Очень понравился M Hotel Danang! Отличное расположение, красивые и современные номера, всё чисто и комфортно. Особенно понравилась атмосфера отеля и прекрасный вид. Персонал был приветливым и внимательным, всегда готов помочь. Остались только приятные впечатления от проживания. Если снова буду в Дананге, обязательно вернусь именно в M Hotel. Однозначно рекомендую!

It is located right in the middle of Da Nang beach and so close to all of the best food areas! Le Nhi (Emma) our concierge was absolutely fantastic, we played golf 4 times and she seamlessly booked all our transportation to and from and reminded us everyday of times for leaving. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect the whole time.

Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Clean room. Great views from pools. Great location across from the beach. A wonderful place to stay. Will stay there again!

The only thing was the light-blocking at night. The curtains leave a small gap, and the building has external lights for itself that shine through quite brightly. Having to wait 5-10mins at checkout for them to check the room is a little annoying but understandable. Smoking areas were too close to the front/back entrance so a little smelly.

Great location and pool was nice

It was not a true 5-star experience. The breakfast was disappointing and the food tasted very average. It was also very hot in the hallways because the air conditioning was not working. There was always a long wait for the elevators, and all the sun loungers by the pool were constantly occupied because there are far too few of them for the number of guests.

We had a wonderful stay at M Hotel from arrival to departure. Emma, Hoa, and the entire team were outstanding . Vu was great on driving us to Ba Na Hills. Their excellent service made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable. The infinity pool is fantastic. The hotel amenities were fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the minibar drinks were complimentary, such a lovely touch! We highly recommend M Hotel to both couples and families.

La chambre était superbe, spacieuse, confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est adorable, attentionné et toujours disponible. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour que l’on se sente bien. L’emplacement est également idéal pour découvrir la ville et être au cœur de l’animation. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous aurions aimé pouvoir y rester plus longtemps. ❤️ Un immense coup de cœur, je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

True beach front location with amazing roof top pools. Fabulous breakfast with something for everyone

Staff were very officious and seemed hassled by quite simple requests for laundry, late checkout, etc. They seemed to be inexperienced with international guests. However, biggest issue was the noise from the adjacent building site that started pre-7am and continued over the weekend

Modern, clean good location

They place money above clients. Asked more than once to pay for ‘stained’ towels. Towels which were used for general usage. Were also told on arrival extra towels will be at a cost. Held back at check out whilst they checked for ‘damage’ to the room and had housekeeping send a menstrual stain sheet to the front desk to a male staff who then asked me to pay for the sheet. Humiliating and completely unacceptable. The room is also not soundproofed enough. I wouldn’t return here, staff are perfunctory money focused and not genuine. The plug sockets in the room are also hit and miss.

Location was great directly opposite the beach. The shower in the room was big and spacious. Breakfast had a lot of variety despite not really being to my taste.

Not enough elevators in this hotel to accommodate the 28 floors and guests. Often you are waiting around 10 to 15 minutes just to get from one of the higher floors to the lobby after waiting for the elevator itself and then stopping at almost every floor or 2 to let other guests in or out. The breakfast area also can't accommodate all the quests staying at the hotel to expect to wait to be seated at a table. The desk chair in the rooms is really hard and uncomfortable if your trying to do laptop work it isn't convenient.

J’ai aimé particulièrement l’aide de Emma (Nhi) pour organiser une petite surprise pour les 50 ans de ma compagne. Elle a été incroyable et d’une aide précieuse pour faire confectionner un petit gâteau et faire livrer des fleurs roses rouges. Elle a aussi organisé ceci dans la chambre au retour de ma compagne dans la chambre. Super. Elle a été top.

The shower temperature is unstable

The location is great as its directly across the street from the beach and close proximity to many restaurants and small grocery stores. Management was also extremely attentive when brought to his attention a small incident. The matter was handled after that immediately.

No fault at all to the hotel but the constant horns beeping all day which is all over the city...in addition along this main beach road near the hotel a food vendor on a motorbike blasting from a loud speaker all night. I do also wish the fruit juices at breakfast were not as watered down.

