Looking a little dated in places and breakfast area poorly laid out for size of hotel and number of guests

The upgrade of the room was very much appreciated. Exceptional friendly at reception. Doormen was very friendly and helpful.

Location was very good as far as close to everything although shady people hanging around the praca Martins Moniz was a distraction. Staff was great, rooms itself was great and confortable, view was great, breakfast was good great variety.

The location was very practical. Parking and EV charger available and affordable. The staff was very attentive and nice. The lobby area/bar and the rooftop bar were very nice.

The pictures were taken when the hotel was new, so it’s very descieving. Our room was not in good condition. Air conditioning was not working properly, missing buttons and the air quality was giving my partner a skin rash, tv signal was poor, bad smell on carpet, bed was very hard, bathtub leaks on the side of the glass so it goes to the carpet and that’s the smell maybe. Lack of attention to detail in the facilities in general. For a hotel that size and prestige I was expecting true 4 stars, very disappointed.

Quarto confortável com belas vistas para a cidade, num lugar central para quem quer conhecer a Baixa Pombalina, o Castelo de São Jorge e o Bairro Alto. Perto de Estações do Metrô, mas com garagem para guardar o carro para aqueles que vêm de carro, além de ficar, mesmo, em frente a um Estacionamento público subterrâneo, na Praça Martim Moniz. Conta, ainda com um excelente restaurante no 8° andar e um bar Rooftop, com vistas para o Castelo de São Jorge e a Baixa Pombalina, no 9° andar. Excelente custo-benefício.

Não tem nada de que não tenha gostado.

Best location when visiting Lisbon as easy walking to markets, shops, and cruise port. Hop on Hop Off Bus picks up right in front and trolly stop is very close by also. Great staff and restaurant with good food and panoramic view of the city.

Nothing negative to say as room was perfect for three people and staff was amazing.

Begenmedim demeyelim ama kahvaltıda her gün aynı şeyler olmasa mı? Belki bir iki şey değişebilri yumurta çeşitleri veya pankek krep patates gibi, çeşit olsa çok daha güzel olabilirdi kahvaltılar. Ama bu haliyle de avrupada deneyimlediğim ğek çok otelden çokk iyiydi

Location was great for visiting Lisboa's center. Staff were helpful, comfy beds. Great to have a supermarket right next to the hotel.

A falak vékonyak, áthallatszik a szomszéd szoba.A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz,de minden friss volt.

Hotel di 8 piani proprio davanti alla partenza del tram 28, posizione strategica anche per visitare tutte le principali attrazioni di Lisbona con la sola esclusione del quartiere di Belem che dista circa 9 km (tanto c'è Uber che funziona benissimo). Colazione ottima, si trova tutto, la sala è un pò rumorosa ma questo è normale in alberghi così grandi. Alla reception sono gentilissimi, noi abbiamo anche ricevuto un upgrade gratuito per la stanza ed un cocktail omaggio di benvenuto. In stanza la prima sera c'era anche un piccola bottiglia di Porto con due pasteil de nata in omaggio.

Nonostante fossimo al 7° piano e gli infissi fossero moderni di notte si sentivano (anche se pochissimo) i rumori della piazza antistante.

Al disponer de dos habitaciones, pudimos comprobar que los servicios ofertados eran diferentes entre ambas, en cuanto a albornoz, pantuflas, acondicionador de pelo, leche corporal... un poco adecuado.

We did not have good nights sleeping owing to the noise in the square - don’t know if windows weren’t sealed properly but could hear shouting etc from about 3.00 am onwards.

Emplacement très commode, vue magnifique (nous étions au 4e étage), personnel très disponible et très aimable, très grande attention à nos besoins.

La habitación tiene moqueta y mobiliario antiguo. El parking es muy complicado y el sistema de facturación de las cargas para coches eléctricos hace que haya que pensar muy bien cuánto y cómo cargar.

The bathtub is too slippery & narrow specially for elderly and disabled people, but then again I’m a slim person and in good health yet it was still very narrow and slippery for me as well. The hotel staff did get me a silicone mat to put inside the bathtub for my parents and I which helped some. We would still stay here in a room which doesn’t have a bathtub.

The location is great - near all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast could be improved, it is overpriced and there was no air conditioning or fan so it was very hot.

While the location is close to shops and restaurants, at night I did not feel safe travelling in some of the surrounding areas. It is very noisy outside during the night as well.

The room was excellent- a brilliant size with a huge bed! Lovely lobby too

Sehr schöne 360 Grad Aussicht vom Restaurant, in welchem man frühstückt. Zudem top Lage, sehr zentral und vieles zu Fuss erreichbar. 10Min Gehzeit vom Zentrum entfernt und sonst vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit Wasser und leckeren Pastels begrüsst.

Ausser, dass die Zimmer etwas älter sind, nichts zu bemängeln. Jedoch stets sauber. Dusche etwas klein, jedoch in Portugal gewöhnlich.

Our room had a nice balcony that looked out onto the square! It is loud with the balcony door open because the area is very busy however with the door closed the room is very quiet. Very comfortable room with nice amenities. There was a gift box containing amazing Portugese tarts and a very nice little bottle of red wine waiting for us when we arrived. The lobby bar service was great! Very comfortable seating and nice and cool after lots of walking. The rooftop bar, staff and view were exceptional! We visited several times. It is very busy at times but we did not have to wait long for seating. The hop on hop off bus stops were very close, taxis are always right there also. There is a small grocery store almost next door that sells wine and beer. You are with in walking distance of shops, great restaurants and many other sites yo see. We stayed when we arrived in Portugal for 2 days, left to go to Albufeira for a visit and came back to stay again for several days before getting on a cruise. Highly recommend Hotel Mundial!
