Realmente no hay nada relevante a criticar. El único pero que sacó es la distancia a Jávea, aunque nos permitió descubrir un par de restaurantes magníficos.

Fabuleux hôtel proposant des suites de type Bungalow super équipé et très spacieaux. L'établissement dispose d'une grande piscine agréable dans un jardin magnifique.

L'accès depuis la route est un peu difficile car l'entrée est perpendiculaire à la route. Le café au petit déjeuner doit être amélioré pour un établissement affichant 4 étoiles.

Es wird viel gelabert um den Eindruck zu schaffen man möchte den Gästen ein individuelles und zuvorkommendes Erlebnis zu schaffen. Leider ist die Wirklichkeit eine andere. Hohe Preise aber überall soll der Gast sparen, wasser handtücher etc. Dazu kommt, dass ich teures Gerät im Apartment vergessen habe und deswegen nachgefragt. Ich habe nie eine Antwort erhalten ob es gefunden wurde oder nicht. Den genauen Standort konnte ich tracken, bis wohl die Putzfrau dachte es wäre ein guter Fund. Nur leider ist das Gerät gesperrt und als gestohlen gemeldet. Nicht die hellsten Diebe und ein Kunde weniger.

El acceso al hotel desde la carretera

No tengo palabras para describir, el ambiente es impecable, la habitación espectacular, con unas vistas increíbles y una desconexión brutal Estábamos tan agusto que nos gustó más el sitio y el ambiente que el propio viaje. Recalcar al personal, todos super simpáticos, cercanos y muy educados. Sergio, el recepcionista, de verdad que encanto de persona, ese hotel está lleno de cosas bonitas, su servicio ha sido maravilloso y muy cercano. De verdad que no tengo palabras para describirlo. Este sitio es imposible sacarle algo negativo, volveré si, o si. ❤️

Er viel niks tegen. Je kiest voor dit heerlijke hotel/verblijf als je wil tot rust komen en genieten. Je hebt een auto nodig om teru de stad op te zoeken. Dichtbij kan je de buurt met de fiets verkenn en, de omgeving biedt ook mogelijkheid tot hiken.

TOT. L’hotel és preciós, l’habitació molt bonica, moderna i molt neta. La piscina espectacular. L’esmorzar variat, de proximitat i boníssim. I a destacar el tracte de tot l’equip humà.

Es el sitio idóneo para desconectar. El trato recibido por todo el personal, en especial el de Esperanza, fue de 10 y la habitación e instalaciones del hotel tambien. El restaurante es perfecto para pasar una noche inolvidable.

Aconsegueixen el seu proposit d’ambient tranquil i relaxat. Atencio dels responsables molt bona i s’agraeixen les seves recomancions de visites i platges. Piscina perfecte.

Esmorzars repetitius. Les cases donen a la part de radera a uns patis privats pero conectats entre casetes; descuits de la neteja en deixar obert. El restaurant es molt aconsellable per un dia, pero economicament parlant es dificil quedar-se a sopar tots els dies.

Teniendo en cuenta que estábamos en la única suite del hotel: La mini nevera estaba totalmente vacía. Nos dieron una jarra de agua filtrada que por el precio de la habitación mínimo debería ser embotellada. No había zapatillas de cortesía que, de nuevo, por el precio de la habitación, debería ser casi obligatorio. Las almohadas incómodas La terraza de la habitación sin encanto

Las instalaciones y la decoración, la amabilidad del personal. La tranquilidad y los detalles, como la música ambiente en el desayuno o el bizcocho casero y los zumos naturales.

Sólo una cosa como sugerencia, hubiera sido un detalle tener la habitación refrigerada a la llegada, ya que hacia mucho calor ese día y el contraste de temperatura con el resto del hotel era muy grande. Nuestra habitación era la suite del ático.

Les chambres sont grandes, climatisées et le lit est très confortable. La piscine est belle et le jardin très bien entretenu. Le restaurant est très bon mais les plats peut être un peu petits pour les grands mangeurs. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien fourni avec des fruits et des jus frais. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment et je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel.

