Extrem gepflegtes, neuwertiges und sauberes Hotel. Alle Details stimmen! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch die Kopfkissen. Ausstattung ist sehr gut und auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Die Aussicht vom Restaurant ist spektakulär! Es liegt ca. 15-30 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt und dem See entfernt. Im Keller ist eine große Garage

Es gibt nur eine Sache, aber das Hotel kann nichts dafür: Im Tempel nebenan wird ein kleiner Welpe in einem 1x1m kleinen Käfig gehalten. Er möchte raus und Kontakt aber ist den ganzen Tag da drin. Er jault also den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht. Wir sind oft davon wach geworden.

Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was geweldig. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de zaal had een schitterend uitzicht. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het water mocht iets sneller warm worden voor te douchen.

Nice place in Da Lat. Our room was specious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also quite big. Clean and well decorated.

The big window facing to the street could have some extra thin curtains, as otherwise we had to always keep the big curtains closed to not to be exposed to the outside world. The shower temperature was hard to regulate. The water was either too hot or cold. Tricky.

Nhà mình ở đây 3 đêm. Dịch vụ tốt, nhanh. Nhà mình ở phòng Premium Quadruple, có toilet rộng rãi. Nói chung phòng thì ok👌 wifi nhanh. Vị trí cũng gần trung tâm. Giá đã bao gồm ăn sáng buffet, không quá nhiều món nhưng cũng vừa miệng, các món thay đổi theo ngày. Ngồi ăn lộng khó rất mát. Thật ra mình làm về dịch vụ khách sạn nên sẽ có cái nhìn hơi kỹ hơn chút. Có 1 vài thứ mình chưa thấy ổn. Thứ 1: bãi xe ô tô, buổi tối tắt đèn tối thui, đèn theo dạng cảm biến nhưng chỉ có vài chỗ hoạt động, cơ bản là nó vẫn quá tối, mình không thể thấy để đi cần bật đèn pin điện thoại. Thứ 2: đèn hành lang tầng 2 phòng mình ở cũng tối, đèn cảm biến nhưng hoạt động rất chậm. Đi gần tới mới bật. Biển exit thoát hiểm đặt không đúng chỗ, cái này cần xem và chỉnh lại vì rất nguy hiểm khi xảy ra sự cố. Thứ 3: 2 tv trong phòng mình đều hiển thị tiếng Hàn nên mình phải mò để chỉnh lại. Thứ 4: Mình thấy nơi này để là hotel nhưng mình ko thấy bảng tên khách sạn có để tiêu chuẩn sao ở dưới sảnh. Thứ 5: Chỗ bậc lên xuống thang máy thiết kế dễ vấp té.

Spacious comfortable 2 bed room apartment, model smart toilet with strong hot water shower. Very beautiful view via giant window. Lovely plant outside of window. Love the camellia and tiny flowers at the lobby.

Poor breakfast, need to improve both variety and quality. Giant wood ceiling decoration in one bedroom looks very heavy and create uncomfortable feeling for poeple sleeping under it. Not so good noise proof window

+ Style, vibe and design of hotel + view from breakfast area + good location, but slightly out of the center so less traffic noise + lots of coffee shops close by

- no A/C therefore always stuffy air (though Da Lat hotels often dont have A/C - breakfast: quality was ok, only one choice of premade/sugary tea, food was more home cooking rather than hotel quality, fruit tastes of onion (cut with same knife or chopboard?), we mostly had eggs from the egg cooking station which was good - mattress rock hard - there were extra beds in the corridor (felt like walking through a storage room) - laundry service: washed all colors together, sadly our clothes xame back faded or light/white had a grey shade on it.

Our room is much more spacious than we expected! It is also tidy and with a great view. Breakfast place is at the rooftop. The view there is even greeeeeater! They also provide motorcycle rental service.

Breakfast choices are relatively little. They have rooms in B1 and ground floor, which have no view, so if anyone expects to have good veiw, they should book and choose room type carefully.

