Great hotel with spacious, clean rooms and two good sized pools. Around a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a good breakfast selection. The staff were super friendly and helpful , some of the best guest service we experienced in Vietnam. A special 5-star mention to Leona at the front desk for her excellent service and hospitality.

A 5/5 review undermines the greatness of this hotel. This hotel single-handedly made me fall in Da Nang again. The bar, the room, the staff.. The BREAKFAST? DON'T GET ME STARTED! A special mention to Zoey for her kindness and her colleagues, Leona and Lany. God Bless, I know i'll be back! x

We had an absolutely amazing stay and couldn’t fault a thing. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and what really made the experience special was Leona. This was our second stay with her, and once again she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. She has genuinely been one of the highlights of our whole trip and has made our time here such a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone so kind, helpful and genuinely caring. We’ll definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much, Leona!

The room was lovely and located near the beach but also lots of great food places and cafes around which made it a great location. Zoey our concierge was amazing and so attentive, we were ill most of the time there with a cold as we had been travelling the whole month but Zoey was kind in looking after us and making sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us throughout our stay. Most of the staff at Risemount are lovely a few were not as helpful but thankfully we did not run into any issues as we had Zoey.

The location is close to everything.! Breakfast is amazing! This is our 5th time we've stayed at this resort. Cara was so wonderful & helpful with any customer service assistance. Actually ALL the Risemount staff from food & beverage staff, Vu, Minkie, Yumyna , to front desk team Zoe, Vi etc were absolutely fantastic! We will return in 2027! THANK YOU RISEMOUNT!

The staff were fantastic, if towels were left unattended in cabanas for an extended period of time the staff would remove them so no hogging cabanas by selfish people leaving stuff in them and going away for hours thinking they own the cabana. My wife had her birthday while we were there and she received excellent treatment by the staff.

Gut gelegen. Etwas zu griechisch gestylt. Aber sehr nettes Personal (thank you Vi for the late checkout and Leona for the room-upgrade). Zwei Pools, etwas wenig Liegen. Alles sehr sauber. Hotel liegt in einem lebendigen Viertel. Schön zum Herumlaufen. Strand 700m.

Lovely clean property in a great location . Staff were amazing managing to extend our stay in short notice to great room with an upgrade . Recommend Sake coffee for a really good brew and Bep Cuon for amazing Vietnamese dinner

We had a lovely room looking over the pool but found it a bit noisy . The pressure cleaning of the bar at 1.30am some nights woke us up .

Grote ontvangst hal met veel licht. Mooie kamers goede bedden. Goed en echt lekker ontbijt veel variatie. Enorm aardige staff enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar meeste lof Zoey. Wat een enorme lieverd die ons echt met alles heeft geholpen. Zij weet echt wat hospitality is.

No hot chocolate available for people who don't drink tea or coffee A little more variety for breakfast and the cakes and pancakes were a little stale due to cold air

Great location on a Main Street but set back so no street noise to speak of. Easy walk to beach, heaps of food, drink and Spa options easy walking nearby. Pool & bar was great. Welcome relief from the heat at the end of each day.

Air Con in our room was a bit poor. As it’s a key activated power set up, if you went out for too long, room got quite hot and could take quite a while to cool right down. As we had a pool side room, we resorted to leaving our room unlocked so we could leave or card in the slot. Only gave us one card as well. Bit noisey at night in pool area with people swimming and music going until a least 10pm. All minor stuff really. It’s an amazing hotel I’d stay there again.

I stayed here for one night last year and loved it so much that I came back for three nights this year. The pool on the first floor was very convenient, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated Zoey, who was incredibly kind and helpful until the very end, making my checkout a pleasant experience. If I visit again next year, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I had an amazing stay. The staff are amazing. Vi, Zoey, and Kenny have been very helpful and friendly. They go and beyond and make sure you have a comfortable stay. I will definitely stay again and will recommend it to my family and friends.

