Friendly staff and clean room.

Hervorragendes Personal. Man fühlt sich den gesamten Aufenthalt über wertgeschätzt. Während unseres 7 Tägigen Aufenthalts haben wir unser Zimmer ein Mal aufräumen lassen. Wir haben zuvor einige Kleidungsstücke in eine Ecke geräumt, damit sie nicht stören. Das Personal hat sich die Mühe gemacht diese Kleidungsstücke aufzuhängen. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber. Der kleine Pool bietet alles was man benötigt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Ein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen. Am Frühstück haben uns ein wenig Abwechslung oder Kleinigkeiten wie Nutella gefehlt.

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und haben uns im Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und war jeden Morgen sehr angenehm. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass das Personal täglich gefragt hat, ob wir Eier möchten, und diese dann ganz nach unseren Wünschen frisch zubereitet hat. Wir hatten außerdem das Glück, ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Auch der Zimmerservice hat sehr ordentlich aufgeräumt. Ebenso die Klimaanlage war top. Das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass uns auf Nachfrage aufgrund unserer frühen Flugankunft sogar die Möglichkeit eines früheren Check-ins angeboten wurde. Das war für uns sehr entgegenkommend und hat den Anreisetag deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Das Hotel liegt in einem schönen, kleinen Dorf und bietet eine angenehme und ruhige Umgebung. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, was ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nur wenige Restaurants. Damit konnten wir allerdings problemlos umgehen.

the breakfast was great - the hosts were so friendly and helpful. The location was very walkable down to the ocean. We used this as a base for some touring around the island and found this to be an excellent spot.

parking is a little difficult - we did find that parking in the lot around the corner and up the hill is readily available and free on nights and weekends so this helped a lot.

Camera al piano terra con qualche problema di eccessiva umidità, comunque molto pulita.. Consiglierei di anticipare la colazione alle 7.30, per chi fa attività varie sull'isola iniziare alle 8 può essere difficoltoso

Todo en general, el desayuno delicioso, las chicas que están pendientes de todo. Una estancia perfecta.

Frühstück war sehr gut Auf Wunsch bekam man Eier in allen Variationen.Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlichen. Zimmer war immer sehr sauber gemacht.Sauberer ruhiger Pool.

Nous avons adoré le service et la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Accueil avec pastel de nata délicieuse, une délicate attention 😊 De plus le petit déjeuner etait délicieux et les chambres très propre et spacieuse ! Je recommande a tous ceux voulant visiter ce coin de l'île car tout y est accessible facilement ✨️

Alojamento moderno com excelentes condições. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno almoço é excelente! Os processos de check-in e check-out foram extramamente eficientes.

L'endroit était très propre et moderne, le déjeuner était incroyable et le service pour nettoyer les chambres très efficace.

Il manquait un peu d'espace dans la salle de bain et la chambre mais sinon tout était parfait.

Pobyt předčil naše očekávání. Personál se o nás staral vynikajícím způsobem. Hostitelky byly velmi milé a přátelské. Snídaně byla rozmanitá s velkým a kvalitním výběrem. S parkováním v okolí nebyl žádný problém, vždy jsme nějaké volné místo v docházkové vzdálenosti našli. Pozitivně hodnotíme i ponechané svačinky v průběhu dne ze snídaně.

Olive Boutique Guesthouse is a fantastic little B&B situated in the heart of Vila Franca do Campo. You can walk around the village to local cafes and restaurants. There is free and paid parking in the area on the street. The breakfast each morning was wonderful: coffee, juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and an omelette station where they take your order. The rooftop pool was a wonderful surprise and fun to use. The rooms were small but modern and clean. Friendly staff and easy directions to get in.