Cleaniness. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

No AC, when open to window, is noisy due to traffic, people signing karaoke and rooster crow.

Everything is perfect

Very serviceable brief stopover whilst on a 3 month tour.

Only place we stayed in three months on tour that that had trouble with my credit card. Bizarre.

The hotel was clean and spacious. It was very modern and was easy to walk to tourist attractions nearby. Good mini bar selection. There was a wide choice of breakfast foods. The views to the city were nice.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a lot of noise coming from the breakfast room in the mornings, lots of chairs and tables scraping on the floor.

The shower temperature was unstable and did not really get hot. We booked a superior room and were assigned a room in the basement and while you get fresh air you look at a brick wall and some pot plants. Did not realise the superior rooms were located there so this may have been our fault not booking the deluxe rooms.

The hotel was spotless clean. The room was big, and the shower was fabulous. The view from the breakfast room was spectacular

I enjoyed it all except most hotels in Da Lat have no air-conditioning due to the usually perfect climate. Was hot.

Good value for money. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfy.

No safe in the room (you have to leave valuables at reception) and our room didn't have a window (although we did know this when we booked). The breakfast offering wasn't very varied or the best quality. The location seemed to be a bit further away from the main places to eat in the evening although it is close to certain attractions like the Crazy House.

It is a new hotel. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. The breakfast is good.

Quite noisy from the neighbors

Uncomfortable room, staff asked me to keep the bed and wall clean, otherwises I will be fined (I dont know why she inform me about that)

Rooms are clean and spacious with good smart TV for access to Netflix. Shower/bathroom is fine - electric/automatic toilet takes a bit of getting used to. Breakfast is also fine although lacking some variety of options, although can't complain too much about this.

When we arrived we were booked into a room on the ground floor, 10m away from reception desk and immediately next to the lobby toilets, despite booking a room with a 'moutain viewv. We instead had a view of the neighbouring gardens. We disputed at the time but were informed that this was an upgrade, the highest category of room and that no rooms on higher floors were available and the hotel was full. We ultimately accepted and the room itself was nice. Upon trying to sleep, firstly you could hear the lobby music, which we had to ask twice to have turned off at 10pm. Secondly, and more importantly you could quite literally hear people urinating in the lobby toilets next door and the reception phone. Combined with the very loud dogs and road noise this made sleep impossible. At 11.30pm we went to ask for a room change. The young man on the desk was sympathetic but clearly was not empowered to solve this problem, although he was polite and doing his best. After half an hour of explaining that we could not sleep and after 2 phone calls from the young man to managers, we were eventually offered a room change to the first floor, despite being told at check in that no rooms were available. He did then also provide us with a fan and we were made to sign a document stating that we would not be refunded for a downgrade. The next morning when going out, the manager asked to speak to us. Rather than apologising for the experience of the previous night she required us to sign another document saying we would not be refunded for a downgrade. She also blamed Booking.com for having incorrect pictures on their booking page. Finally at check out, we waited for 15 minutes whilst they inspected our room only to be told we would be charged a laundry fee for some make-up marks on a towel. We said this was not acceptable and they relented, but this was somewhat demeaning in what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

We booked 2 same double deluxe rooms, but one was smaller than the other with poor ventilation that caused bad smell due high humidity

Facilities in room were excellent. Superb view from room.

Builders working at 8am. Dogs barking, cockerels doing their dawn thing, easily hear neighbours etc. Basically didn't sleep well. Improved soundproofing would help.

This is a very nice hotel where we were very impressed with their tile selections and decor. It appears to be a newly renovated room or it is a relatively new hotel. The location is close to crazy house attraction and please do try out this restaurant that is walking distance and very close by (photo attached). The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties to choose from and tasty. Highly recommended this hotel with spacious and newly renovated room.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are really nice with an incredible view and very clean. The whole staff was always friendly and in every situation helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks. I can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you very much for the great stay.

