The room corresponds to the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. Good value for your money. We are not used to high standards hotels but if you're looking for a nice hotel it does the work !

The public toilets on the first level are not that clean and breakfast could be improved but was ok !

Praktisches Hotel mit gut funktionierender warmer Dusche und AC, gut gelegen um Gorontalo ein wenig zu Fuss/per Tuktuk zu erkunden.

Das in den Bewertungen häufig gelobte Frühstück hat uns nicht überzeugt. Bei uns gab es beispielsweise kein Obst und alles auf den Wärmeplatten war kalt.

only stayed overnight but enjoyed my stay, a stylish lobby friendly staff and a really good breakfast included...a large tasty selection to choose from. The location is also good, just a short walk to the shopping mall if that's your thing. I paid a bit more for a bigger room which was good. Would recommend.

Wir sind früh morgens, nach der Fahrt mit der Fähre von Wakai, dort angekommen. Der Empfang war, trotz der Uhrzeit, sehr freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck an der Rezeption stehen lassen und durften ab sechs Uhr frühstücken. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und lecker. Wir würden wieder dort einchecken.

Die Zimmer waren grosszügig und die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage ist gut, man ist recht schnell überall hingekommen. Das Hotel konnte uns bei Anfragen immer weiterhelfen. Grundsätzlich hat die ganze Hotelanlage einen guten Eindruck gemacht! Eine Motorroller-vermietung war verfügbar.

Trotz der vielen freundlichen Mitarbeitern waren manche etwas zurückhaltend, wir hatten teilweise das Gefühl als wäre man als non-business Reisender fehl am Platz. Das Badezimmer ist nach einer Dusche ziemlich nass, da der Spritzschutz sehr kurz ist. Das Zimmer ist generell recht abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, uns ist aber nicht immer alles bekommen. Mit 150k IDR für 12h war es eine eher teure Rollervermietung.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst komfortable Bett. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich: Von Toast, Milchbrötchen, Cornflakes und Marmelade über frisch zubereitetes Omelett bis hin zu landestypischen Spezialitäten war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Fugen im Bad waren an einigen Stellen etwas verschimmelt. Angesichts der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit vor Ort ist das jedoch nachvollziehbar und hat unseren Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt.

Absolut kein Englisch. Sie wussten über wenig bescheid, resp. falsche Angaben gegeben über die Fähren. Leider wurden wir morgens immer geweckt weil es sehr laut ist.

Rather new hotel with nice and simple decor. Big rooms. Breakfast selection is quite good. Restaurant food is good too Central location close to mall and other facilities.

The cappucino a bit too foamy and might need better beans because I could not taste the coffee There were some children screaming and running in front of my room at ground floor near receptionist - I was too tired to protest - but the staff did not stop them.

I enjoyed the hospitality by the staff. They are nice and kind.

The accommodation is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. What truly stands out is the staff’s consistently positive attitude and cheerful demeanor. They promptly handled everything we needed, making our stay effortless. They even accommodated a slightly later check-out, which was a great help for my pregnant wife. As a last point - they have really good food!

Gorontalo is dirty city, with no soul, but thats not problem of this hotel. Nothing to mention.

Das Hotel hatte eine super Lage mitten in Manado, von hier aus konnte man fußläufig einiges erleben. Das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet war typisch für die Region und nachhaltig. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, besonders als wir uns Roller ausleihen wollten, sorgten sie dafür dass wir gute Roller bekamen.

Wir hatten nach diesem Zimmer ein anderes gebucht, welches leider keine Fenster hatte. Die Badezimmer waren leider etwas dreckig, besonders was den Kalk anbelangt oder die Sauberkeit des Duschkopfes, hier könnte ein wenig sorgfältiger gesäubert werden.