This is a beautifully decorated, located right underneath Montgo mountain, chique and quiet boutique hotel. The host was super welcoming, we got a room with a great view and garden (although it was very hot during the day, at night it was nice to sit there), a huge bed and bathroom. The scent they use in the hotel and rooms is really nice, nice to be able to buy this for our own home. The swimming pool is perfectly clean, clear and well-sized to relax or swim a bit. The beds at the pool were comfy and well-placed, there were always sufficient spots and umbrella's available. The general athmosphere is peaceful and calm and chique, exactly as we like! The restaurant was also really good, a tip is to go there on an event night with live music, supposed to be very lively. Thanks for the wonderful 5 days!

If I would have to mention something, it might be the breakfast, this could be a little bit more extended with types of bread, but for the rest everything was there. Coffee was really fine, but nothing beats a freshly made cappuccino ;-)

La atención recibida por parte del personal es excelente, la habitación es súper bonita y acogedora, junto con las demás estancias como la piscina, todo de 10. Además, no falta detalle por lo que merece la pena sin duda, repetiría sin pensarlo.

Het is heel kleinschalig met super vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk zwembad. Alle ruimten waren heel schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt in de ochtend. Heel de dag kun je water tappen en als er geen personeel is kun je je drankjes pakken en op een "honesty" formulier noteren. Het Japanse Nikkei restaurant is super lekker. Je kon ook op je kamer dineren.

Op maandag en dinsdag is het restaurant dicht en is er geen mogelijkheid om iets van snacks te kopen.

El hotel es perfecto, las habitaciones, los productos de aseo en la habitaciones, el trato del personal, la piscina, el exterior, el desayuno y el restaurante, la comida es exquisita. Recomiendo 100 % comer o cenar en el restaurante.

A wonderfully engaging team of staff who were diligent in ensuring we had the holiday experience that we had hoped for and beyond. The daily breakfasts were excellent as was lunch and the dinners we enjoyed when not eating out. Our bedroom, as well as public areas inside and out were of a high standard. The swimming pool is of a good size with the there were plenty of sun loungers for guests whatever the time of day. We had the one room that is on the first floor which is large with a very generous balcony with sunny. All areas inside and out were very clean and tidy. Wat ons het meest beviel aan de accommodatie waren de heerlijke ligbedjes bij de kamer. Het was erg fijn om daar te kunnen ontspannen. Daarnaast sliep het bed uitstekend, waardoor we iedere ochtend uitgerust wakker werden. Ook het ontbijt was een absoluut hoogtepunt: alles was vers en met zorg bereid. Elke dag was er een gevarieerd aanbod van vers fruit, verse sappen en vers gesneden groenten. Echt een heerlijke start van de dag!

Het inchecken verliep helaas niet prettig. Ondanks voorafgaand contact over een mogelijke early check-in was de medewerker bij de receptie niet vriendelijk of behulpzaam en reageerde hij onnodig aanvallend. Daarnaast was de kamer bij aankomst niet goed schoongemaakt: er lag een gebruikt wattenstaafje bij de deur en er lagen haren in de douche, op de vloer en op de bank. Dit hebben we ook besproken met de manager bij het uitchecken, die hier gelukkig vriendelijk en begripvol op reageerde.

Inrichting is geweldig. Kamer heerlijk ruim en licht. Geweldig restaurant met fijne bediening. Lekker zwembad met goede ligbedden.

Enige kleine minpuntje is de toch wel drukke weg die je hoort maar dit wordt ruimschoots goed gemaakt door alle positieve punten van dit hotel.

Mooie lokatie en entourage. Vriendelijke bediening. Kleine kaart qua diner (was wel van zeer goede kwaliteit). Rustig gelegen. Goede bedden.

Ontbijt mag wat meer variatie hebben met name als je er een week bent. Het jute zonnescherm is helaas 2 maal (touwen) afgebroken. Weinig te doen in de omgeving (auto nodig).

It’s too close to a road but all the rest is so relaxing, you forget about the noise.

Coincidió que fue mi cumpleaños cuando estuvimos alli y no tuvieron ni un detalle conmigo. Mi pareja se lo señaló al chico encargado y le respondió que si nos quedabamos a comer o a cenar se lo comentarian al cocinero y en el postre tendrian un detalle. Eso pinta como un chantaje. En otros hoteles mucho más baratos han tenido un pequeño detalle si es tu cumpleaños, sin tener que decirles nada.

