La piscine était bien et avoir le restaurant tout près

Le personnel n’était pas très sympathique, à la moindre petite demande, nous avions l’impression de les déranger et d’en demander trop. On avait l’impression qu’ils parlaient constamment de nous. Nous avions des poubelles dans la chambre tel que des bouteilles d’eau mais ils ne les ramassaient jamais.

The location isn't ideal; generally, getting from place to place on Nusa Penida is difficult. The hotel has its own restaurant, but the food was quite expensive and not really good.

The location is very good the road in front can get busy but overall one of the best spots on the island to stay.

Super vriendelijk personeel dat je overal mee wilt helpen. Het bed was fijn en groot. De airco werkte zo goed dat die s nachts niet aan hoefde. Een fijn zwembad. Het ontbijt bij het hotel was erg lekker en fijn dat we dit ook al voor openingstijd konden bestellen.

De locatie, je moet een scooter/taxi hebben als je ergens heen wilt (maar dit is via het hotel goed te regelen). De douche werd na een tijdje koud. De badkamer is wat verouderd tegenover de rest van het hotel.

Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z darmowym odbiorem z portu. Wspaniała obsługa, w stałym kontakcie na whatsappie. Pokój czysty, ładnie urządzony, tak jak cały hotel, restauracja i basen w hotelu. Obiekt położony blisko portu.

Ristorante scarso, la doccia allagava tutto il bagno ogni volta. Abbiamo prenotato una escursione in barca che doveva essere di 2 ore e invece è durata solo 1 ora, lo abbiamo fatto presente e non ci è stato dato nessun rimborso

房间整洁，环境尚可，有歺厅好，代联系包车，尽管价格较贵。提供码头接送很好。歺厅的饭菜也还可口。

开始安排的房间应该是空调的冷凝水管漏水，后来换了一间好些，但晚上有不明声音，怀疑是老鼠在顶棚内发出的响声。卫生间不是很干净，洗面盆安装的让人洗漱很不舒服。另外，老板帮我们联系的包车价格比我们了解的包车价格高出许多。

Conveniently located near the harbour just 5 mins away, they provide free shuttle which is more like a private taxi.

The staff in the hotel is helpful.

When we purchased breakfast separately, we noticed that complimentary cut fruits were not provided, whereas they were included for guests whose room bookings came with breakfast. I don’t believe that providing a small serving of cut fruits would incur a significant cost, but it would certainly enhance the overall guest experience. I hope you will consider extending this gesture to all breakfast guests in the future.

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating of requests. The dinning area and food is very good. The breakfast is good but small, unless you order the Indonesian fried rice, which is also good but large. The pool is compact but very nice. The room was good and clean. The bed was great. Taxi pick up from hotel went smooth and was convenient. They also helped book a day tour of the island and a snorkeling trip, which was convenient.

The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The infinity swimming pool is so relaxing looking at the sea in the background. There's a restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is tasty. Easy to rent motorbike and tours from the reception. Every staff member is nice and attentive.

La salle de bain était très sombre, le personnel au restaurant pas toujours très efficace ni impliqué.

Es ist authentisch, mit einer wunderbaren Dachterasse für tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, die mir jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben. Hat auch für kurze Zeit wie ein Zuhause angefühlt.

Our stay at Grand Yuna Hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel is very clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The food was delicious with great variety, and everything exceeded our expectations. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional staff — everyone was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the wonderful receptionists for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They made us feel at home from the very first moment. Overall, everything was perfect and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit einem guten Ausblick auf den Hafen und auf Bali. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant hat sehr faire Preise und gutes Essen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Came back after 2 years. Hotel is worn down unfortunately. Mold smell, insects in bathroom.

L'hôtel est pas trop loin du port, un service de navette nous a été proposé moyennant argent mais très apprécié étant donné que l'hôtel est dans une côte. La piscine, le petit déjeuner, la chambre faite tous les jours ainsi que la location de scooter et les excursions sont de vraies plus !

La ubicación, aunque cerca de la zona de restauración y bares, la carretera para ir andando es malísima y peligrosa por el tráfico, necesitas taxis y son caros para el trayecto que es.

Our room was perfect, very very comfy bed and very modern nice feel to the room, loved the view, it was superb! There was one lady, not sure of her name, she wore a blue t shirt and served breakfast, she was absolutely lovely, credit to the hotel!

Nothing at all not to like, I guess if you had to mention anything it would be the lack of a lift but doesn’t really affect us as such.

The room was huge and spacious. All amenities were good as well. Location only one km from the main market, a huge plus. Easy to rent bike from owner/the renting guy just besides.

Breakfast should have more vegan/ vegetarian options. Only 1-2 items for vegetarian people. Will attract more such people if provided

The hotel is located on a hill with no sidewalk. I do not recommend walking there – take a taxi or book a transfer at the hotel.

The hotel is a little out of the town so you need to get taxis in & out if you want to go in. We booked our tours with transfers (highly recommend doing this) & relaxed in the pool with dinner in the evening. The bedrooms are not soundproofed so you can hear other guests, morning prayers etc maybe something to be mindful of if you’re a light sleeper but it didn’t bother us!

Room run down. I was given a rm with whole toilet bowl coming out & aircon wasn't cold. After changing another rm, it was better. However, interior was rundown & seriously needed upgrading! Wardrobe was run down, Moulds growing in ceiling corner. No soundproofing Sink positioning was out, an arm's length away! At times, some message that was clearly instructed, not to provide anymore the previous night, didn't get through.

The bed was comfortable. The view was nice. It has a nice location. 1 free transfer to the closest harbor.

The curtains don’t block the light enough. The noise from the near road is too loud inside the room. The cleaning could be improved. We saw some dust accumulated.

The only small negative we had was the toilet kept rocking like it was going to break.

The property is ideally located, just 5 minutes by car from the port. Its main asset is the presence of an on-site restaurant, which is a considerable advantage given the lack of restaurants on Nusa Penida. You are guaranteed to enjoy delicious meals at the hotel.
