L'emplacement est parfait et une très belle vue. Deux très belles piscines. Villas spacieuses.

Le personnel n'est pas très impliqué et serviable surtout au restaurant.

The views are beautiful The swimming pools were great One of their drivers who took us around the island was great.

The service was really hit and miss. The food was mostly terrible. Unless you have a bike you have to rely on their transport service which was not transparent at all. One short trip they quoted 100k then said oh actually it’s 150k then when we arrived the driver said that’s 250k. When we checked, they had edited the WhatsApp message to say 250k after we agreed. When we raised it they did acknowledge they had done this and gave us the 100k back in cash, but this left a very bad taste. The shuttle driver ran over a puppy dog when taking us to the boat which was pretty traumatising for me as it could have been avoided but they chose not to. We had a terrible smell from our drains two days in a row. The first day we asked someone to come and have a look, which they did but basically just sprayed a load of chemicals. They disposed of things that weren’t rubbish.

Staff were amazing and happy to help with request. Restaurant staff and food were great, pool was unbelievably beautiful. Would stay again no problem at all.

L’hôtel est très bien, la vue depuis la chambre est incroyable, la piscine est très très bien ! Le personnel est très à l’écoute, il est facile de réserver quelque chose (scooter, massages, taxi, excursion). Le restaurant offre une belle vue également puisque l’hôtel est situé en hauteur. La chambre est nettoyé tout les jours. Je recommande c’était très bien !

La struttura è molto bella, situata in alto rispetto al porto e permette di godere di uno splendido panorama. I servizi sono impeccabili e c’è grande attenzione e disponibilità da parte del personale. Abbiamo cenato spesso al ristorante dell’hotel, ci siamo trovati molto bene: una buona scelta del Menù e piatti preparati bene. Abbiano visto che stanno rifacendo la strada che collega Semabu alla zona del porto, questo renderà ancora migliore soggiornare qui!

El agua de la ducha no salía del todo bien. La habitación y lavabo un poco fríos pero era la habitación mas barata.

Credo che la struttura sia una delle più esclusive dell’isola, molto conosciuta dai local e molto vicina al lungomare di nusa penida, che è la zona centrale. La stanza è veramente molto spaziosa, così come il bagno. Il letto è larghissimo, potrebbero dormirci quattro persone. La piscina è bellissima, aperta fino a tardi la sera, per non parlare della vista mozzafiato sul porto, dove si può vedere anche il tramonto. Lo staff è molto disponibile e accoglie ogni richiesta fatta dagli ospiti, con la possibilità di fare colazione in camera o ordinare da mangiare dal ristorante. È possibile anche noleggiare scooter o gita in barca, ovviamente a un prezzo superiore rispetto alla concorrenza.

La pulizia non era granché, c’era parecchia polvere, ragnatele, ragni, poca attenzione alle piccole cose. L’illuminazione della stanza e del bagno è davvero carente, soprattutto nel bagno dove c’è una sola luce, neanche molto luminosa, che rendeva inevitabilmente difficile anche guardarsi allo specchio. Gli interruttori delle luci e i comodini erano molto lontani dal letto, quindi ogni volta per mettere a caricare qualcosa prima di andare a dormire o per spegnere la luce, bisogna alzarsi dal letto.

Pool, the view of the ocean and sunset from the pool was beautiful. Rooms were large and spacious.

Food - we ordered Indian dinner and it was horrible. Please eat out or order local dishes. Breakfast - struggle for coffee and bread, those are basics.

Красивая территория, хороший бассейн. Прекрасный вид, но закат уже не так удобно наблюдать, как на фотографиях - деревья выросли. Отличный ресторан.

Менеджмент вообще не уделяет внимания текущему ремонту в номерах: - мебель почти вся немного сломана, по мелочи - смыв в туалете нормально работает 1 раз из 5 - слив в душе забит - из лейки душа вода течет плохо - замок на двери заедает Зато на ресепшене стоит очень душный персонал - оплачивал я наличными, доллары не берут. Говорю, давайте я разменяю и оплачу. Они потребовали оплатить хотя бы один день сразу, я оплатил, а затем вечером того же дня звонили мне в номер около 22:00 с просьбой оплатить второй день. При выезде попросили подождать чтобы проверить комнату - не сломал ли я что-нибудь.

The locks on the villa doors could be better as they were a bit old and tempramental

The rooms were very big and clean. We took a room with ocean view which was worth but no need to pay too much for the view only. The pool and its view was mesmerizing and The whole property was well maintained.

The only thing which needs to be upgraded is the No of ACs in the room. Since, Nusa Penida is a hot place and considering the size of the room, one AC in the room was not able to make it cool. You will have to wait an hour to make your room suitable else you will keep feeling warm.

Location - just the right distance from the main area, set up the hill. Beautiful view, nice and quite.

The property is very old, and uncomfortable. The front desk staff speak to you as if you’re in a college hostel. The food was consistently horrible and rooms very uncomfortable. The ACs don’t cool, as they are too small for the rooms that size. We had a terrible two night stay.