Perfect stay! The guesthouse is immaculately clean, and it is beautiful. Self check in instructions were clear and communicated in advance, and very easy to follow. There is a lift available, which is helpful with luggage. Huge shower, big comfy bed and pillows were nice. Smart TV so you can log into Netflix etc if you want a cosy movie night. The pool area is lovely, sadly we didn't get the chance to use it. All the members of staff we met during our stay were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast spread was amazing; lots of variety and the ladies were cooking up eggs for those that wanted them. I had communicated in advance that I am vegan, with a gluten allergy (not easy at the best of times), I was told there would be options for me. When looking at the food, I assumed my option was fruit, so loaded up my plate... The ladies then presented me a freshly made salad, a plate full of gluten free bread, a pot of vegan butter and even a plate of vegan cheese and 'meat'. I was blown away by the effort they went to, they even kept the packaging to show me (I didn't ask), so that I could check it was safe. It's little things like this that make all the difference. We were celebrating our honeymoon, and they left us a cute note and bottle of wine in the fridge... Such a nice surprise! We can't thank them enough, it was a wonderful stay.

If we had to say something... the room itself is quite small to have luggage, but it's manageable. Being on the 1st floor, we could hear the people on the floor above moving around. Lastly, the parking... I think it could be helpful to have clear instructions on where it's possible to park in advance, but they did help us when we asked. Honestly the positives far outweigh the negatives!

Świetny i pomocny peronel. Lokalizacja. Atmosfera panująca w hotelu. Duży darmowy parking, 3min spacerkiem - zawsze było dużo miejsc. Nowoczesny, ładny pokój z klimatyzacją. Pokój jak i cały hotel był bardzo czysty. Klimatyczny basen na dachu kamienienicy. Pyszne śniadania - lokalne produkty

Brak zamykanych szafek i szuflad w pokoju przez co przy dłuższym pobycie (my byliśmy 8 dni) robi się bałagan bo wszystko jest na wierzchu. Jakby mógł coś zmienić w śniadaniach to dodałbym warzywa.

Modern, sehr zentral, klimatisiert. Frühstück ok. Kostenlose Parkplätze im nahen Umfeld. Was uns allgemein auf den Inseln aufgefallen ist, frisches Gemüse wird mit dem Versorgungsschiff geliefert, deshalb Mangelware.

My room was great, spotless, very comfy bed and the sound insulation is top notch (my room was facing the street and couldn’t hear a thing with my windows closed). Excellent service. The staff is so kind and helpful, breakfast is delicious, location is amazing (a few minutes walk to the marina, for all the whale watchers, snorkeling and diving people), and the pool lovely to get a bit of a quiet afternoon or a sun tan on a rest day. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

Idéalement, placé dans la ville de FIDA Franca, qui est un point de départ idéal pour visiter toute l’île. L’hôtel est extrêmement propre. Le personnel est très sympathique. Il peut déjeuner très copieux.

Mooi accommodatie in centrum van het dorpje. Restaurants op loopafstand. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Dakterras met zwembad (water wel fris)

De drukte en het lawaai ervan in de straat. Er staan veel mannen buiten te praten bij de bar die een paar meter verder is. Parkeren niet voor de deur (slechts 2 plekken betaald) Een paar straten verder wel een gratis parkeerterrein.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The surroundings are beautiful, and the entire property feels modern, stylish, and very well maintained. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a wide variety of options and a great opportunity to taste local products and ingredients. We also highly appreciated that pool towels were provided in addition to regular towels. The pool itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, and we would happily recommend it to other travelers.

The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room. With the often unpredictable weather in the Azores, it is easy to catch a cold (as happened to us), and having the possibility to make a cup of tea or coffee in the afternoon or evening after returning to the hotel would have been very welcome.

Pěkné a útulné ubytování, velmi dobrá snídaně a milý personál. Všechno bylo hezky čisté a pěkný design pokoje.

Pokoj je velmi malý a clověk se tam cítil stísněně. Lepší pro kratší pobyt.

Binnen erg netjes en schoon, leuke kleine simpele wel mooie kamer. Ontbijt was goed, je kan alles vragen. Aardige dames ook. Zwembad op het dak, nadeel parkeren en een beetje raar straatje. Als je geluk hebt niet betaald parkeren.

