There’s something inherently sensual about Further’s design. Everything feels intentional - the architecture, the interiors, the lighting, the textures and the attention to detail. But the room was definitely the highlight for me. Beautifully designed, atmospheric and incredibly comfortable, it was one of those rooms you genuinely enjoy spending time in. The hotel also has a pool bar and a restaurant facing the street, and the food at both was incredible. The pool area itself is beautiful and a great place to relax, perfectly in line with the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The location is another huge plus. You’re on one of Canggu’s main streets, but somehow in a calm pocket away from the traffic and chaos, with everything you could want within a five-minute - amazing restaurants and cafés, pilates, surf schools and plenty of places to explore. For me, it was the perfect balance between having an incredible hotel experience and being right in the middle of everything Canggu has to offer.

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful aesthetic. In a lovely location in pererenan. The room was lovely and very comfortable amenities. Love the toiletries provided!

Water pressure in the shower and bathtub could be improved, handheld shower ran out of water very quickly.

Rooms had Innovative interior design. Poolside restaurant had a nice layout and breakfast was very good. Location of a future branch may be better at Sanur.

The staircase to the room in the upper floor should have more lighting and a handrail specifically for seniors. OR for senior guests, they should only be assigned at the ground floor.

We booked one of the better and bigger roomed, paid more but it was right next to the road… we couldn’t sleep as the sounds of the road and cars were incredibly loud. We were lucky they swapped us to another room but it ended up being much smaller.. unfortunately in the smaller room, the aircon was leaking and the water leaked all over our clothes and bag. The rooms were also incredibly dark, which is fantastic aesthetically but practically, wasn’t ideal

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’hôtel nous a séduit par son esthétique : une architecture contemporaine et un univers Japandi. J’ai particulièrement aimé les attentions qui ponctuent le séjour, du choix des thés au Bento cake offert pour célébrer notre anniversaire, sans oublier les produits de douche et la brume pour le visage. La cuisine est délicieuse, smoothies et healthy bowl. Mention spéciale au rooftop pool bar, à la fois très esthétique et intimiste, comme un cocon au cœur de la ville.

My room was on street side so noisy however they give you earplugs. Not a real problem for me however may bother others.

Rooms were a bit too complicated.. buttons, switches, sliding doors. The bed was hard to get in and out of and the chairs were also uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. Lots of stairs going up to room which were poorly lit. Shower pressure was terrible.

Most aesthetically beautiful hotel I have ever been to! On top everything is great ! The attention to detail is incredible! The bed, the art, the incense, the smells, the service!

Absolutely stunning room, incredible service - smelt good, felt good, and the perfect proximity to shops and restaurants. The pool upstairs was a standout. Great place to spend half a day reading and sipping. The room playlist was exceptional.

Beautiful design element & great service.

The style and design of the property is so beautiful. Staff were friendly, especially around the pool area.

We made two bookings and unfortunately when we arrived our group was split. We were unaware when booking there was an offsite which half of our family were staying in. Having two small kids this made our stay extremely difficult having to get transfers to the main building with the pool any time we wanted a swim. My parents staying in the main building struggled to get any sleep due to the noise.

Otelle ilgili deneyimlerimi paylaşmak isterim. Otele check in yaparken bizim odamızın diğer binada olduğunu söylediler. Belirli bir ücret karşılığında odamızı havuzu olan main buildinge upgrade ettik. 1. Odamız hazır olduğunda odamızı dolaştırdılar fakat tuvaletin kapısını açmadılar. Resepsiyonist odadan gittikten sonra tuvalet kapısını açmayı denedik ve kapı sıkışmış ve açılmıyordu. Resepsiyona mesaj attım ve odamıza birini yönlendirecğini söyledi. 10 dk geçti kimse gelmedi aşağı indiğimizde resepsiyonist matchasını yudumluyordu keyiflice. Daha sonrasında olay çıkardığımız için mühendis yolladı odamıza. 15 dk o da açamadı kapıyı. Daha sonrasında bize alternatif olarak alt kattaki daha düşük olan odaya alabileceklerini söylediler. Kesinlikle oda daha küçüktü ve aynı fiyat olduğunu söylediler ama kontrol ettiğimizde daha ucuz odaydı orası. Paramizı da iade etmeyeceklerdi oraya geçsek. Daha sonrasında kapı açıldı ama biz korkudan tuvalet kapısını hiçbir zaman kapatamadan kullanmak zorunda kaldık. 2. Odamız en üst kattaydı. İlk akşam yatarken dışarıdan gelen tüm ses resmen odamızın içindeydi. Köpek havlaması + motor + dışarıdaki tüm kirli ses. Klima öyle bir ses çıkarıyordu ki ondan da uyuyamadıl. 2 saat odada dönüp durduktan sonra zorla uyuyabildik. Böyle bir ses yok. Odamızın üstü açıkmış bir kısmının. Kimseye en üst katta oda önermiyorum. 2. Gün orda kalamayacağımı veya çözüm bulmalarını istedim. Bizi kötü odaya attılar. Evet çözüm buldular ama baktığımızda downgrade bir odaya geçiş yaptık. Bu otel kesinlikle bir fecaat. Otel çalışanlarının şımarıklığı ve iş bilmezliği de cabası.

