The owner was very good, nice service. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location also good.

Khách sạn hỗ trợ gọi buggy chiều đi miễn phí, không giới hạn số lần trong ngày. Giá phòng đã kèm bữa ăn sáng chất lượng tại tiệm Hai Bột cho mỗi ngày lưu trú.

Плохая звукоизоляция. Нет бассейна. Очень странные завтраки в кафе. Не понятные и не вкусные блюда. Кофе не вкусный и к тому же за дополнительную плату.

The stay was pleasant. Though the rooms were not so big but the hospitality, warm behavior of the staff and their smiling approach towards any need of the customer was amazing. Mainly, the hotel is located very near to the Kiss bridge and you can enjoy the 'Symphony of the Sea' and fireworks from your windows.

Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Fireworks View – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Palo Santo Hotel in Phú Quốc. Our room was on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view, and one of the highlights of our stay was watching the amazing fireworks every night directly from our window. It was truly a memorable experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location in Sunset Town is excellent and very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Breakfast was served about 100 meters away from the hotel, and the hotel provided a buggy service for us every day to reach the restaurant comfortably, which we really appreciated. A special mention to Ms. Yen at the reception, who was very helpful, sweet, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Also, there is a cute dog named Pung at the hotel who made our stay even more enjoyable—we loved seeing her every day! Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phú Quốc. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Location is perfect! Room was very clean and nice. Downstairs they have spa and we had best full body massage there what we have had in Vietnamese.

We had breakfast included but nobody didnt told us that its in a different house. Receptionists don't speak english much and communication is hard.

Das Frühstück war leider ein Reinfall. Keine vegane Optionen, vegetarisch sehr eingeschränkt und nicht lecker. Haben wir einmal ausprobiert und danach nicht mehr genutzt. Das Feuerwerk ist zwar einen Abend schön, aber wenn man mehrere Nächte (wir waren 5 da) in dem Hotel verbringt, wird es sehr schnell monoton und nervig, da man keinen ruhigen Abend verbringen kann.

Lo que no nos gusto, es que habia que trasladrse para el desayuno, y en ese lugar muy pocas opciones y no de nuestro gusto.

Всё! Особенно отношение к гостям) Из окна моего номера на пятом этаже видно было шоу «Симфония моря». Но когда смотришь шоу в Баварии впечатлений больше)

Отсутствие холодильника. В другое время это было бы некритично, но у меня были лекарства, которые нужно хранить до +25.

房間內各項設備新穎，名牌衞浴設備高級，老闆給我們安排海景房，窗外正前方是接吻橋，每晚7:30及9:30有燈光煙火秀，在房間內看的很淸楚很震撼，地理位置優越，就在日落小鎭景區內，到䌫車站或夜市走路約6分鐘左右。飯店內1樓就可以按摩，房客可以有20%折扣，老闆態度親切，服務周到。

樓梯門打開沒有平台，直接就是往下走的樓梯，要想想如何改善，考慮安全問題。

Шумоизоляции нет. Слышно как соседи говорят, особенно если это китайцы. Нет сушилки, некуда сушить купальники и прочее. Хозяину советую поставить в каждой комнате раскладную сушилку маленькую В этом районе нет пляжа. Надо ехать в Кхем, это 5 минут на такси или на байке Завтраки в кафе на другой улице, не вкусные, странные, не для туристов. Напитки покупаешь отдельно

Nice location, Hotel provides breakfast in a nearby bistro, need to go earlier in the morning to not wait too long since its a place where other hotels do breakfasts too. + Near the walking boulevard with lots of snacks and great sunset views + Modern TV + Nice view

Many mosquitoes in the room. We tried to fight them, but they just keep coming even though we had closed all doors and windows. - Noisy Russian tourists at night (2.00 am, drinking and shouting outside the hotel)

선셋타운을 둘러보기 위해 1박으로 머물렀습니다. 선셋타운의 주요 스팟을 부담없이 걸어다닐 수 있을만한 위치였으며 키스오브더씨 불꽃놀이와 심포니오브더씨 공연도 숙소에서 볼 수 있었습니다. 조금 일찍 도착했는데 직원분이 얼리체크인도 도와주고 매우 친절했습니다. 조식은 인근 식당으로 가서 먹는 시스템이었는데 매우 맛있었습니다.