We hadden een ruime kamer met balkon. Alles was superschoon. Het bed was comfortabel. Het ontbijt was lekker en op vraag werden verse eitjes gemaakt. Vriendelijke mensen!

Er viel niets tegen. Tips: Een tweede sleutelkaart zou handig zijn en tijdens het ontbijt mocht er voor ons een beetje achtergrondmuziek zijn.

El televisor tenía wifi, y al ser una isla en la que el ocio nocturno no es su fuerte, venía super bien tener una tele en condiciones para ver Netflix. La limpia fue excepcional, al igual que el personal.

Poca variedad en el desayuno. Para un día está perfecto, pero a partir del tercero ya cansa lo mismo. Estaba rico, pero no había variedad de cosas como para poder elegir mucho.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful clean rooms and modernly equipped. Very friendly staff who were always helpful and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast modest selection, but excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore all parts of the island. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated the fresh breakfast prepared every day. The rooms were nice, clean, and very quiet, which made the stay relaxing and comfortable.

The ease of check-in and check-out, with all the necessary information and explanations provided in advance. A very modern, spotlessly clean and well-equipped guesthouse. The breakfast staff are absolutely lovely. The swimming pool is a real bonus for the housings in this village. The central location is perfect for exploring the island of São Miguel. The proximity to the sea and the free car parks. The breakfast is excellent and very varied. The value for money is very good.

Probably needs some more cloths storage, draws? if a couple were sharing this room. The room was a little compact, not a problem for me but possibly for a couple, could be. Don't want to be too critical as the room was ideal for me. Nearly forgot...... the breakfast was very good, I had fresh scrambled eggs every morning!

J’ai tout aimé

Ein schönes Hotel/ Gasthaus. Man bekommt nachdem man seine Daten elektronisch übermittelt hat einen Code, mit dem man die Tür und das Zimmer öffnen kann. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Am ersten Tag wurde noch Pasta de Nata und Wasser bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl für die Grösse des Hotels (Spiegelei, Rührei und gekochte Eier wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet und es gab sonst verschiedenen Sorten Brot und Gepäck). Ich war im April und hatte keine Problem mit der Parkplatzsuche zur Hauptsaison könnte es sich möglicherweise schwierig gestalten.

Mein Zimmer ging zur Strasse hinaus, am Samstag wurde es deswegen sehr laut, die Dämmung ist leider nicht sehr gut. Für mich persönlich war die Frühstückszeit von 8 bis 10 etwas spät.

Ubytování bylo velmi pěkné, čisté, snídaně dobré. Parkování za drobný poplatek velmi blízko, případně trochu dál zdarma. Skvělá lokalita- dobrá dostupnost do hlavního města i do dalších míst na ostrově.

Manque de pression eau chaude dans la douche. Mettre une table et tabouret style bar sur le balcon pour être en mesure de voir la mer car la le muret est haut. Pas de fauteuil dans la chambre seulement une chaise de bureau. Pas de glace de disponible. Pas beaucoup de restaurant à proximité. S'il y avait possibilité d'avoir accès à une cuisine communautaire dans l'établissement ça pourrait aider.

The Guesthouse was extremely clean and well managed. The personnel were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the ladies cooking it, very pleasant and accommodating. The location was close to the center. the port and the ocean. Overall this was an awesome place to stay. The owner even accommodated late check out, as our flight was late.

There were nothing to dislike.

Le petit déjeuner tout simplement parfait, frais, varié et local. L’équipe est très agréable et professionnelle. Les chambres comme l’ensemble de la guesthouse sont propres et bien pensés et une piscine privée plus qu’appréciable! Emplacement en plein centre de la petite ville, à 3 min du port, 3 min d’un stationnement public gratuit, près des restaurants et magasins de proximité.