Een heerlijke rustige uitstraling, heel schoon en goed verzorgd. Fijn ontbijt. De locatie geeft echt een vakantiegevoel. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Alles beviel goed! Aanbevelingen die het verblijf nog net wat fijner kunnen maken zijn - schaduwdoeken of iets dergelijks bij het parkeergedeelte. De auto werd heel heet van binnen. - peper en zout op tafel bij het ontbijt. Voor bij de eitjes en avocado 😀 stond 1 setje op het buffet maar dat is niet heel handig als eitjes aan tafel worden geserveerd. Maar zijn details, het verblijf was heerlijk!

Nos tocó habitación adaptada para silla de ruedas y la ducha no tenia mampara situándose al lado del armario y lugar donde se podían dejar las maletas. Nos dieron una toalla para contrarrestar pero salpicabas bastante. Es cierto que el personal amablemente nos ofreció cambiar de habitación pero a una de nivel inferior por el mismo precio, por lo que decidimos quedarnos en la otra. Una de las estaciones de carga no funcionaba.

What a wonderful couple of days! The hotel has a very relaxed Ibiza vibe. Our room was superb with a huge patio that was very private. I am a swimmer and I did a lot of swimming in the pool. It was wonderful. Breakfast was fabulous, we had dinner at the hotel, I have several food intolerances and they were absolutely amazing about it. I had the most wonderful meal. It was a taste explosion and we have eaten in 2 Michelin star restaurants but I was very very impressed. Their wine list is not huge but excellent! The stuff were superb really helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely, relaxing family-run hotel, with a beautiful pool area, delicious food, and some of the most comfortable beds i've slept in. What really sets this place apart is the people. Esperanza and her team have mastered the art of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. It's rare to find a place where you feel more like a valued guest than a customer, and that is exactly what they have created here. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already booked to return again soon! 🌟

Amazing find right outside Javea. Extra clean and very confortable, beautiful garden and stunning pool. Would love to come again and stay longer, it is very relaxing. Breakfast was small but very nice.

The restaurant was closet on the arrival day and we told them we would luke to have dinner there, but they didnt inform us about it. The massages have to be paid in cash, separately. The coffee machine is not so good. Garden is stunning but you still hear the traffic from the road.

Het is een fijn, rustig hotel en de gastvrouw doet haar best om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. De ervaring op zich was positief, maar er waren een aantal punten die het beter hadden kunnen maken (zie hieronder). De badkamer was netjes, locatie is heerlijk rustig (ook al lig je aan de weg) met veel ruimte aan het zwembad en een goed ontbijt. Over het algemeen een goed en fijn verblijf gehad.

Het zag er goed en netjes uit, maar ik miste net wat extra dingen, zoals: afwisseling in het ontbijt (we hadden vier ochtenden iedere keer exact hetzelfde ontbijt), ondanks het feit dat er genoeg keuze was. De netheid van de kamer: er lagen steeds redelijk veel vliegjes in de kamer, waarschijnlijk doordat het zo afgelegen ligt. Werd goed schoongemaakt, maar toch was dat wel vervelend. Het bed sliep prima, alleen was het vrij smal, waardoor er weinig ruimte was. Belangrijkste wat ik miste was een lunch op de locatie. Je ligt een stukje rijden van Javea (15 minuten). Als we aan het zwembad lagen hadden we graag willen blijven liggen en bij het hotel geluncht, maar dat is helaas niet mogelijk. Hierdoor moet je voor de lunch toch weer op pad of naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt (300 meter) en zelf wat aanschaffen.

The hotel's location it's simply magical. We couldn't believe our eyes how beautiful and serene the surrounding is. Everything is relatively new and the vibe is nice and relaxed. Owner is really friendly, receptionist are exceptional and service is great. Breakfast is lovely, homemade with good variety. We had a great time and I would come back anytime.

The only thing was a bit disturbing the noise from cars passing in the backyard,but other than that everything perfect.

Ontbijt was heel goed met superverse producten , opgediend door supervriendelijke dames . Eigenares ook supervriendelijk , zelfs vragend naar minpunten maar niet te vinden . Wat ook opviel was de netheid overal + de lekkere geur die overal hangt .

