MS Collection Aveiro - Palacete Valdemouro

Quarto pequeno. Falta poltrona confortável no quarto. Área da piscina é pequena, estreita. Nas fotos parece bem maior.

The attention to detail and the excellent staff made this stay memorable. We especially enjoyed the spa which was amazing and included with our room 😊

Nothing 🙂

Todo. Localización, amabilidad del personal, detalles, limpieza, habitación, desayuno...

No puedo decir nada negativo.

Clean

Expensive

Brilliant location beautiful hotel and staff wonderful

Noisy breakfast with medical staff eating earlier. Staff cleaning up chatting loudly however breakfast was delicious

Staff were so helpful and the turndown service much appreciated. Spa was amazing

Leaving

Great location and highly attentive staff. We wished we could have stayed later.

Nothing noted

The staff was perfection! Every worker, from reception to maid service to maintenance to restaurant and bar workers, far exceeded my expectations. I hope they are fairly paid, as they are what gives this hotel its quality of luxury. Location was fabulous. The restaurant Prosa was sublime. I did not use the spa, so I can't comment except to suggest booking spa treatments early, as they fill quickly. The room was exceptionally clean and very pretty, the bed extremely comfortable, and the linens finely made.

The management needs to be a bit more proactive regarding maintenance of rooms. My AC filter needed changing, as it read "Unhealthy" air quality. The in-room safe battery was dead and needed replacing. The copper-toned bath fixtures, although lovely, are beginning to peel and therefore suggest the beginnings of shabbiness.

L’accueil, le personnel et les installations.

RAS

Tout etait parfait nous espérons revenir

Good size room, very clean and well kept. Staff doesn’t miss a beat. Breakfast was very good and location is perfect.

Nothing , it is a stunning piece

Tout. Juste exceptionnel !

All. It was a perfect stay

Nothing

A full service luxury hotel in a perfect central location with excellent service and amenities.

Exceptional facilities and perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Location, comfort, spa was brilliant

Staff were helpful when arriving but less helpful when leaving, which was disappointing

Rien

The location of the hotel is good. The facilities nice - especially the indoor and outdoor pools. The food was very good and the staff so kind, attentive and helpful.

Rien ! Tout était exceptionnel

Great central location Very good breakfast Professional staff really eager to please

The pool patio needs a refresh. More loungers needed plus tables and done loungers unusable

Top Room Service, Top Frühstück, Top Ausstattung

We had an amazing stay. Great location, impressive room and staff were helpful and kind. Loved it.

All was superb

Our air-conditioning was not working; it was stuck on 24 degrees. The room was 104 this is not a quiet room since it is at the beginning of the corridor going to other rooms. Breakfast was not for a five stars.

Very expensive for the room and breakfast we got !

The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, and the included breakfast is excellent. We had a wonderful two-night stay at the MS Collection Aveiro. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and the entire staff made us feel truly welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. Overall, we had a great experience, and we highly recommend it!

However, we didn’t feel comfortable sitting by the pool due to the smell of guests smoking, and we didn't go into the water because of pigeons getting in.

This is our second time staying here. Once again, everything was perfect. We were very pleased and would recommend it to our friends and those who read the reviews. Thank you so much, Katya, Alisa, and Joan, for your hospitality, care, and professionalism. We hope the management will find a way to reward you. We will definitely come back.

Luxurious

Nothing

Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff at this hotel and we had a lovely stay. A charming well appointed room. A great restaurant with a fabulous dinner tasting menu (albeit it took slightly longer than we thought) and an extensive breakfast selection including many items cooked to order. It is a city centre location so everything is in easy walking distance and the staff give lots of wonderful advice about trips and guides as well as restaurants.

If I have to be picky I would say the pool area looked a little utilitarian but, get a life, this is a city centre location so what do you expect.

Tudo

Nada

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was superb, the indoor pool area was very relaxing but above all, the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail was incredible. If you are planning a short stay In Aveiro I would highly recommend this hotel.

I couldn’t find any fault.

Excellent location in the centre of Aveiro, friendly staff & fantastic breakfast

A member of staff in the breakfast room asked me for my room number , even though I’d been sat at the table for 30 minutes & had it checked previously by another staff member. Felt quite insulted.

The property is quite close to Aveiro’s downtown. It is very well located and it is in a beautiful building. It is discreet yet impressive. The staff is amazing and super friendly. They were able to accommodate all of my requests and even boxed my pequeno almoço at my checkout date as I had to leave early. I was impressed by the room and the bathroom though. I was not expecting high end Amouage products to be available and they were all amazing.

I loved the facilities, how well the history was kept as a part of the hotel, the spa, and of course, the staff. The experience was much better because of the amazing people that were there to make sure all was perfect. Thank you!