Overall really nice experience, staff were very helpful at all times and polite etc. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Great location, nice distance from the beach, various great places to eat in the areas.

Nous avons adoré le petit-déjeuner qui était vraiment exceptionnel. Le choix est juste incroyable, que ce soit occidental ou asiatique, les serviettes pour la piscine et les transats à disposition. Il est vraiment bien situé, dans un quartier pleins de restaurants et à proximité à pied de la plage. La literie était top, le ménage parfait. Nous avons eu un souci dans notre chambre, nous voulions seulement le signaler et nous avons été surclassé sans l'avoir demandé :) Vi, notre interloctrice, a été parfait en tout points.

L'impossibilité de manger dehors, la climatisation un peu fraiche dans la salle du petit-déjeuner.

Excellent value for money, fantastic location, our room was very spacious and clean. The Mediterranean vibe is very nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was good also.

Only comment would be that there is no shade over the actual swimming pool, and there is moss (green stuff) around the inside edge of the pool, which is a little off-putting.

The Risemount is in a perfect location close to the city and beach. It has a beautifully maintained pool and rooms and one of the best quality breakfast buffets in all Vietnam. Our favourite thing was the care and love given to us from all the staff, especially Leona and Lany.

We stayed for 28 days in a twin room. Room are bigger than most hotels in Danang. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Pool water temp. is always warm, which what I prefer. Place is clean. Excellent customer/room service. Bed is just right, not hard like other hotel i stayed in vietnam. Staff are very honest my husband usually leave his phone in the room. I leave my jewellery on the table. Nothing has been missing or stolen. We will definitely book this hotel again next time we are in Danang. Highly recommend!!!!

Vey small gym and other gym equipment are faulty or not able to use.

The breakfast was the highlight of the hotel! We loved going up there each morning, to enjoy the egg/ pho station. The staff were positive, and friendly. Leona in particular was very helpful and tried to accommodate any request we had. Our rooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. The gym facilities were above average, when we could get in there and the upstairs pool was great to use.

There wasn’t much of the hotel we didn’t like. If we could suggest one thing- it would be to add more shade breaks for the sun beds upstairs, and the curtains in our room could be blackout- one side our room let too much light in the morning.

New, clean, comfortable, lovely staff, especially Zoey! Breakfast was fresh with lots of options!

The pool upstairs was too hot to swim in during the day and both pools close at 7pm which is quite early. There is limited comfortable seating around the ground floor pool and some guests were putting their things on chairs to ‘claim’ them for the day but weren’t even at the pool. The staff should be monitoring this so it is fair for all guests.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Dès l’arrivée à l’hôtel nous avons été pris en charge avec le sourire. L’hôtel est superbe ,conforme aux photos. Les chambres sont grandes,très belles et très propres . Les 2 piscines sont très belles avec une préférence pour celle sur le toit beaucoup plus calme. Le bar est top ,nous avons mangé et c’était . Les SPA est top aussi!!!

Des rideaux plus occultants serait un plus.

The Hotel itself is Beautiful and we love the Blue & White Greek theme. Great location for amenities and not far from the Airport. We made use of the roof top pool and the Spa. We loved the restaurant breakfast and the staff were very helpful pointing out aspects of Vietnamese food and culture. Zoey our Guest Relations person was outstanding and we felt very looked after. We would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone staying in Danang.

The location was perfect, the staff are lovely and make you feel welcome, the pools were terrific and beautiful. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Super comfy beds and nice and cold air con.

The gym was a little poorly equipped, and we had some rude noisy neighbours in next room for 2 nights but that's me being picky

There was nothing I didn’t like

This hotel is beautiful, from the moment you drive up to the entrance it is impressive. The reception area is gorgeous and the staff just wonderful. The breakfast buffet included is amazing with so much choice and the decor in the restaurant is very nice. The pool area is great and bar prices reasonable. The room was very comfortable and a good size. A special thank you to Zoey and all the staff for the fantastic customer service.
