable because it's like being in a closet and creates a certain feeling of anxiety.

Havia uma das toalhas brancas bem manchada de amarelo . Limpeza nao estava das melhores , o apartamento é bem apertado , principalmente a cosinha que é um corredor que mal passa uma pessoa. Porta do banheiro nao fecha, nao tem fechaduras .

Llegas facilmente al centro de Lisboa con bus o tranvia. Tiene una pequeña piscina agradable para darte un refrescón en verano. En cuanto a la habitación tiene lo básico y necesario para pasar unos días. La cama muy cómoda.

Quizás la limpieza podría mejorar, aunque estaba bien en general.

Alles extrem eng. Schwarze Toilette wo man nicht sehen kann ob sie sauber ist oder nicht. Mehrmals an Ecken angehauen und blutig verletzt. Toilettentür ging nur ein Spalt auf.

We didn't quite understand the "4 dots" instead of "4 stars," so we were disappointed. It looks like a stylishly designed place, but we were on the ground floor; the window faced a side street with trash bins, and at the front—where the entrance was—we were right next to the doorway and a bus stop, behind a metal gate. So, at night, we felt barricaded in without fresh air—not a great feeling. Breakfast was provided in boxes; it was okay, but as I said, it felt like an AI-run hotel with no people around—just access codes :)) Shower dont like...

Obsługa zmieniła nam dzień przed pobytem numer pokoju, ale wysłała w tej sprawie tylko informację na bookingu i zostawiła kod (bo do pokoju wchodzi się kodem, nie ma kluczy) do obydwóch pokoi. Zajęliśmy pierwszy z pokoi (do niego przychodziły też śniadania) i przez cały pobyt nie udało nam się skontaktować z obsługą ani przez booking, ani przez żaden z telefonów alarmowych (jeden miał być teoretycznie czynny 24/7). Przez cały pobyt spaliśmy z drzwiami zastawionymi walizką niewiedząc, czy ktoś zaraz przez nie nie wejdzie. Koszmar. Wyobraźcie sobie że np. wasz kod do drzwi nie działa, lub nie ma wody, prądu cokolwiek i nie macie ŻADNEJ opcji kontaktu z właścicielami/obsługą. Dodatkowo w pokoju był urwany stół wcześniej przytwierdzwony do ściany i wystawały w tym.miejscu gwoździe (a to wąskie przejście), drzwi w łazience, których nie da się zamknąć, urwany wieszak w łazience i jeden z uchwytów do otwierania drzwi, odrapane ściany i mikro prysznic. Było też brudno. W obiekcie i w pokoju śmierdziało jakimś szambem. Odradzam każdemu chodźby myśl, żeby spędzić tam noc.

Die Klimaanlage war top und auch die Unterkunft von aussen hat einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Ich habe mich dort sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Lage war gut und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch das WLAN war zuverlässig und schnell.

Das Sofa war leider extrem hart und hatte bereits Brandschäden von Zigaretten. Die Tür der Toilette war ebenfalls beschädigt. Generell wirkt die Unterkunft an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung bzw. einige Reparaturen vertragen.

Muito bom, mas comprei o café da manhã, entregaram no quarto errado e não me reembolsaram o valor.

O alojamento é fantástico. Um design e arquitetura de interiores excelente. Uma luz natural perfeita. Um espaço amplo. O acesso ao apartamento tem privacidade e grande qualidade. A refrigeração do espaço sem qualquer defeito. Mobiliário com belíssimo design. Pequeno-almoço 5 estrelas. Apreciei o conceito de WC como o lavatório separado. Contacto com os proprietários muito cordial e afável.

Devem colocar um balde de lixo maior. Poderiam colocar algo para pendurar as toalhas. Não encontrei taças para, por exemplo, a salada. A máquina do café funcionava perfeitamente, mas poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Espaço do apartamento é grande pelo que a área da casa de banho podia ser maior. Houve um engano e só foi entregue um pequeno almoço, quando éramos duas pessoas.

O studio é pequeno mas suficiente. Muito bem decorado e organizado,. Decoração agradável. O chuveiro um pouco pequeno para uma pessoa grande (1,88). Não existe forma de ter toalhas na casa de banho, podiam fixar uns ganchos para esse fim. A porta do wc não fecha... Nota-se falta de manutenção pois a janela não fecha com facilidade (ponto de ter que chamar a assistência e nada conseguiram fazer) foi mesma à força. O lavatório do WC, é ultra pequeno, não há sítio onde colocar objectos, desde escova de dentes etc. A cozinha é top e sala, quarto e quarto são óptimos, possui todas as comodidades. Um grande senão: falta total de privacidade, a sala está virada para o Hall de acesso e é todo em vidro, o isolamento acústico é bom, mas não há nenhuma privacidade. No quarto igualmente, estando no rés-do-chão, tínhamos pessoas a passar e olhar para dentro do quarto. As duas notes que aqui ficamos, tivemos sempre com os blackouts corridos, sem direito à luz natural. A maquina de lavar a loiça estava a dar choques elétricos nas partes metálicas. Alertei a host que nunca agradeceu pelo facto.

