I had to wait until 2pm for the room to be ready which is understandable, but the bin was not emptied and a pile of dirty tissues on the side and dirty tissues in the draw. The bed sheets were stained, the shower only had water pressure if it was cold otherwise no hot water would not come out. There was no remote for the air con or tv. A big mosquito problem. I woke up the next morning with a large ants nest. Also all of the ceilings was covered in damp, and there was a hole in the wall with lots of wires coming out. Not very appealing. When I left I told the receptionist about some of these problems and she apologized and then she started singing to her self. Showed she didn’t really care and probably would not do anything about it. Felt sorry for anyone else staying here. Booked for 2 nights, we only stayed for 1 night.

Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ventilator im Zimmer war komplett verdreckt und die Gardinen an manchen stellen zerrissen. Alles andere war sehr sauber. Das warme Wasser anzubekommen war etwas kompliziert.

位置很好，去海边很近，周围有超市餐馆，吃饭很方便。

设施陈旧，关键是热水器坏了，根本打不开开关，没有热水，昨天出去玩出了一身汗，根本没有办法洗澡，前台服务人员下班了，没有人值守，只留了电话，可是我们是外国人，也不会英语，所以根本没有办法打电话。体验感很不好，非常失望。

Les chambres sont sales sentent l humidité, draps sales ,salle de bain pas nettoyée, oreillers moisis .Donne sur une grande route qui circule bcp . Nous avions pu négocier notre transfert gratuit jusqu'à Hoi An . Le manager m a rembourse une nuit d hotel par l intermédiaire de la réceptionniste, nous l avons vu une fois il n ai jamais revenu...

Nhân viên lễ tân không trực tại quầy, đến check in phải đợi 15p, phải vào phòng sau quầy gõ cửa gọi lễ tân ra, phòng kín, cửa sổ hướng hành lang, rất ồn, nửa đêm cũng ồn, phòng không có điện thoại bàn, không có tivi, không có móc quần áo. Không có khăn tắm, phải gọi điện kêu bổ sung. Phòng nhỏ, so với giá tiền là không hợp lí, nói chung không như quảng cáo.

Fairly cheap and good location. Also, air conditioning and nice view in the first room.

We booked a room via Booking and it was fine, although the floors were sticky and the bathroom was a bit dirty and moldy. However, we asked to extend our stay and got another room from the hotel and that room was absolutely terrible. It was dirty, the air quality was awful, it smelled really moldy, the air conditioning did not work, there was no toilet paper and we woke up to loud noise from a construction site early on a Sunday morning. It seems that the rooms via Booking are fine but the hotel scammed us for offering an unliveable room for another night, with the same price as the first room.

完全に写真詐欺のホテルです。清潔感は皆無です。 設備は非常に古く、ホコリや黒ずみの汚れが目立ちます。 シャワールームの下水の匂いが酷いです。芳香剤で誤魔化しているのがさらに気持ち悪いです。 ベッドシーツとバスタオルにもシミがあり、横になりたくないレベルでした。 事前にメッセージで到着が夜中になることを伝えていたのに、フロントで休まれていた男性に声を掛けると舌打ちされました。 HPではチェックアウト12:00までになっているのに8:00と指定されました(深夜着の飛行機だっため、9:00までに交渉しましたが) 値段はお得かもしれませんが、全く居心地が良くないのでおすすめできません。

Terrible condition Warm water but not hot water Pests were crawling around Moldy My stay at Seacolor BeachStay was nothing short of a disaster, and a one-star rating feels far too generous for what can only be described as a dump. From the moment I entered the room, the overwhelming scent of mold and mildew was inescapable; the walls were visibly damp, creating an environment that felt both unsanitary and unsafe. The "amenities" were a joke, characterized by inadequate hot water that made a basic shower impossible and beds so uncomfortable they felt more like sleeping on a pile of rubble than furniture. While the front desk clerk was admittedly pleasant, their kindness felt like a thin veil over the absolute decay of the property—frankly, a smile is the very least they owe you when the accommodations are this lackluster. There were zero positives to take away from this experience. I strongly warn any potential guests to stay far away from this establishment; it is a total failure in every hospitality metric imaginable. Furthermore, there is no way the rating of a 9 is genuine. No F'en way. I feel bamboozled to 100th power.

Chuyến đi của tôi ở đây ok. Nhân viên thân thiện và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, cũng tư vấn tốt về việc nên đi đâu làm gì ở đâu. Phòng rộng rãi có cửa sổ nên cũng khá thoáng và view từ phòng cũng khá ok với tầm nhìn ra thành phố chill chill.

Nhân viên thân thiện + nhiệt tình. Vị trí khách sạn ok - gần biển chỉ đi bộ khoảng 50m là đến và di chuyển cỡ 10-15' là đến trung tâm rồi. Phòng thì rộng rãi, vệ sinh ok.

Các chị nhân viên - lễ tân hay buồng phòng, cũng đều rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ mình rất nhiều. Khách sạn có vị trí thuận tiện - gần sát ngay bên biển và di chuyển ko xa để vào trung tâm. Phòng diện tích khá rộng nên mình để vali cũng thoải mái, ko quá chật hẹp!

Các chuyến đi của mình đều khá tốt và nhân viên hỗ trợ ok, giải quyết vấn đề nhanh chóng + các offer giảm giá khi có lỗi ( mình thấy khi các bạn xử lý cho khách khác). Nói chung mọi thứ ở đây đều rất ổn với mình từ nhân viên, phòng ốc, hay là vị trí khách sạn.

Everything for my stay here was okay, and it's pleasure. Room is big with windows and nice view to the city that faces the beachside. Staff are enthusiastic and helpful that assisted us so nicely and welcomingly. Good location that's super closed to the beach.

