Жил один в номере на 4-ом этаже. В целом хорошие апартаменты за свои деньги. Коммуникабельный администратор, с которым мне было легко решать возникающие вопросы. Можно договариваться о времени уборки в номере. Стирка своих вещей за доп. плату. В отеле можно арендовать скутер. На завтрак возил багги (они так называют электромобили, которые возят туристов по городу), хотя пешком до ресторана можно было зайти за 5 минут. Расположение отеля удобное. Рядом находится супермаркет с хорошим выбором и адекватными ценами. До пляжа Кхем на скутере ехать 15-20 минут.

Well located and comfortable with friendly staff Ngân was very nice and helpful, the property looked beautiful inside and out, and it was nice and clean with daily cleaning, the breakfast was very lovely as well

The room was windowless and had some mold and a strong musty smell especially in the closet, but this is of course common in a tropical place like this but could be improved

Pierwszy pokój, który otrzymałam po przyjeździe był brudny, ręczniki poplamione. Pokój po interwencji został wymieniony na posprzątany, ale stan łazienki pozostawił wiele do życzenia. Pleśń na suficie i w kabinie prysznicowej. Najgorsze było to, że z prysznica nie lała się woda. Ciśnienie było za niskie. Pokój na booking jest opisany jako dźwiękoszczelny, a w nocy nie dało się spać z powodu głośnych wozów jeżdżących na budowę obok.

窓がない部屋は外の様子が何もわからずもったいない。 バギーですぐの朝食カフェの店員の態度は忙しいと微妙。提供されるものも、安価なもので飲み物は別料金。

Zimmer wird nur auf Anfrage gereinigt. Handtücher wurden teils nicht getauscht. Große Pfütze in Bad. Beim Frühstück wird man nicht bedient, wenn man draußen sitzt. Safe hat nicht funktioniert und wurde auch nach Reklamation nicht repariert. Rezeption oft nicht besetzt. Zimmer war um 14:00 noch nicht fertig - wir hatten sogar vorher für einen früheren Check In angefragt, da wir mit Baby unterwegs waren.

Nothing unfortunately

The property was advertised as having a balcony, but our room did not have one. We raised concerns with the hotel staff and were told no rooms have balconies. The air conditioning in the room did not work. The breakfast is provided off-site, you have to get a bus at 8am to another location. There is quite a lot of vehicle noise from outside the hotel at night, despite being advertised as overlooking a quiet street. There was no one available for us to check out in the morning.

- The room on the 5th floor is quite big, clean and quiet. - Design and decoration are very nice. - The beds and pillows are comfortable. - The lift can fit 3 persons and 2 big luggages. - The balcony can see the firework from the far distance. - There are so many drawers in the rooms. - The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. - Buggy service is available.

- There is stain in the sofa which might not be new as per the photos. - The refrigerator door was installed in the wrong side, so it is difficult to open it. - There is only 1 key card per room and the air condition is not working well. It takes time (more than hour) for the room to get cold. - The bathroom floor is slippery. - We need to ride the hotel buggy to other place where our breakfast (a la carte) would be served. There is not much choice to choose, and the taste is not our favorite. - There is only one big garbage bin located in the bathroom.

A newer hotel just 10 minute walk to where the nightly fireworks are staged. The breakfast that was included was at another Lotus hotel, just a 5 minute walk but they also provided a golf cart ride there. The breakfast had about 10 choicest, which was good, but no coffee etc included, just a glass of water. The staff were nice and helpful knew some English. When we booked it included 2 tickets on the cable car to the island with the water park. So a huge saving on the price. A great deal.

The design of the room is nice. But the lack of a window is very very very bad. And it was not mentioned in the room description. For this money you can find rooms with windows.

The stuff speaks no English, no window in the room. And the so called breakfast doesn’t even include a coffee. And not to mention for vegetarians, what they offer for breakfast can’t even considered breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel; the staff were exceptionally kind, and I enjoyed a very pleasant three-day stay. The complimentary breakfast and cable car tickets were a welcome bonus.

The family room was really spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge. The balcony although small, have one of the best views. We could see the sea in the morning and the fireworks in the evening. Very comfortable.

The breakfast was not too great, very limited options for foreigners. Local cuisine mostly and no option of chicken available. They do not give complimentary coffee, which I found everywhere else across Vietnam.

Room given to us is very small for 3 people that we booked for. 1 bed only. Breakfast is not what we expect for a hotel. We need to transfer to another hotel for a breakfast. Coffee not included. Ala Carte style. 1 order per person.

I traveled with a friend, and our experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the owner and staff memebers. Andy, who went above and beyond to assist us in every possible way . The location was perfect, offering a peaceful escape from the city. The rooms were spacious, featuring balconies that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us in exploring the area with their wagon service. If you need a moped, simply inform the staff upon arrival, and they’ll arrange it for you. The Hon Thom cable car is conveniently located less than five minutes away, making it easy to access.

One small suggestion—having coffee available in the room would be a great addition for early morning coffee lovers. This isn’t a complaint, just a friendly recommendation!

It was located in Sun paradise land but up the hill. Host was willing to drive guests anywhere they needed to go in Sun paradise. A nice breakfast was included. Cable car ride, and park entry were also included. Host was friendly and very informative. Very good price point.

Location is near night market, within walking distance. Hotel was super clean, the hotel manager mr. Andy was very helpful, they provide laundry, motorbike rental and free buggy service. It is a memorable and pleasant stay for us. Thank you mr andy !! Oh yeah, one more thing, they provide free cable car + water theme park ticket 🙏🏻

It is hard to find one to be honest. But i will say, as a muslim, it needs extra effort to look for halal food/drinks. Otherwise, almost perfect .

The hotel is near the minimart, near the night market, tourist attractions or cafes can walk close to me. Stayed here for two nights, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. The location is very strategic with a beautiful view from the balcony facing the sea. Location so strategic, we can always walk to the night market any time we want. The room is spacious, even the bathroom is very large. Andy was very helpful too with every request we had. Plus point, you can even rent motorbike here.

There were some water leak near the window if the weather is raining heavily.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

The staff is nice. Sunset Town Night Market is within walking distance of the hotel (It may require some stairs along the way). Their egg coffee in Lotus Cafe is so good. Overall me and my friends have a good time there.

Clean, comfortable and low price with great service. Close to the night market and beautiful beaches. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Lives up to what you expect.