Atenção , este comentário não se refere a este alojamento porque foi-nos dados outro por este ter um problema na caldeira penso eu. Foi-nos atribuído o Lisbon Five Stars Apartments 8 Building. O que gostamos neste apartamento foi da localização e o apartamento terr áreas grandes.

Apartamento com entrada para o check in muito confusa. O apartamento tem bastantes elementos a ser remodelados ou atualizados , como paredes sujas ou riscadas , moveis danificados, o corredor tinha um cheiro muito estranho . O pior foi ainda o barulho que se ouvia da rua estávamos apenas no 1 ° andar , a janelas não tinham isolamento nenhum e ao redor tem bares que estão abertos pela noite dentro. Outra situação que nos deixou estupefactos foi que o pequeno almoço nas boxs foi deixado dentro do apartamento sem que nos apercebessemos da entrada de alguém, estando nós a dormir , inclusive o quarto da menor ficava afastado do nosso e muito perto da porta do apartamento . Nunca estivemos em algum alojamento que nos fizessem isso ,ou pelo menos batem à porta antes de entrar . Facilmente poderia ter acontecido algo sem que déssemos conta, para além disso o pequeno almoço nem sequer trazia pão, os croissants eram super secos que tivemos de colocar na torradeira. Outro detalhe foi que tinha pedido um pequeno amenitie ou detalhe porque a minha filha fazia anos, disseram que sim nas mensagens trocadas mas não colocaram nada.

Houve um problema com o nosso apartamento e mudaram-nos para outro do mesmo grupo o 8 Building no Cais do Sodré e gostámos da simpatia dos colaboradores, o facto de nos terem avisado e perguntado se era ok a questão de mudar de zona e apartamento. No caso o apartamento era bastante grande para o que esperávamos e era giro. Tinha o mínimo indispensável, apenas fomos dormir e usar o wc pois fomos a concerto e só estivemos 1 dia mas estava ótimo na mesma. Tinha ao lado o TimeOut, a cerca de 10 minutos de carro do Oriente.

Nada a apontar mas infelizmente a zona em si acaba por ter algum odor a xixi, e é uma zona de noitadas e tem a zona do mercado e tem alguns odores e de manhã como saímos ainda havia pessoas embriagadas mas correu tudo bem. De resto, achámos por exemplo pouca luz artificial no apartamento mas de dia não era sequer necessário.

Difficultés pour le checkin, et une aide minimale, par whatsapp. De plus j ai signalé le premier après midi que je ne voulais plus recevoir le petit déjeuner ( une boîte accrochée à ma porte chaque matin) mais il a été amené qd même pendant 3 jours supplémentaires. Douche minuscule, une cafetière mais pas de tasse dans le studio, une plaque induction mais ni poêle ni casserole, et aucune réponse a mes demandes

Apesar de esteticamente bonito, o sofá estava cheio de manchas, as luzes da cama não funcionavam, a cama não tinha lençol nem estava bem feita, o lava-mãos estava entupido, e a limpeza deixava a desejar.

Nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas sin coste alguno. La persona que gestiona la reserva estuvo muy disponible y muy atenta a nosotras. La decoración del apartamento es bonita. Hemos estado cómodas durante nuestra estancia.

Style over substance. We booked Five Star Lisbon Alcântara Lofts expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences we've had. The air conditioning worked intermittently and, bizarrely, it wasn't possible to properly cool both areas of the apartment at the same time. During warmer periods this made the space quite uncomfortable. The apartment itself prioritises aesthetics over practicality. The walkway through the kitchen is unnecessarily narrow, making it awkward to move around. One of the biggest selling points appears to be the "swimming pool". In reality, it was a green pond. It's signposted throughout the building as a swimming pool, but during our stay it looked more suitable for fish than guests. The most frustrating issue was the WiFi. We reported that it wasn't working within two hours of arriving and followed up every day of our stay. Despite repeated assurances, the problem was never resolved. As a result, we had to rely entirely on our mobile data and exhausted our allowance. If you're planning to work remotely, avoid this property at all costs. Because the WiFi never worked, the smart TV was also unusable, leaving us with no entertainment when we weren't out exploring Lisbon. To top it off, the bathroom door didn't close properly. Not a major issue for a married couple, but potentially very uncomfortable if you're travelling with friends or colleagues. Given all of the above, the "Five Star" in the property's name feels highly misleading. The only five-star aspect of this stay was the level of disappointment. Lisbon itself was fantastic. Unfortunately, this accommodation was not. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others. :::

Location was great and good security. Nice to have a washing machine & dishwasher. The breakfast was convenient but difficult to contact, as there was no answer.

