Staff excellent (we had problems identifying location for night bus pick up and they couldn’t have been more supportive), room spacious and good shower, location good for restaurants and getting about

Breakfast was poor. It is almost I entirely regional SE Asian occupied and we’re very happy with non Western breakfast but options limited to noodle soup with small section of other stuff. Sunday had more options but Monday reduced to very little. Ladies lovely.

Mình ở kế bên phòng gia đình quá ồn, có nhờ lễ tân nhắc nhở giúp nhưng k hiệu quả lắm. Cần cải thiện cách âm tốt hơn. Này cũng do lỗi khách quan từ đoàn khách nhưng mình hơi khó chịu vì nghỉ ngơi k được trọn vẹn!

Le fait que les personnels d'accueil (sauf1) ne soit pas en mesure de s'exprimer un minimum en anglais. La difficulté pour louer une moto en bon état.

Le service. On m'a demandé mes préférences pour le petit déjeuner et dès le lendemain j'avais un croissant et un jus d'orange. Une personne du staff m'a emmené en scooter au marché pour un achat bien précis avec gentillesse et efficacité. Bref le personnel se plie en 4 pour rendre service..Un grand merci a tous 😊.

A part l'eau de la piscine un peu fraîche j'ai tout apprécié.

Ăn nghèo nàn, chưa thực sự sạch và tiện nghi với tiêu chuẩn 3 sao. Nhân viên đi lại thang máy thiếu chuyên nghiệp nói chuyện to và không nhường thang máy cho khách, khách phải chờ nhân viên di chuyển trong khi có 1 khách. Không xuất vat cho khách booking khi khách thanh quán tại khách sạn. Bunggalo quá nhỏ thiếu tiện nghi.

숙소에 외투를 두고 나왔는데, 체크아웃 시에 확인해서 가져다주셨는데 그 과정이 무척 친절했습니다.

방음이 잘 안되는 부분이 아쉬웠습니다.

Super comfy hotel with friendly and helpful staff! One of the best hotels I have been in Vietnam.

The hotel staff are fantastic. Particularly Mrs Hoa, who took me on her own motorbike to a pharmacy to pick up cough medicine for my sister...then to stop for banh mi, juice and water. The facilities are lovely, rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast has a nice variety. Staff was very responsive to our needs. Will absolutely stay here again when I come back to Pleiku

construction noise. I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel during the day, so it didn't affect me much, but it got a little loud sometimes.

This hotel was where I stayed on my last night in Vietnam. I was originally planning to leave earlier, but when I opened the app and saw a discount, I decided to book the last available room. Although it was the cheapest option, the service was excellent. The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

I spend two nights in the hotel. The location is quite good 'cos it takes only 10 minutes to walk to Đại Đoàn Kết square. For those who are runners, they can easily find the route to get running tracklog in the morning. The facilities are in good condition, the room is spacious and clean and I can see the new year atmosphere in the hotel. Car parking is also free and easy to get access to The staff are accommodating and helpful. They give clear information of Pleiku city and help us to hire a motor bike with reasonable price. Also the staff in the restaurant are very nice and caring, they served good foods for breakfast. There is a small shop in the hotel which provides local specialities such as coffee, cashew... The hotel goes beyond my expectations! I will recommend this hotel to my friend or will get a room if I visit this beautiful city next time! I must send my thanks to the management and staff for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service :))

The second day, I move to smaller room located in the middle of the building (The room is available at 10AM and the bellman helped us to carry luggage to the room carefully). There is one think I dislike is that the toilet is designed near the WC door and it is only 15 cm far from the wall so it 's hard for big size person to use the toilet (This note is for the architect :P). The toilet in the triple room is quite comfortable. Other than that, everything is quite good and I get my money's worth!

I appreciate the service attitude of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. They were friendly and polite throughout our stay.

While the food wasn't very diverse, it was delicious and was almost always kept warm, even though we started breakfast at 9 AM.

This is a fine hotel ... if you're "lucky." Unfortunately, we weren't. Our arrival coincided with absolutely jarring construction work that began at 7:45 a.m. for the two days of our stay. This wasn't normal 'noise" either, it was jackhammer noise! Our room was close to it as well, explained as constructing a new stairway. I'm sure it was necessary, but the hotel should have been closed during this time. How could management possibly expect their guests to have a comfortable stay under such terrible conditions??

The non-stop jackhammer construction noise throughout the day!!!! I had to go up to the pool area just to get away from the noise, marginally, in order to get some work done.

Personally, I don't see many hotel options around this city area. I chose this hotel because it looks nice. The room is decent and clean, although not perfect.

A mid-range hotel with good prices, and the female staff are friendly and sociable.

The room is clean, small but tidy, and has a beautiful view. However, the bathroom is a bit small. Can easily walk to nearby restaurants to find a place for dinner.

Located right in the center of Pleiku, it was convenient for our short visit to see friends. The service was quick, and I really enjoyed the pool on the fifth floor, which was not crowded at all compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

Compared to other 3-star hotels, the rooms here are quite good. The breakfast has a diverse menu and caters well to foreign guests like us.

New hotel, saying 3 star, but it is not 3 stars upto standard , very simple breakfast, they don't provide breakfast when they don't have enough guests, we booked this hotel because they stayed on Booking.com with breakfast

The hotel in Vietnam is quite alright! The bed is comfortable, and the room service is quick and helpful. Since I only stayed for one night, I didn't have time to use the swimming pool here, but I'll definitely try it next time.

I traveled with my husband and stayed in a hotel for 1 night. The bedroom was very clean and fully equipped. The support staff was very attentive, we were taken to the airport for free by the hotel. The experience was wonderful.
