Todo parecia correcto pero al entrar en la cama y mover las sábanas vimos que estaban LLENAS DE PELOS NEGROS, seguramente de los anteriores huéspedes, por lo que CLARAMENTE SE VE QUE NO LIMPIAN Y CAMBIAN LAS SÁBANAS ENTRE CLIENTES, COSA ANTIHIÉNICA Y TOTALMENTE VERGONZOSO.

- Sauberkeit könnte besser sein (altes Papier im Zimmer, Seife war leer, Nachttisch war dreckig, Haare lagen rum und die Bettwäsche war etwas fleckig) - es gab nur 1 Handtuch, obwohl 2 Personen eingecheckt sind, wurde dann aber nachgeliefert - es gab keinen Pool (wie bei Google bei ein paar Bildern sichtbar)

- Issue with keycard - Handling of airport drop off: This is crucial especially if guests were cluelessly waiting why we still didn't leave on our scheduled departure from the hotel. Turns out, we're waiting for "VIP" guests who lacks time management skills.

Para descansar entre vuelos esta muy bien ya que en el precio de la habitación te incluye los desplazamientos desde y hacia el aeropuerto. El personal de recepción es muy agradable y atento, así como el conductor de los coches que te desplazan al aeropuerto.

Avevamo letto che ci fosse un ottimo ristorante, ma per noi l'esperienza culinaria è stata piuttosto negativa a cena. I corridoi che portano alle camere, dove fortunatamente c'è il pavimento, hanno una moquette che non viene pulita/aspirata. La nostra camera in bagno aveva un forte odore dagli scarichi del bagno che abbiamo tenuto coperti con degli asciugamani.

Camera puzzolente, corridoio ancora più puzzolente, lo shuttle dall’aeroporto all’andata ci ha lasciati a piedi e abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi a spese nostre, al ritorno ci hanno fatto alzare prestissimo x prendere lo shuttle alle 6:00 (prenotandolo) peccato che poi non aveva posto x tutti. Abbiamo atteso mezz’ora per poi prendere un taxi

Perfetta per una notte di passaggio per prendere il volo interno il giorno seguente. Abbiamo usufruito anche della cena davvero buona!

Avevamo prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale e volevano darci una con letti singoli. Ho dovuto insistere più volte con la prenotazione sotto mano per farci dare la camera che avevo pagato. Arrivati in camera dopo un viaggio di 30 ore in aereo, vado in bagno ed era sporchissimo. Dentro il gabinetto c'erano ancora le strisciate di cacca degli ospiti precedenti. Siamo stati solo 4 ore per fortuna!!

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026I absolutely would not recommend this place. The airport shuttle took well over an hour (very disorganized); for the return trip, we booked a Grab instead. We also had to wait ages for dinner, which was served lukewarm and was, at best, average in terms of taste. Breakfast was just so-so—you’d expect more for 120,000 Rp. The staff seemed completely unmotivated—totally unusual for Indonesia, where people are usually extremely friendly. All in all, in terms of value for money, this was definitely the worst experience of our five-week trip to Indonesia.

Certains coins de la chambre manquaient de propreté et d’entretien même si de manière générale c’était très correct !