O quarto e casa de banho são muito espaçosos e confortáveis. Zona da piscina ótima mesmo só para se deitar e relaxar. O pequeno almoço é maravilhoso e com muita variedade. Tivemos um percalço com o nosso vôo e fomos recebidos com a maior amabilidade por parte das senhoras do pequeno almoço, o que nos fez sentir logo mais em casa. Existe também um parque de estacionamento grátis a poucos minutos a pé do alojamento. Todos muitos acessíveis e prestáveis. Iremos voltar!

The breakfast was excellent! The room was plenty big, very clean, good bathroom too. Note that it's not a hotel with a lobby. I had no issues with that though. I highly recommend it and would stay there again. We didn't get to try the pool but it looked good.

Habitación impecable, vistas al mar y al pueblo. Desayuno delicioso, personal muy agradable y atento. Nos prepararon desayuno para llevar el día que salíamos muy pronto. Recomendable 100% para escapada en pareja.

Breakfast was fab and the ladies were so friendly and cheerful. Loved the room and the pool. Free parking was a short walk away but easy enough to bring the car round for luggage. Would book again without hesitation.

Excellent breakfast cook to order, Wonderful staffs. We wished we stayed there for the whole time we were in Sao Miguel. Very close to restaurants and beaches. We had wonderful time during our stay. We love the area.

Great find - house has been modernly decorated, check in was easy and organised remotely, breakfast was lovely with friendly members of staff, pool in a sun trap!

This place is a gem. It seems very new and has a relaxing pool and short walk to marina. The ladies at breakfast were genuinely kind and attentive. I am already recommending to my friends.

Hébergement très agréable, tout est bien pensé, les codes d’accès à la chambre sont envoyées deux jours avant la réservation, le petit déjeuner est formidable avec que des produits locaux, c’était un régal, l’hôtel est très propre, tout confort. De petites attentions très agréable comme une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, deux petits desserts à notre arrivée, et aussi une zone avec des dessert gratuit à disposition, Petite suggestion : :manque juste une bouilloire pour se faire un bon thé.. Le seul point « négatif », C’est qu’on a peu d’échanges avec les hôtes avec ce système de code.

Olive boutique guest house was a wonderful stay. It’s located in a very authentic Azorian fishing village which is well located to explore the entire island. With everything between 10-40 mins away. Maria and Joanna who are in charge of the breakfast are wonderful local women. They greeted us with so much warmth and were more than happy to help give us all their local tips. The breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked eggs to your choice, breads and pastries, fruit, cheeses, hams, fresh juice… everything you could want. Our room was on the third floor and had full ocean views off a balcony, the room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The whole place was stylishly decorated. The place felt safe, was quiet and secure. Self check in and out was super easy. I couldn’t recommend this place more!! Thank you Maria and Joanna for being the true heart of Olive Boutique!

Peaceful & tranquil, to the highest standard, looks like a brand new hotel with a new pool area. A lovely double room with huge shower & aircon. A small fridge in the room. Cakes available at tea time & a superb continental breakfast with cooked eggs.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser gepflegten Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind gerade groß genug und waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das tolle Frühstück muss man hervorheben.

The guesthouse is modern and very very clean. The staff are really lovely and helpful. There was a lot on offer for breakfast. The pool is cold but bigger than expected and a nice relaxing area. There is a dog nearby that barks constantly early in the morning and in the evening but that’s not the guesthouse’s fault. The shower doesn’t have very strong pressure so it took me a long time to rinse my hair 😅 The lady who messaged me prior to my stay was kind and helpful. I found eating out difficult as a vegetarian in this area. We couldn’t get a table at the black whale, who we had read catered for vegetarians. The beaches were easy walks away and the bus into ponta Delgada was very easy too. The room had everything we needed and I’d recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay on the island. Kleines Gästehaus mit super Frühstück, gibt alles was man braucht. Alles neu und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Mädels sind wirklich ausgesprochen nett. Einfach zu empfehlen. Da wir vor dem Frühstück abgereist sind, wurde uns ein Frühstückspaket aufs zimmer gelegt.