This place felt like a shell with little attention to detail. The kitchen was not set up well to use eg no oil / seasoning to do any kind of basic cooking. There was a coffee machine with only 2 coffee pods and no milk, which felt very cheap for something I’d be spending more than €300’per night on. There was only 1 outlet st each bedside so you had to choose between your charger or a bedside light. Again, just feels like little attention to detail for a place you’re paying a premium for. In terms of the staff - this was the biggest disappointment for me. I was offered a concierge service from Pedro, who offered to help with local recommendations. When I asked for one, he never replied and never got back to me. That was the end of that. The staff managing the apartments were even more disappointing. Originally I had booked for a different location closer to the conference Center, but apparently had to be moved due to water damage. The only option I was given was for this apartment or a refund (1 day before arriving - a refund alone was not going to suffice for the inconvenience caused). There was no extra attention paid to us and they refused to cover my Ubers that I now needed to get daily to the conference. On booking, I was also promised a free airport transfer. When I tried organising this with the team, they said it was not covered and I had to discuss this with Booking.com and who told me to follow it up with the accommodation themselves. I had screenshots proving the free service, but once I sent them through, the team stopped replying despite multiple messages trying to reach them and clarify. Overall it was a disappointing experience despite the amazing location. The team itself was the worst part of it, as although they had inconvenienced me originally, I was the one left trying to follow up on responses and waste my time organising things they could have assisted with. I wouldn’t stay with Lisbon 5 Stars again.

The location, the cleanliness and the friendly staff who were vary helpful . They have a concierge who contacted me few days before arrival and offer services like reservation for restaurants and tours. Also offer airport pick up and drop. Also there are close to parking lots and spaces.

The bathroom Not isolated from the room feels like a toilet in a plane , door of the bathroom wasn’t locking or closing well , the Carpets from Animal fur which feels off as it is not practical in hygiene and water handling.

De locatie was top, met een bus/tram halte voor de deur en een treinstation op 5 minuten lopen. Ook konden we gemakkelijk inchecken doordat we de inlogcodes via WhatsApp gestuurd kregen.

De ruimte van het appartement viel ons tegen. Het voelt heel klein doordat het blok met keuken en badkamer in het midden zit, je kunt er bijna niet eens langs lopen. Ook het zwembad is eigenlijk geen zwembad maar gewoon een bak met water (was erg goor door plantjes en bloemen). Het ontbijt hoef je er wat ons betreft niet bij te boeken, met slechts een broodje p.p. is dit zonde. De smaak was ook niet top.

The staff was very nice, timely and helpful. The heck-in / out instructions were clear and concise. The loft was very clean.......and the air-conditioning worked! Also, the location is great.

Great value for money. Location is right beside LX factory and only took us 10 minutes to get into Chiado or Time Out on a scooter and the tram stops right outside the building. Facilities were great and perfect for our remote working stay, we had so much space in a ground floor apartment and it felt soundproof. No issues with bathroom door closing as other reviews have said and shower does not overflow when closed properly. Staff on sight were so helpful and we were able to reach them by WhatsApp immediately :)

Frosted screen on the ground floor window would be great as there are a few people walking by

A little more cleaning would be great and a more balanced breakfast (more protein) would be appreciated.

Localização

The apartment has an interesting compact design with a utilities block (kitchenette, shower, toilet, boiler, wardrobes etc in a central block in the apartment separating the bedroom area from the living room area - these areas are connected by corridor on each side the utilities block. The design mostly works well except the kitchen area is cramped (see below). There's also a long narrow swimming pool on the 1st floor of the complex! The staff were helpful and friendly with the apartment move and helping me get something back that I left in the apartment. The location is quiet but nothing special but it has the tram outside the door and shops nearby. There is air-con but we didn't need it in early April. Overall, its a good base for exploring Lisbon about half way between the city centre and the south facing seafront on the Tagus.

The first apartment had a leak but they moved us to the next door apartment the next day. The kitchen area was cramped and the mini counter could not be folded out of the way. The living room area needs a proper table if you want to eat and watch TV - we asked for one but they were unable to provide one. The apartment is below the main approach or take off path (depending on wind direction) from Lisbon Airport but with the windows closed at night (when there are few flights anyway), we could not hear the planes. During the day they are quite loud, but not uncomfortably so, and frequent if you are in the apartment with the windows open. Also, our apartment was on the ground floor with the back window opening to the street - once someone tried to look in! So it could not be left open on hot nights. On arrival, late at night, the access instructions were wrong but there was someone on the intercom to help.

Location was great! Check-in and check-out were easy.

Our room had a water leak, and the second room we got moved to also had a water leak. Did not receive compensation for this. No luggage storage past 5pm

Really enjoyed my stay here, fantastic location, great transport links, LX factory like an 10 min walk away, Breakfast came in the morning early and any issues I had were resolved very quickly! All the staff were very helpful especially Pedro!

Dit was de tweede keer dat we hier waren, het viel ons op dat een aantal meubelen aan vervanging toe zijn en wat meer geleefd eruit zag. Wanneer dit aangepakt wordt zal dit meer de prijs - kwaliteit evenaren .
