Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Fit my purpose "near airport, not far from community, cozy, relaxing and convenient." Staff professional services and good food were a real surprise and absolutely like it there.
Guests, please be mindful on the sound as the walls are thin and not much privacy. Lotsa mosquitoes after dark during my stay, so guests please be mindful if you want to relax outside the building after dark.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Staff were very respectful and kind. The hotel itself is a top notch in Jakarta, quite reflective of the Marriot Bonvoy chain of hotels. It was worth every penny spent. Rooms were well kept, bed was comfy after a long 9 hours flight. I would come back again.

Reviewed May 27, 2026From first step to last everything was amazing. We stayed overnight. We had vacation in Bali. We used this hotel for transfer purpose. Location is close to airport. They even have free bus shuttle or taxi services which makes hustle free stay. From reception to guest service, waitress . Everyone was so kind and accommodating. We got breakfast included. We liked options and food were so delicious. Especially Nasi Goreng. And Special thanks to Dzulia. She was so helpful and kind. She engaged and helped us before we even asked for help. Sorry that I couldn't get other staff names. And reception lady was also nice. Everyone... We do recommend this hotel for everyone.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025The most comfortable and easily accessible transit hotel in the Soekarno-Hatta airport area. Its clean, comfortable rooms and excellent gym facilities are its strengths. The breakfast is also quite appealing, though not as varied as a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended for those seeking a comfortable transit experience at a reasonable price.

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025Excellent hotel. Very new and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable - it was quiet and I slept very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sbuttle driver who picked me up went out way to pick me job when I couldn’t find the pick up location. Very close to the airport. I wasn’t sure about walking around the area by myself but the hotel restaurant was very good. I was jet lagged. It was just one night.
