Hanoi Crystal Hotel

It was in a great location in old town. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Really nice simple hotel. Good service, not over the top. Great location, near 7-Eleven and many other shops. Room was great, just what we needed.

Wasn't clear if there was breakfast or not

Clean room, location was in the centre of the old town

Extremely thin walls could hear everything going on in the rooms around us. Windows looked at a wall in the middle of the building, no natural light

Very accessible location. bus ticketing office is beside the hotel if you’re planning to go to Sapa.

Greeted by a cockroach the moment we stepped into the room.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt her definitiv.

Very nice location the staff are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The perfect location in old town. The road in front of the property was not a tiny street which was very convenient for booking vans and grab cars. It is also a one way traffic flow which makes it less chaotic during busier times. The hotel is also right next to HK buslines for people planning to take sleeper buses. The rooms were a great value for money and had such comfortable beds and pillows! For a small hotel, it also had a lift. They will also store your luggages for you if you still plan to explore the city before heading to the airport after check out. Our group loved that the hotel doesn’t control the temperature of the rooms and force fix it to heating mode. This was really something we noticed in other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. And the wifi speed was super fast since every room gets their own wifi router! The staff were very accommodating as well. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend and personally come back to stay at this property again.

The walls are kind of thin so you will hear your neighbors and the noise outside.

location

dirty

sijainti on täydellinen, henkilökunta ystävällinen, sänky mukava.

Breakfast was not good.

The staff were so helpful and courteous

L’emplacement

Très bruyant car mal insonorisé

Great place

It was located in old quarter Hanoï, so it was easy to stroll in the area

The photos are not the same as reality

Dobra lokalizacja.

Great location clean and safe

Nothing I didn’t like

The staff are nice & accommodating and location is central. We stayed at the 7th floor and the noise outside didn’t bother us. The hotel room looks modern and well lit

Price is on the higher side but the modern room makes up for it

Great location, super clean and comfy rooms, helpful staff. Highly recommend!

It was quiet, I didn't heard noises from outside.

Comfortable clean room. Great location in Hanoi old quarter, walking distance to a number of attractions and a heaps of eateries just outside the door.

The room was beautiful and as per pictures. Nice interior, modern and spacious. The location is great! Lots of food option.

The floors were not clean. I spilled some water and used some tissue paper to wipe the puddle of water. The tissue papers were black! And the soles of our feet were also black.

The location is very good! We walked to most places in Hanoi, and the hotel staff were very considerate to prepare a birthday cake for our birthday trip.

The window is not soundproof at all and the street is quite busy. So it's hard to have any quiet time in the room. I hope they can replace the window in the future.

The place is near the restaurants and tourist spot. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Location is good but the street noise will wake you up in the morning.

Good value. Very clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Everything functional. Good WiFi should you need it

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the location was excellent.

The bathroom was incredibly small with a slide door in a small room so no privacy whilst going to the toilet.

The staff is really nice and very helpful! The location in the old town is fantastic and the most important and interesting sights are within walking distance. It is also hygienic.

The only negative point is that it is relatively quiet and you can hear other people in the hallway and in the room.

What you see in the picture is the same in person. The staff are also very accommodating and they also had a private car transport going to the airport. The location is very good, its in the center of old quarter so all we did was to walk around the places we wanted to visit.

We were asking for a spare toothbrush/tooth paste, but they told us they dont have although we can pay for the additional set of dental kit.

The location, The room was stunning.

Great location, nice, clean, comfortable place to stay with a great pool and amazing food. The best part was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful and I would come back anytime.

The room is clean. The staff are nice.

Because it locates at the heart of the old quarter, the noise can be loud sometimes.

Spacious room for 4 people (couple + children), well located in heart of Hanoi, walking distance to most of the attractions, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Place could offer more breakfast options

Great location, staff very polite and helpful (especially Anna), nice and comfortable accommodations, excellent breakfast.

Indoor bedroom without sunlight windows but maybe it was for the best because I didn't hear any street noise. Price per night above average.