Eigenlijk zijn er geen negatieve punten , als ik er dan toch één moet noemen is dat het hotel langs een baan ligt . Maar was voor ons niet storend .

Desde el momento de la llegada te envuelve una desconexión total gracias a su precioso diseño y a un ambiente cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. ​El servicio es excelente; el equipo humano logra hacerte sentir como en casa, siempre con una sonrisa y adelantándose a cualquier necesidad. Por si fuera poco, el desayuno es una auténtica delicia gastronómica: fantástico, fresco y perfecto para empezar el día de la mejor manera. En definitiva, es un sitio mágico que supera cualquier expectativa.

The team is incredibly polite and ready to help with anything. The hotel facilities are spotless and very well-maintained. It is truly a place to contemplate natural beauty and achieve maximum relaxation. Even though there were other guests during our stay, the architecture is so well-designed that we only saw them sporadically. It made us feel accompanied but never overwhelmed. For instance, there were no queues at breakfast or checkout. The location is perfect: easy access to the city, yet it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. The shower is comfortable, as are the bed and linens. They provide a large jar of fresh water, and both the AC and the fireplace work perfectly. Despite having neighbors on both sides, we couldn’t hear a sound from either. While the restaurant felt a bit overpriced, the food was delicious.

Some of the owner’s personal remarks about my appearance felt unsolicited. Additionally, while the staff is incredibly attentive and kind, the breakfast selection was underwhelming and didn't live up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, this was particularly frustrating as the breakfast was mandatory. Finally, as we were traveling with my mother-in-law, it was inconvenient that there were no options for connecting rooms. Having to stay in separate areas was not ideal for a family trip.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel en campagne au pied du mont Montgo, L'accueil, la disponibilité, l'amabilité et la bienveillance de tout le personnel (réception et service à table). La conception de l'hôtel en lui-même, peu de chambres, cadre agréable permettant la détente, chambre spacieuse avec commodités. Possibilité de recharge pour voiture électrique. Originalité et qualité des plats au menu du restaurant.

Quiero comentarlo como crítica constructiva: el primer día que llegamos, el suelo de nuestra habitación estaba lleno de arena, no se había barrido/fregado bien y no dijimos nada porque ya eran las 19:00 horas cuando nos dimos cuenta, así que esperamos al servicio de habitaciones al día siguiente. A las 10:30 salimos del hotel para pasar la mañana fuera y dejamos el cartel de limpieza en el picaporte de la puerta para que la limpiaran (además , nos cruzamos con la chica de housekeeping y le dijimos que nos marchábamos ya) . Nuestra sorpresa al llegar a las casi 16:00 para descansar fue encontrarnos la habitación sin hacer… así que nos quedamos sin limpieza, con el suelo sucio, y dosificando el poco papel higiénico que nos quedaba para toda la tarde-noche. Es un error que le puede pasar a cualquiera, pero no pudimos disfrutar al 100% de la experiencia. Y aquí viene mi crítica constructiva: si el hotel comete un error, debería de tener algún detalle con el cliente. Por ejemplo, en nuestro caso, teníamos un ticket de restaurante que obviamente no esperábamos que nos quitaran, pero también 2 consumiciones del honesty bar (2 Coca Colas) que podrían haber dejado como invitación y que sin embargo, nos cobraron. Son los pequeños detalles los que marcan la diferencia entre que tu estancia sea buena (como nuestro caso) o que sea excelente como para repetir. ¿Lo recomiendo? Si. ¿Volveremos? Probablemente no, porque probaremos otros hoteles similares. Otro dato: la TV funcionaba muy mal, extremadamente lenta.

Fabulous location with a wonderful mountain panorama, close to both the city and the sea. Very friendly owners and equally welcoming staff. Beautiful rooms and a great overall property.

If I really had to find something to improve, I’d say the coffee wasn’t entirely to my taste, but taste is subjective, and others might think it’s perfect. And if the coffee is the biggest problem, then there’s basically no problem at all.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, schöne Zimmer und ein großer Pool. Zudem ist das Restaurant eine erstklassige Adresse mit einem Mix aus spanischen, asiatischen und südamerikanischen Einflüssen.

Dass wir doch irgendwann wieder abreisen mussten… Aber wir kommen wieder!