Luktet kloakk fra bad, og ikke veldig godt vasket på rom, var døde insekter på veggene som ikke er vasket bort fra tidligere. Maten var heller ikke noe særlig, men milkshaken/mocktails var gode! Dårlig trykk i dusjen, og harde senger.

There was no water suddenly in the rooms on one of the days. It took almost 45 minutes for then to fix it. Besides, Nusa Penida is a hyped up location.

Diani and the rest of the team were really friendly with us. Breakfast service was nice too.

In my reservation the shuttle was free from harbour and they tried millions time to charge me - in both ways, I had to push many times. Also, they offer shuttle service with insane price.A ride of 10 min (one way) became in 10€ ( 200K), that’s crazy! 2 coffee in the morning 6.5€ … in Indonesia….speechless The water pressure in the shower was minimal. Barely any water came out, and it was very difficult to wash my hair. On their book services they offered yoga Matt but when we requested they didn’t have. In a nutshell, we expected much more based on the category of the hotel.

Simply Awesome!!! Our stay at Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida was simply perfect. The environment is incredibly calm and peaceful, with no noise at all-ideal for a relaxing getaway. We stayed in a direct pool access room with a beautiful sea view, which made the experience even more special. The room was spacious and felt like home, with a large living area, bedroom, and an especially huge bathroom. The staff were super friendly, especially the restaurant team. They were always attentive, humble, and ready to provide everything we needed. The food exceeded our expectations-there is not a single complaint. The quality, presentation, taste, and portion sizes were all excellent. The location is also perfect, close to the jetty and convenient for accessing both sides of the island. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and are very thankful to the wonderful staff for making it so memorable.

la vue est magnifique, l'endroit protégé et calme. Chambre spacieuse et très grand lit. Très belles piscines.

le manque de propreté de la chambre, le drap ne couvrait pas complètement le matelas et ce dernier était taché. L'absence d'eau le matin impossible de se laver ou d'aller aux toilettes. Les fenêtres qui constituent également la porte d'entrée ne ferment pas complètement. Restauration très très moyenne, petit déjeuner succint.

Être réveillé à 4h du matin par les prières d’une confession pendant 45 minutes puis à 6h par une autre confession puis le soir tard… Le personnel est professionnel mais moins attentionné que dans les autres hôtels que nous avons pris à Bali antérieurement.

I liked the room very much and the pool with the view was perfect. Also the cleaning service was very good and the room was always clean.

The staff was a little arrogant because we were asking for a motorbike without damages. Also we didn’t like the food of their restaurant.

酒店位置还可以，但是价格跟靠近码头的海边度假村一样就有点离谱

酒店会私拿客人的物品，我退房的时候花费了很久告诉我没有落下东西。后面我自己发现少拿一双鞋子，回去找了两年都没有，去前台反馈有东西拉下了，就告诉我找到了，我真的呵呵 还有就是 整个酒店的饭是我吃过在整个印尼的酒店行程里最难吃的

Mauvaise organisation, on vous réveille à 9h pour nettoyer la chambre. Lors du check out, nous avons dû régler la perte d’une crème pour le corps or elle n’y était pas à l’arrivée. Et que ferions nous avec? Salle de bain ainsi que quelques équipements vieillots.

Location of the Property and Surrounding nature was very good along with Sea facing view. Food was fantastic with options for us which made the stay memorable.

Pre checking process of the room before guest check in can be much better and that area definitely requires additional improvement so as to addition to experience level.

The staff was relatively friendly and the infinity pool was nice. The other pool was also decent. The location is about a 5-minute drive from the boat harbor.

We booked a suite with a king-size bed and direct pool access, but the experience could not have been more disappointing. When we arrived, the room was full of flies. We understand that we were surrounded by nature, but this was excessive, and on top of that, the bathroom was dirty. When we opened the bathroom blinds, we found many dead flies underneath, a clear sign that the room had not been properly cleaned for a while. The following day, we requested housekeeping, but they left items we had placed to be cleaned (a glass with a dirty packet inside) in the same spot, untouched. Overall, the cleanliness of the place was terrible.

Шикарный отель, прекрасная территория. Берите номера с видом на океан - не пожалеете! Номера на второй линии будут с видом на кондиционеры и стены других номеров. Номера очень просторные, всё чисто,есть все банные принадлежности, очень удобно! Завтраки хорошие, на территории есть ресторан - как по мне цены немного завышены относительно других цен на Бали. Расположение недалеко от порта, магазинов и обменника валюты. В отеле можно арендовать мопед, цена как и везде,но удобно,что не нужно никуда за ним идти. Очень советую взять от отеля снорклинг на частной лодке с мантами! Цена в два раза ниже чем у остальных. Отель предоставляет лодку на двоих, гида и всё необходимое оборудование. Остались в восторге! В целом, отель очень понравился, минусов не обнаружили.