We loved everything about it! The space, the smell, the esthetic, the music, the playlist, the location was great! Staff were very sweet and attentive, super comfortable bed! We really enjoyed our stay, we would definitely come back and recommend.

Our room was next to the street , so it was a but noisy ( motorcycles ) at night .. but we were provided with earplugs anyway .

Not very comfortable breakfast tables when eating by the pool. Staff interactions just okay. Consider adding spa area to gym pass.

The decor and style of the room was stunning, and the service from the staff was impeccable at all times. The attached gym membership was really valuable to me as well.

The lighting in the bathrooms and shaving mirror was a bit dim and poorly positioned. It made it hard to do vanity tasks such as shaving, pampering and cleaning teeth.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, professional, and assisted us with special requests/queries very promptly. Room was amazing both in terms of aesthetics and how it was maintained. Bar Vera had great drinks as well. I can't recommend this place enough.

Sometimes there were millipedes and flying ants that made their way into the room.

Location (proximity to heaps of cool cafes, restos, bars and shops), staff friendliness and responsiveness, design and interior and facilities (bike and buggy - which are huge advantages for exploring around).

The aircon was too hot. Told the staff and it was set to the max but was still too hot to fall asleep. And the proximity to the main street with the sound of car and bikes at night, making light sleeper like me wake up a few times during the night.

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The room was modern and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to help. The hotel is close to cafes, shops, and public transport. Perfect for both work and vacation. I would gladly stay again.

I stayed one night at Further Hotel and really enjoyed the beautiful, design-driven room and the calm Pererenan atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole place had a stylish, relaxed vibe. A lovely boutique stay for a quick getaway. Staff - Widia has been very responsive and helpful with my enquiries right from the amendment of dates to the pleasant birthday sweet touches. Staff at the reception - Dewi and Dela are friendly and lovely! We arrived when it was raining heavily and Dewi even welcomed us with umbrellas. The hotel and cafe are in separate buildings, but there’s a buggy to drive and pick us up. St Ali cafe has the best coffee and service around, we loved our stay in Canggu and this is a great start to our trip! :)

It was a hotel recommended by a friend. I had already done some research before checking in, and I was very happy that it met all our expectations! My wife was very happy, so I was very happy too, hahaha.

MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT. Do not be fooled by the Conde Nast Award, and please read the bad reviews first!! We checked out early because we knew we would not enjoy our holiday if we continued staying here. 1. EXTREMELY NOISY. Felt like I was sleeping by the roadside, with the motorcycles zooming past every now and then. The walls are thin as well, I could hear when other guests were outside and opening their doors, and when housekeeping was doing their rounds. I was up at 6am after my first night because of the noise (road + housekeeping outside etc). Definitely not the peace and calm the listing photos try to portray. 2. EXTREMELY DARK AT NIGHT. Photos look good because they were taken in the day, i.e there was light. But when night comes, be prepared to use night vision goggles. The room is sooo dimly lit we struggled to move around. Could barely see my body while showering. Perhaps they were going for a romantic/ cool vibe but it definitely is NOT practical. 3. FORM > FUNCTION. Sure, it looks pretty in photos. But it is also stupidly impractical. The bed is placed in the middle of a raised concrete platform. Looks good in photos but so inconvenient to get in and out of. Not to mention the bed is a little on the soft side as well. My wife fell down one of the nights while trying to use the bathroom. The 2 'sitting' chairs they place in the room also encapsulates this theme of form over function. So damn difficult to get into, and when I am finally sat in it, the position is so uncomfortable that it was cutting off blood supply to my legs. And then it was another challenge trying to get up. There was no where comfortable to lounge in (useless sitting chairs, concrete all over, difficult bed to get into). TLDR; Just don't book this and look elsewhere.

Beautiful stay. Design and architecture is a dream. Room is beautiful and clean. Great service. Incredible food. Great value for money and great location. For Bali the noise level is good. Had great sleep

Liked the hotel design, very unique. The staff are nice and welcoming. The location is excellent, near to a lot of cafes and restaurants.

It was annoying as you can hear everything outside the room. Don’t get the room with a pool if you plan to have a mid day naps as it will be over your head with annoying fountain which will start running from 9 am till 9 pm. The room is very small.

It’s been an amazing trip. Couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely come back. Everything about this hotel is so aesthetically pleasing. Staff were amazing as well. Portion Bali located at the rooftop is amazing. Arni has been great at service! Thank you!