Its filthy and noisey. The entire building is untidy inside and out. The same rubbish lay in the hallway for my entire 3 day stay. Stained unwashed sheets, pubic hair in the bed, soap scum and beard stubble all over the basin, unfriendly staff. Even if it was free i wouldnt return.

Staff here are so nice and friendly that helped me so much in my stay, and also they carried a special tour to the Hoi An town without any fee for joining. Large room with big window to the street and near the beach!

The staff here are so nice and warming, either did they support us so well during our stay. The hotel is right by the beach sand, easy to explore nearby attractions, and just a short ride to the riverside.

My stay here was pleasant. Good and supportive staff that assisted us a lot, especially with a free early check-in. This hotel is really suitable for ones who love staying next the the beach and a short walk to deep into the sea.

Ticked all the essential boxes except hot water. The room was clean, the air con worked, the dehumidifier was essential and once we contacted reception worked well, the door locked. Great view beautiful timber arch window in the room (pity the safety bars are a bit if an eye sore).

There were no instructions for anything in the room, the hot water system was not intuitive to use which meant our first showers were cold, when it did work the water was not very hot. The dehumidifier had a sticker on it asking patrons to contact reception if they wanted to use it and we were on level 7 with no phone to reception on the ground floor. I could have done with another blanket. The room uses a master key for power and the fridge is on the same fuse so as soon as you leave it turns off.

We were ensured a nice and good stay here by such friendly and well trained staff. Location is good, which is right opposite to the beach and close to the heart of city. Big room with nice city view via a big window.

I have had a nice stay here with all of the friendly and supportive staff. The hotel is well-located, which is just right closed to the beach and we just have to walk for 50m to have our feet on the sand. Room is spacious and owns a city view by a big window in the room.

Very dirty. Floor was never cleaned -- not cleaned before we arrived, nor during our stay. Our feet were completeky black after walking barefoot in the room. Dirty towels left over from previous guests. No shower currain -- water all over floor after showering. Bed linen full of brown stains. Windows impossible or very difficult to open.

The employees were attentive and always smiling, which made us feel right at home. It’s just a short walk from the river and many good restaurants. Perfect for both tourists and business travelers.

The “ smart lock” of the rooms go randomly bipping. Not only in one room but some tooms have the same issue . The bipping happened to me at midnight , then at 3:30 am , then at 5:00 am then at 8:00 am . Each time is around 20 minutes of loud bipping . The staff cannot do anything . The management lf the hotel needs to check and change or repair accordingly. It was not pleasant for me , neither for the neighbor room that heard me opening and closing the door several times trying to make the beeping to stop. The bed line and towels were clean but the floor and surfaces of the room and bathroom were not. And the room does jot havr windows , only a small one in the bathroom so the air is really humid

The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, even replying quickly online after 5pm when their shift had ended. The room was spacious, airy, and filled with natural light thanks to the large window. The location is another plus: only about 150 meters from the beach and around 10 minutes by motorbike to the city center

Nhân viên rất thân thiện và cũng hỗ trợ mình rất ok - các vấn đề trong phòng mình gặp phải thì hầu như dưới 30' sẽ được giải quyết ngay ( dù sau 17h ko có nhân viên trực quầy - Vuýp :)) Vị trí thuận tiện cũng khá đẹp, gần biển nên khá ok.

Giao thông có khi hơi đông đúc nên cũng rất sợ khi sang đường, may mà có cây đèn xanh đèn đỏ.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện, sau 17h các bạn off ca nhưng vẫn hỗ trợ mình rất nhiệt tình. Vị trí khách sạn khá tốt - đi bộ sang đường là đến biển và di chuyển cỡ 15-20' là đến được trung tâm rồi, so với ở trung tâm thì ở đây di chuyển vào Hội An gần hơn một chút.

Lúc chiều tàn cũng là lúc xe cộ tấp nập nhìn rất hỗn loạn và cũng hoang mang khi sang đường

Kỳ nghỉ của mình ở đây thật sự trọn vẹn. Nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình và luôn luôn cố gắng nhanh nhất có thể. Phòng rộng rãi nên sinh hoạt cũng tiện hơn. Gần biển, gần trung tâm thành phố. Giá phòng cũng ổn áp.

Không có nhà hàng nhưng xung quanh cũng có nhiều quán ăn khá ok. Nhân viên thì lịch sự và thân thiện, cũng hỗ trợ mình rất nhiều dù là sau ca làm. Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng mát. Vị trí thuận tiện, gần biển và gần trung tâm thành phố!

Theo mình đánh giá thì chuyến lưu trú của mình tại đây cũng khá ok. Nhân viên thân thiện và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mình rất nhiều dù là sau khi đã tan ca làm. Phòng rộng, thoáng, có cửa sổ phía mặt tiền - đôi lúc xe cộ tấp nập nên cũng hơi bụi.

Đôi lúc giao thông đông đúc xe cộ tấp nập quá làm mình ngợp ko dám đi nhiều sang phía biển, phải đợi cho ngơi bớt!

Nhiều lần quay lại thì đây vẫn là lựa chọn thuộc top của mình. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ hết mình, tuy nhiên chiều tối muộn sẽ không có lễ tân hỗ trợ trực tiếp các bạn sẽ hỗ trợ từ xa. Phòng rộng rãi và có cửa sổ nữa.

Everything was okay. The 2 girls at the reception were so funny and helpful, they helped us carry our luggage and also give us a chance to get the room earlier without any fee charge.

The duvet and pillow cases were smelly and dirty . I asked for new pillows, the staff changed the pillow cases. But it still smelled of old sweat and body odour. I think they need to invest in new bedding .