27階にあるスパで施術を受けるのを楽しみにしていたが、ガッカリした。 2台ベッドがあった部屋で施術を受けている途中、隣のベッド（仕切りなど何もなく、真横にある）に別の客が入ってきて、シャンプーとドライヤーの音がうるさかった。 終わったと思ったら、今度は男性客が入ってきた。 街中の安いスパならまだしも、ホテル内のスパでこのようなことがあるのはとても残念に思う。 マネージャーとも話したが、同室に他の客が入ることはある、ということだったので、これから行く人はご用心！

Not many sun beds

The hotel is really nice; the location is best in the town. It is super clean, smells super nice, looks super luxurious. Spottles clean, nice breakfast, free afternoon tea was fabulous as well as the views from the swimming pools. The booth swimming pools were the highlights of the hotel. BUT:

Nice room design, which is charming at first. Then you realize, you have absolutely nowhere to put your things, there is not a single shelf or drawer in the whole room. ( If I don’t count the ones which are more than 2 meter high, or those at the bottom) And so the room looks like a dump, because your things are spread out everywhere and you are still living out of a suitcase... The same with the bathroom. Nice design, but you have to accept that your roommate is looking at you, the toilet and shower have a common door, so if one is taking shower and the other is taking crap, one of them can't close the door.... Plus, if you are in the shower, they can look at you even from the opposite building, which is about 5 m away...I don’t understand that design feature probably…. You can't wash your face in the sink because the sink faucet gets in your way and half of the water ends up on the bathroom floor anyway, because the sink is so small... In the double room, one person does not have the possibility to charge his/her phone and there is no bedside table. I guess the people don’t need it in a design hotel... Important is the nice design underneath all your mess.... Enjoy it the first 3 minutes of your stay, you will never see it like this again... Does the designer ever stay in any hotel, to understand what people need in a room? It is such a pity for such a nice hotel, that the rooms are actually practically uninhabitable….

Schönes modernes Hotel mit einem tollen Infinity Pool mit grandioser Aussicht. Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Obstauswahl. Aufmerksames Personal, insb. am Empfang (z.B. Ms. Mai Hoan). Bad mit Dmschöner Dusche mit Aussicht aufs Meer und Badewanne. Schöner, im Wesentlichen sauberer Strand, mit Wellen und Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten

Schön wäre nur gewesen, wenn das Hotel einen eigenen Bereich am Strand mit eigenen Liegen hätte. So muss man sich welche mieten (was aber sehr günstig möglich ist). Wir hatten als fünfköpfige Familie (mit drei minderjährigen Kindern) zwei Zimmer gebucht und darum gebeten, dass diese möglichst nah beieinander, zumindest auf der gleichen Etage gelegen sind. Dies könnte/wollte man uns nicht vorab zusagen - dies würde bei Check-in in Abhängigkeit von der Buchungssituation an dem Tag entschieden. Wir wussten daher bis zum Check-in nicht, ob dies klappt, was nicht optimal und für uns nicht ganz nachvollziehbar war. Letztlich haben wir dann aber sogar zwei unmittelbar nebeneinander liegende Zimmer mit Verbindungstür bekommen, was natürlich super war.

Bardzo nowoczesny obiekt. Z niesamowitym widokiem i basenem na dachu. Ze Świetnym śniadaniem i dodatkowym extra czasem na herbatkę i deser 14-16.

Panie na recepcji raczej srednio sympatyczne. Prosilismy o wczesniejszy meldunek bez szans. Za to wczesniejsza płatnosc jak najbardziej :). Prosilismy o to czy moglibysmy zaplacic nastepnego dnia to był za duży problem dla Pani z recepcji bo był weekend i mielismy dodatkowe koszty z platnoscia Revolutem. Coż gdyby Obsługa była tak profesjonalna jak sam hotel byl by idealny.

The room was spacious and stylish. The buffet breakfast had a huge selection of everything you can imagine. Swimming the pool was an experience due to the elevation and horizon waterfall edge.

Lack of pool beds. In saying that- I’m not sure how they could get any more in to the rooftop pool area.

Pham Mai Hoa is the best! The property is beautiful, and the rooms are really well appointed. And the hotel staff are lovely.
