Чисто, комфортно, уютно. Провели там всего 1 ночь, но остались очень довольны выбором отеля и обслуживанием. С удовольствием вернемся еще! Расположение прекрасное.

Breakfast could be better

The hotel location is good and centrally located. The room even though is on the small size is well designed and functional. Staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast on the top floor has nice view and the area sitting is very cozy.

The air conditioner in my room was not properly functioning.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful view of the park. Very excellent staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff spoke English. They were very accommodating our stay there. The front of hotel was large and clean park and it was nice place walk around.

A very central location with a splendid view over the park. The staff is welcoming, the room is luxurious, and the breakfast is so worth it.

設備、清潔さ全てよし。陸路カンボジアに通うバス便を探しあぐねていたが、探して手配してくれ地獄に仏の思いだった。

中心部から少しだけ遠く、手頃なレストランがそばにない。ただし、市民公園の向かいで景色は良い。

Better than expected

Great location, good quality beds and bedding for a great sleep. Room was spotlessly cleaned every day. Decent bathroom with walk in shower, endless hot water, soaps, grooming kits and dental kits all supplied. Quiet at night. Good breakfast and rooftop bar, coffee shop at street/lobby level. Lovely staff.

Nothing to dislike.

Very beautiful and extremely clean. The beds are super comfortable, like in the 5-star hotels. The sliding doors to the balcony are sound proof which is a pleasant surprise. The staff is polite & professional.

Không có cách âm, khách sạn nằm trên đường lớn nên xe rất ồn gây khó ngủ.

Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng tiện nghi, đồ đạc mới đẹp, sắp xếp chỉnh chu.

Have ants in the room, my husband left the medicine on the table, there were lots lots of ant “surrounding” the tablets

I stayed for 2 nights in May 2025 in a Deluxe King Suite. -good variety of Vietnamese breakfast -Receptionists are nice and friendly. Nga Dang was really helpful and kind. Also helped organise scooter rental. -There are proper blackout curtains on the balcony doors only. it blocks out a lot of the light but because the other windows don't have blackout curtains it's not 100% blackout but it's pretty decent, didn't wake up. -Wifi is pretty fast. Mobile speed tested at ~54.9mbps download and ~71.6mbps upload. -bed is comfortable -pillow is comfortable -Bathtub and shower is nice. Toilet is separate from this area. -lots of plugs in the room. -hairdryer provided. -aircon works well. -downstairs cafe area is nice, has a good vibe, chill. -view from breakfast area and the room was also nice.

-you can hear street noise, it's not completely sound proof. If you are normally a heavy sleeper you won't have an issue though. -the tissuebox in the room is made with poor quality tissues, it's like toilet paper sheets that are as rough as sandpaper.

Staff wrongfully accused us of stealing a hair dryer without checking. Assuming is not a good way to run business, but facts and evidence does. Do not even think about accusing people unless you have grounds. Lucky that we already checked out before this happened. When family member came to pick up the bike, he was given an inconvenience, staff locked up his bike and was forced to wait. We will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it due to incompetent staff. To the owner, you will go bankrupt if the car keeps going without a driver. Don’t drive blind and hire competent representatives.

The hotel is located across from unity Square, so it is very convenient and centrally located. The staff were all very helpful and gracious. The breakfast bar on the roof in the morning was lovely. The rooftop is a nice place to enjoy an evening cocktail as well. The room was not very big, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Most important was that it was clean and well appointed. It has a nice coffee shop on the first floor, but there is not a place to eat lunch at the hotel. You can, however, order food in the evening at the rooftop bar . Upon checkout, staff did a check of the room before we left and found my husband’s envelope with cash in it, and promptly ran it down to us! That honesty speaks for itself. if we would return to Pleiku we would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room, hot water, quiet A/C, very comfortable bed, fridge with snacks and drinks, balcony. Excellent rooftop breakfast/cocktail bar. Lovely breakfast, nice coffee bar in the reception area. Well located.

It can be a bit loud as the rooms are not isolated well and the elevator rings everytime someone calls it…but other than that, good value.

Super helpful staff. They let us checkin early

A very comfortable hotel with everything that we needed. One of the receptionists spoke good English, responded quickly to my questions on booking.com and organised seats on the minibus to Banlung.

The drinks in the rooftop bar were quite expensive for Vietnam but it had a great view.

Great location in the center of the city, 10 mins to the airport and many coffee shops, food shops around. Staffs are 10/10. Hotel has motorbike rental service which quite convenient though the rental fee per day is a bit high. Each room has balcony, very nice.

Confusing door, need to check the auto system again. Breakfast is poor, such a waste of an amazing 6th floor view. My room is connected with another room with a locked door, so we can hear their noise clearly, which means they can hear ours too. Not to mention the man in that room knocked on the door and tried to open, it was scary.

Excellent hotel within a good location at Pleiku city. Staff very friendly and attentive. Couldn’t do enough for you. Excellent service provided.

Nothing, fully met my expectations.

The people!!! From check-in to check-out, the staff went out of their way to make sure they learned every detail of what made us happy. Mr Tai worked from breakfast to night, even spending time as DJ at the wonderful roof top bar and remembering every detail of how we liked our coffee to which wine we preferred. Ms Phuongh arranged for a driver that took us to many of the area highlight sites plus some we didn’t know existed, but enjoyed.

We enjoyed everything about it. Our room was modern, it was nice to have an active coffee bar in the lobby and a late night bar on the roof. Everything was clean and modern, a great location.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Clean and the receptionist Tam did excellent job of helping us with the arrangement for a city tour and follow up with the transportation service we needed.