Bevor es auf die Togian Inseln ging, musste ich einen Zwischenhalt in Gorontalo machen. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber nicht alle verstehen gut englisch. Die Kommunikation hat aber gut funktioniert. Ich habe mir eine Suite geleistet, da ich auch noch ein bisschen am PC arbeiten musste. Leider funktionierte das WLAN nicht so gut. Ich vermute, weil das Zimmer weit hinten war und das Signal nicht bis dahin kam? Das war etwas nervig. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer hatte nebst dem Schlafzimmer noch einen Wohnraum mit einem Tisch, wo man auch Essen konnte (über Grab bestellen, funktioniert prima). Man braucht ein Taxi, Grab oder ein Bike, wenn man sich bewegen will. Das Hotel ist aber sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man ein Taxi benötigt und organisiert auch einen Flughafentransfer (gegen Gebühr). Das Hotel war während meines Aufenthaltes sehr voll und es gab viele Einheimische im Hotel, da dort eine Schulung oder Kongress abgehalten wurde. Beim Frühstück war es sehr laut und der Raum ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Es hat aber alles was man braucht. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war für mich als Italienerin ungeniessbar, aber ich war ja auch nicht in Italien :-). Im Coffeshop oben gibt es aber sehr guten Kaffee und auch gutes Essen, was man sich bestellen kann und auch im Zimmer essen kann. Alles in allem war das Hotel gut.

Ich würde keine Schnorcheltour mit Walhaien mehr über das Hotel buchen. Das war wirklich eine grosse Enttäuschung. Die Schnorcheltour findet in einer Bucht statt und die Walhaie werden angefüttert. Das wurde einem aber im Vorfeld nicht gesagt, obwohl ich das Hotelpersonal vorher gefragt hatte. Da aber eben die Englischkenntnisse teilweise nicht gut waren, haben die gar nicht verstanden, auf was ich hinaus wollte. Ich dachte, man fährt mit einem Boot raus und kann dann dort mit Walhaien schwimmen. Man wird aber in eine Bucht gefahren und 5 Meter vom Strand kann man dann mit vielen anderen mit einem angefütterten Walhai schnorcheln. Lieber über jemanden anderen buchen, z.B. über Miguel's Diving Gorontalo. Dies ist eine nachhaltige Tauchschule, die keine Walhaie anfüttert.

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Restaurant, zentral gelegen. (Zum Fährhafen, der außerhalb der Stadt liegt, muss man ohnehin ein Taxi nehmen…) Zimmer und Bett sind gut.

unser aufenthalt im Yulia war ein super abschluss unseres 5-wöchigen aufenthaltes in sulawesi. wir waren begeistert vom zimmer, dem personal - sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und äußerst hilfsbereit; alle unsere wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt - zusatzbett, transporte mit dem auto, unterstützung beim einkaufen und am postamt. der zum hotel gehörende fahrer hat in den geschäften für uns übersetzt, unser taschen getragen und uns bei der auswahl der gewürze und früchte beraten. das frühstück war ausgezeichnet, der snack am nachmittag sehr gut und alles war ganz frisch zubereitet. dieses hotel und seine mitarbeiter*innen können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Great Location, big enough, clean room with comfortable bed. Really lovely, nice, helpful & supporting stuff before arriving and during our stay, even prepared a lovely „breakfast-to-go-box for us. Just a few steps outside there are ATM‘s, smalish minimarkets, restaurants and other shops…

We expected much more for such value of money. The room offered for such price was without any windows, terrible, we changed but got hot and without fridge, so we decided to ask for another but they said that they can give us better but we need to write positive opinion on TripAdvisor.!!? In fact room has small balcony, fridge and window but was more expensive. The staff tried to do the best but it is so artificial, they smiled all the time but not recognised the guest so they said hallo every 5 minutes which was strange. Also the breakfast is quite terrible.you got toast but nothing else, as they have omlette, nasi, and other Indonesian staff...the mocca Caffe deserves a separate opinion as nobody is there and the food is frozen,we ended with stomach pain after the dinner which looked great but was old. The biggest problem was with bad bugs. We got a lot of itchy signs after this stay. Also they mistaken our laundry. The price for the laundry is extremely overpriced (triple).and not good at all after jungle trekking. Of course I realise that in Gorontalo there are no so many options but it should be much cheaper for that what you get!