The hotel is new and very well located in Dalat center. Rooms are spacious and clean. Point of improvement : breakfast quality. To be noted : the hotel rents motorbikes for a very competitive price.

New Hotel with a very nice eating and relaxing area top floor. Breakfast had some really nice drink choices including Perilla juice and Kumquat tea which were firsts for me. Good Restaurant with reasonably priced lunch or dinner options.

I couldn't navigate the TV. No Safety box Breakfast could have been better with greater protein choices Location - but used a grab to get around. The Hotel does not come up when searched for in Grab - drivers have trouble locating the Hotel.

This place is amazing. It is absolute luxury. The staff are so kind. The bedrooms are gorgeous and clean with amazing views. The restaurant has amazing views. Breakfast was good but dinner was average. Bathrooms are really nice.

We stayed in the room under the restaurant and we could hear the tables and chairs being moved around each morning, and one night until late when there was a party on.

Clean, comfortable, great location. Comfortable bed, warm shower, beautiful window looking to outside. Beautiful outlook and space from dining area, great for a drink, no wine served there.

Noise travelled between the rooms, woken at 1am with someone checking in as room was near check in desk. Room next to us had TV on and volume up loud at 3am each morning, could hear it in our room. Breakfast was average.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange tours, organize airport pick up and drop off, and also responded to requests for extra water etc... The bedroom was clean and spacious. We also had a beautiful view of the valley. For breakfast each morning we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager. He was extremely friendly and hospitable. The breakfast area included an amazing panoramic view and plenty of comfortable seating. The Americanos and Cafe Mochas for order from the restaurant were good. The pumpkin soup at the restaurant is also quite good. The hotel is well situated and there are coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

-The hotel does need to get itself on the GRAB APP, so as to make it easier for pick up and drop offs. -The breakfast itself was sub-par minus the egg station. Their needs to be more variety of breads (waffles, pancakes, fresh croissants, etc..) and home fries or hash browns would be nice. The coffee was not great. -Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin which meant we could sometimes hear the people next door and the noise from the street.

Good sized room.

The big problem with the Brick House is there is no noise insulation. No carpets in the corridors or rooms so all noise is magnified. This is a design issue not easily solved. It's a shame because it's a new hotel and the staff are sympathetic but I couldn't recommend it as a place to have a relaxing stay.

달랏 시내에서 약간 떨어진 곳에 있어요. 1. 방 디럭스 더블룸을 예약했습니다. 진짜 뷰 맛집이에요!!! 이 뷰 만으로도 이 호텔은 합격입니다!!!! 침대에 누워서 바라보는 풍경은, 아 진짜 좋아요. 파란 하늘도 너무 예쁘고, 비가 온다고 해도 분위기 있을 것 같아요. 매트리스도 편안하고 침구도 깨끗하고 포근했습니다. 아침저녁으로 쌀쌀한 날씨였는데 방에서 춥다는 느낌은 못 받았어요. 슬리퍼, 가운, 금고는 없습니다. 2. 욕실 샤워 부스가 있습니다. 수압도 괜찮아요. 온수도 잘 나옵니다. 고체 비누가 아닌 물비누여서 좋았습니다. 서랍 안에 일회용품이 들어 있습니다. 첫날 욕실 문 뒤쪽에 전에 숙박한 사람이 사용한 수건이 걸려 있어서 놀랐습니다. 문을 열어놓고 청소해서 놓친 것 같아요. 바닥에 머리카락도 눈에 띄었습니다. 청소 마무리에 좀 더 신경을 쓰면 좋겠습니다. 타월이나 그 밖의 것은 좋았습니다. 3. 조식 우와 조식 뷰도 어마어마해요!!!! 엘리베이터 문이 열리면 조식보다도 뷰에 압도됩니다. 우와! 감탄이 절로 나와요. 조식은 특별하지 않습니다. 보통 정도예요. 직원들은 친절하고 조용히 움직입니다. 음식도 부족한 것 없이 즐길 수 있었어요. 다만 tea pot warmer를 사용하지 않는 것은 아쉽습니다. 따뜻한 혹은 뜨거운 차를 마시고 싶었는데 그냥 바닥에 놓여 있어서 미지근했어요. 투숙객들이 주전자를 손으로 만져서 온도를 확인하는 모습을 자주 볼 수 있었어요. 시내에서 조금 떨어졌다고 해도 아주 먼 거리는 아니에요. 야시장 기준으로 도보로 15분 정도 걸립니다. 길도 복잡하지 않아서 산책 삼아 걷기 충분합니다. 그랩을 이용해도 저렴합니다. 달랏의 멋진 풍경을 침대에서 즐길 수 있어요. bbb