방음이 가장 아쉬웠습니다. 옆방에서 이야기하는 소리가 너무 잘 들렸습니다. 인근에 즐길거리가 많다보니 늦게까지 놀고 들어오는 투숙객들이 많은 것 같아서 숙소에서 조용하게 머무르고 싶은 분들에게는 조금 불편할겁니다.

Хорошее расположение рядом с центром города. В номере чисто хорошие полотенца вода чай кофе в пакетиках, чайник.Уборка по запросу. Но холодильник вообще не холодит, негде сушить одежду после пляжа.

Не понравился обман с балконом, при бронировании он был указан при заселении выяснилось что его нет. При настойчивом разбирательстве, вернули часть денег, но советуем сразу указывать что нет балкона.

Cách âm của khu vực cửa không tốt lắm nên đôi khi hành lang hơi ồn ào khi có khách ra vào.

Были в этом прекрасном отеле в январе 26 года. Прилетели рано утром, заселили по возможности раньше и с видом на море и салюты. Везде чисто и уютно, номер небольшой, на первом этаже массаж (не ходили). Каждый день новые полотенца и воду приносят. По всем вопросам можно обратиться к хозяевам. Завтрак в кафе неподалеку, выбираешь одно блюдо из списка, напиток отдельно оплачивается (кофе от 25 тыс). Но очень вкусный кофе, да и завтрак. Рекомендую отель, жили после еще в 4-х, если не считать более крупных сетевых, то этот в фаворитах. Процветания вашему отелю!

Breakfast not in the hotel, we have to transport to a restaurant that cooperates with the hotel. Breakfast in restaurant starts at 7, we need to order meals so it takes time. If we have to leave hotel before 8am but always want to have breakfast in hotel, Palo Santo will not be an option.

I like everything about this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and the host was very accommodating and friendly. He helped me arranged the transport to airport and even waited to say goodbye to us before departed to airport 6.30am, very early in the morning. The location is great, very close to kiss bridge and within walking distance to the night market. Hotel also provided tram for us to go to the breakfast venue and helped sent us to the cable car. I was grateful for the hospitality.

The host did not switch on the aircond at the lobby, so its pretty hot there. I wish I can enjoy sitting at the lobby for a moment after long walk strolling the town

The room is very clean and large. The front desk of the hotel is very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel has a free buggy to have breakfast. Opposite the hotel is a massage spa, which is very convenient and comfortable. It only takes 1 minute to walk to the free viewing platform symphony of the sea to see fireworks.

Strategy location.. near cable car, night market, kiss of the sea.. every night can see firework through room window.. clean room, have lift, owner can talk and understand english, have free 1 way buggy service to any location in sunset town. Hotel price so affordable and worth it. Have hair dryer and kettle (tefal okay) . Alhamdulillah no ghost . Hihi

The host couple are very nice person and helpful. The location of the hotel is closed to most of the attractions and the view of the room is excellent.

The sound insulation of the door is not very good. It can clearly hear people talking in the hallway, or walking up and down the stairs.

The owners were really helpful, they had some great recommendations to explore the town. The hotel was really cute and clean and was perfectly located at a walkable distance to the show venue and other great spots.

Run by a helpfully friendly family. Centrally located but away from any noise. Worth upgrading to the sea view room for the nightly fireworks. Would definitely stay again.

Affordable location with walkable distance to the attractions in Sunset Town. Found it a bonus that we could see the kissing bridge and fireworks clearly from the window. Also got friendly reception - he actively offered us help to call a car when we couldn’t get any over Grab.

There are some ants at the bathroom floor, perhaps better cleaning could be done.

Small room

We had a family room that was spacious and very clean and all utilities worked and nothing was broken. The reception (Brian) was fluent in english and helped with all our queries also he organised our sightseeing trip and drive to the next accommodation. I definitely recommend staying at Palo Santo.