A great stay overall, the location was perfect, in the old quarter, couple streets away from the busy hustle, on a street with lots of food and drink options! The hotel was nice and clean, and quiet from the street noise. Definitely recommend!

Quiet and comfortable bed.

Great base for exploring the old town, a fee-free atm 1 min walk away, next door to a pickup point for sleeper buses, and many eateries nearby. The best showers in our month of travelling Vietnam. The service and information from staff was outstanding, including Ms Anna. Big delicious breakfast servings from a set menu served on the rooftop. We had multiple stays in the superior and deluxe double rooms - they were quiet and styled beautifully. The hotel organised our laundry and securely stored our luggage while we did the HG loop. Very reasonably priced accom for this location - would happily stay here if visiting Hanoi again!

The location is good, walkable distance to food, sight seeing etc

Noise is the main down side of this hotel, I'm on the 6th floor, but with all window closed I could still hear all the noise from down the street

The room is big and clean. Location is perfect, wifi is good as well.

To begin with the staff were courteous and made you feel welcome. I especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning it was made to order and fresh! Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily without needing to ask for them, which I have had issues with at some larger hotel chains before. The reception desk scheduled our transportation upon arrival and departure to Hanoi international airport. I highly recommend L’amant De Hanoi’s and would stay again!

I wish that my stay had been longer than one week.

The location was great as it was near the Old Quarter. The staff were super helpful.

There was no windows to our room.

the locatation is wonderful, just a few steps to Hoan Kiem lake

I wish the room could have windows to street view with natural light

Convenience , accessing Hanoi street

New hotel, comfortable room, friendly staff

Location of this hotel is excellent. Very near to the lake and plenty of eateries nearby. Anna was very helpful indeed. She booked the limousine van for us to Sapa .

Nothing

Very quiet and very clean. modern furniture

Nothing

Location was excellent...close to many restaurants and the lake. Special thanks to Anna for her assistance in booking the limousine van to Sapa

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spacious, nice furniture, very tidy. It did not have a window. Very close to the old quarters, but still very quiet. Staff is very friendly. We even used the laundry service, which was uncomplicated.

Hotel was located very centrally and walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff was very helpful and offered to help us book day tours, massage and provide directions to nearby places. Wifi worked fine throughout our stay.

We stayed on the 2nd floor, and the room was facing the main road, so there was a bit of noise. But this was expected because we are located in the old town of Hanoi

We picked that hotel for a quick night in Hanoi and it delivered. It's modern, clean, has everything you need.

Nice and great stop to freshen up from overnight train ride from Sapa. Big comfy bed and clean bathroom.

small and noisy from street.

The bedroom was very modern, clean and comfortable. Not huge but definitely enough space for two. There was a window but this doesn’t look out onto the street so there’s effectively no window. However we never spent time in the room during the day and it was nice and quiet at night so didn’t mind this at all. There’s air con in the room and a TV. Plenty of storage space. The shower was very good. It’s also in a central area so you can easily get out to all the touristy areas. 2 water bottles (500 ml each) are provided for free every day with the room cleaning.

No breakfast

Well appointed, great location on the edge of the Old Quarter. Handy to all the best local food and coffee.

Not an issue with the room but the downside of the great location is that rooms at the front face on to on a small but very busy road that operates 20 hours a day. Ear plugs help a bit 😀

Really comfy and clean room. Great shower.

Perfect for an overnight stay, particularly if taking the Sapa Express bus. Was very convenient to be able to walk out of the lobby and have the bus right there!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and quiet.

Nice and clean hotel. Perfect location for walking around the city centre!

In old quarters so it was very easy to get around. Staff were great. WiFi was good. I could conduct my meetings no problem.

No breakfast

Comfy beds, great shower

No windows

the hotel is very new, well eqipped. Good location

The charge 3% for credit card payment. Better inform customer before, so can prepare cash in advance.

Perfect location, very nice room with a large window