That breakfast was 6-9 am and staff spoke very little English. The 4th floor is a fantastic space and is under- utilised. Consider extending the breakfast times to 11. Rent it out as art gallery, arrange brunches with various themes of cuisines

Super comfortable beds, new hotel. Beautiful window framed view with flower boxes. Quieter location. Great shower and breakfasts. Beautiful dining area with mega views on top floor.

The staff tried to be helpful but struggled with English- notably senior Reception Staff. We got the impression that the breakfast staff were stressed by the manager supervising them. When we visited the top floor on arrival, we were immediately told that we couldn’t use it. It’s advertised as a coffee bar but the staff had no idea how to operate the espresso machine at breakfast time. A big waste of a superb space. We were also surprised that looking after our passports at reception meant keeping them in a file on the desk. Also, the insistence that we had to wait on check-out so that they could check the room. No mini bar and no fridge!

The noise level from the streets was horrible, dogs barking in the evening carried on until midnight and at six o'clock in the morning the neighbours roosters started competing at who could wake up the guests the quickest. And no tv signal, despite the on-called technicians poor attempt to fix this simple problem. This was a problem in both the rooms we stayed in. And why? they didn't put any furniture out on the terrace in front of the hotel is a puzzle to me...

Beautiful view from our hotel room to Dalat. The room was beautifully decorated.

The soundproofing of the window is lacking. We always woke up at 5am due to the neighborhood dog barking. The staff at least tried to find us a new room for our last night.

Our room was wonderful! It was very spacious, clean and the view was amazing. One of the best hotel rooms we stayed in.

The breakfast was very limited and on the first morning disorganised. The list of facilties says there is a bar but there isn't. It would also be useful if reception held a map of the main town. We struggled to find everything and the hotel staff weren't particularly helpful in this regard. Other hotels we had stayed at were much more accommodating.

Endroit très agréable, propre, où le personnel s’est montré poli et aidant lorsque nous avions besoin de support. Le buffet déjeuner était excellent et le chef parfait. Près de plusieurs restaurant, petites épiceries, etc. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

Everything was amazing and very cheap

Friendly & helpful staff and the check-in process was a breeze. The room & ensuite were spacious, squeaky clean and beautifully appointed. I had a room with a nice view looking out the mountains and district views. The hotel was located in Pasteur, a quiet or quieter end of town and up on the ridge. The room rate was very reasonable for what you got. I would come back to stay here again.

An electric kettle was provided but no tea or coffee amenities were available in the room. I think the hotel management should think about adding this convenience to make the hotel stay more complete. I stayed here on a holiday so I didn't need a desk but if you are staying for work there isn't one.

We stay here for 2 nights and brick house did actually exceed more than my expectations. The location is good, just renting a bike from hotel and start exploring this beautiful small city. The view from my room is perfect and wide enough, beautiful sunrise and little house landscape view which make my Dalat trip unforgettable! Breakfast is switching on the both days and so far we’re satisfied enough. Recommended!

Very nice and new room with a very comfortable bed, room is massive and airy which was great. Breakfast was really nice.

You can hear every sound through the walls, street noise, dogs barking, people walking in the hallway so not the best sleep. There was no aircon, only a fan which is also quite loud to sleep with on and it was pretty hot. The bar was also not open at all so couldn't go to the rooftop to chill out