Thanks to all the staff at yulia hotel for a wonderful experience (especially Karin) ! The breakfast options were great, the bed was comfy, the bathroom with the transparent glass was something after all the rough nights with the niamouk we had during our holidays in Sulawesi 🌞

Some of the food in the breakfast was cold. There were not much choice available in the menu, especially indonesian food. We don’t travel that long to eat the same thing as we ate in Europe

Banana bread cakelets are wonderful for breakfast. Room is cool and WiFi works well. Marble floors are slightly scary - but very clean.

Der Frühstückssaal hat keine besonders einladende Atmosphäre und das Frühstück ist überschaubar. Das Personal konnte uns mit Infos zur Fähre auf die Togian Inseln nicht weiterhelfen.

( visiblement pas toute ) Comme partout ici, les mosquées chantent à 5h du matin alors meme pas besoin d apporter son réveil ⏰ ! Gorontalo est un super ville et de l’hotel est super bien situé. Un coup de coeur pour le restaurant Angelato à 5 minutes à pied !

Very comfortable and clean hotel after a long ferry trip from Togean Islands. All the staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Citimall. Buffet breakfast was very nice, including fresh cooked omelette or eggs. There was a big fish tank in the enclosed smoking room, next to the breakfast room. Restaurant on 2nd floor served a delicious steak with pepper sauce and good coffee.

We had a low cost, internal room which didn’t have a window, but we were only there for one night, so it didn’t bother us. Nevertheless, the room was light, comfortable and very clean!

Zentral in Gorontalo gelegen: Banken Restaurants, Supermarkt in Gehweite. Herrliche Betten, Zimmer war komplett ruhig. Hotel ist neuwertig, Staff unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet ab 6 Uhr morgens, was perfekt fürunsere Tauchgänge passte. Next time again !!

Rooms are very good with AC, Smart-TV and comfortable shower. I would like to highlight the whole staff, which helped us in every possible way. Organizing everything we need and really cared about our comfort. Even for our further trip through Sulawesi. Special thanks to Irwan!!

Very comfortable and clean hotel room! And its very spacious. The staff is very helpful and attentive to details. Breakfast buffet is also nice with multiple choices available. Would recommend for anyone visiting Gorontalo as its located right in the city center.

The hotel is newly renovated. Everything looks neat and clean, staffs are extremely helpful and kind (they even took me to a place with the hotel car for free when I cant find any ride), the location is near the center of the city and old town, it’s easy to find food, their tv is well connected to youtube channel and you can watch netflix if you want to sign in with your acc. I stayed there for 4 nights and they change the bfast menu every day.

The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful, especially when my driver did not turn up the next morning to drive to the airport. Very helpful and avoided me missing my flight.

Cold shower in the morning. Quite early so did not have time to ask and get it fixed. I am sure it would have been fixed but this was not the start I would have liked.

We hebben allemaal al vaak in hotels geslapen, maar de service en gastvrijheid die we hier zijn tegen gekomen hebben we nergens zo mee gemaakt. We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen en toen we aangaven de volgende dag naar de haven te moeten, kregen we direct een gratis transfer aan geboden. Een van ons vieren had last van een oorontsteking en werd nog diezelfde avond door de chauffeur van het hotel naar een dokter gebracht Ook dit was onderdeel van de service en gratis. De kamer was schoon en alles zag er uit als op de foto's. Er kwam iemand langs om te vragen of we nog wasgoed hadden. De volgende dag mochten we tot aan vertrek naar de haven, om 2 uur 's middags gratis gebruik maken van de kamers. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. Echt een top hotel!!!
