LANDMARK 81 Residences - ANGIA Hospitality

DO NOT STAY HERE! I live next door and booked an apartment here for my parents. What is absolutely RIDICULOUS is that you get a keycard for the elevator but you cannot access the space where the elevator is = you are constantly standing around outside, waiting for somebody else to either leave or arrive who has access. One night, my parents arrived in the middle of the night (since their flight was delayed) and I had to book another hotel for one night, because I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to access the room with the elevator (even though they had the room code elevator card). ANGIA hospitality claimed that "check-in was only possible until 10pm" but this has nothing to do with check-in: You can't tell your guests that they can only come home before 10pm, because your staff only works until then. Communication with the host was also slow, and they just don't seem to care very much. I met several other guests staying with ANGIA when we were staying there (since we all had to wait in front of the elevator room together), and everybody was upset. The apartment itself is fine but does not look anywhere as luxurious as presented here on Expedia. It is very average, the area is fantastic though (that's why I live here). I'm an Expedia Platinum member and have already reported ANGIA to Expedia for false representation of their property on the platform. There was no information given that guests cannot enter the elevator room independently.

The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had in weeks!

适合独自旅行

The property is dated. The blanket and pillowcase had stains. Mattress is very uncomfortable. We would not stay here ever again.

Average, I would prefer if the rooms with higher level and with better view

I booked this property a day before and was sent a message via what’s app that I need to click on a link and put down a deposit. No where in the Expedia booking did it mention someone would be contacting me via what’s app to put down a deposit. As I live in Canada we would never ask anyone to do this nor would it feel secure. I waited awhile and then placed the deposit the day of the booking. Once I did I was then told no apartment was available for me and that my booking was now cancelled. It’s now been over 2 weeks and I still have not revived my refund. If anything this place is a scam and I would highly recommend not booking with them as they take your money and leave you with no where to stay. Horrible communication system.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Landmark 81, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access everything in Ho Chi Minh City. The security is top-notch, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay at all times. The apartment itself is modern and equipped with all the amenities one could need. One of the best features is the high-floor view, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and secure stay in the city.

Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was incredibly quiet. I got a great night’s sleep every night, which is something I really value while traveling

This apartment is located in a prime spot, making it super easy to explore the best attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. The surrounding area is full of lively cafes and local shops. Perfect for anyone wanting to experience the city like a local!

Guests can enjoy fruit picking experiences in orchards near the accommodation, savoring fresh produce

With views of the city lights, this apartment was a sanctuary of urban beauty and charm

Tucked away in the countryside, this apartment offered a quiet retreat from the city hustle

Really good for the price. Staff is helpful and responsive. Cleaning is frequent. Location is perfect, with plenty of shopping in walking distance. A few downsides: - the unit is in residential area and the neighbors do not like short term renters - the washing machine doesn’t work, but they offer laundry service - no microwave and no cookware, so expect to eat out all the time

This bohemian-inspired haven was a cozy and eclectic retreat for the free-spirited

A marvel of modern design, this apartment was a testament to sleek and contemporary living

It was very evident from the signs outside the lift lobby’s that this was a building for residents only. We couldn’t enter the lift lobby without asking security (which felt extremely uncomfortable as it was a residents only building) or waiting for a resident to come in or out as we didn’t have fingerprint access. This also meant that we weren’t allowed to access any of the facilities including the pool or gym. We were travelling with a 2 year old and a 4 year old on a family holiday so having to tell them we couldn’t use the pools was less than ideal especially given this was one of the reasons we booked the property and it was advertised with these facilities. It was also dirty we found numerous items including someone else’s boxer shorts left in the property. Things were broken, handles on wardrobes, the washing machine kept coming up with an error (which was fixed twice) then we gave up, we were only supplied with not even one full roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms with no spare toilet in the unit at all. It was a less than ideal start to our holiday, I believe the advertising to be misleading and this property shouldn’t even be listed on this site.

We liked the location, mall restaurants, ice arena and it was away from the inner city.

가성비 좋아요. 관리는 잘되지않는듯 합니다

The beds are great. Beautiful views. Convenient to shopping mall and many coffee and food selections. Gym is ok, a bit smelly. Nice pools. Love the safety and security. Very quiet room. Clean walls, cold A/C and eco smart switches. Now.. Floor was dirty and we had to call for a cleaning. At the end we decided to do ourselves. Provided towels are thin and worn so we decided to buy our own. Kitchen have enough dishes and cups for family of 4 but not enough forks and spoons. Dirty and broken shelves fridge. No dishwashing soap or sponge. Washer is not in good condition. Slow to wash and doesn’t dry clothes. There’re small cockroaches but they disappeared after a couple days of stay. Would stay again for the convenience and security.

I will never book this place again Cop was check up to see if we registered to stay at midnight while I am sleeping. This was not acceptable. No one let us know that cop will check up.

A good place to stay in Saigon

Depend on the apartment you choose. My booking was 2 room apartment. Really nice location

Very good

Good for families

Very good location and nice place

Worth the money

Great location with lots of amenities around the area. Especially for young children and families. Pool not easily accessible without host.

Well priced for a great room

I would like that the aparment have water bottles for guests. The light in the restroom should be brighter.

The host was readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns during my stay.

Came to property, took several tries before we could contact the host and they said they cancelled our reservation. They never let us or Expedia knows about it. We had a family with 3 kids and needing to find rooms at the last minute like this was unacceptable.
