A bit pricy

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The entire hotel support team is warm, incredibly kind, and super responsive. The room design is stunning and immaculate—honestly cleaner than what you typically find even in Japan. The shower has fantastic water pressure. The breakfast and overall food quality are outstanding - small variations every day, with Pho noodles over weekends! Location-wise, it’s super convenient with a 7-Eleven, Ministop, and FamilyMart all just steps away. My only minor complaint is that the pillows were a bit too high, but everything else was so wonderful that it barely matters. Easily one of my best hotel experiences yet!

VERY Helpful Staff. Even with very early morning hours for a meeting in the US, They helped me get set up in a quiet place. The desk clerk helped me with the washer and dryer as well. The reception staff are alway's kind and answer any and all questions with kindness. The most important thing for me was that we arrived at 11PM and they let us check out at 11:PM on our last day. NO other hotel does this to accommodate their guests that I know of. Made things so much easier for us.

I like how easy-going the place is. The breakfast selection is catering towards western palate, more than enough to start your day and explore Saigon!

I am not comfortable (yet) with busy streets and fast moving motorbike which is the norm in Saigon. But this is more on my growing up experience; I've been living where you can just walk around with ease without worrying about vehicles zooming here and there.

Modern hotel with minimum of human interaction once checked in. The location is good with easy access for taxis. The best part of course is the 24 hour check out facility which is useful.

The rooms are small and compact. Seems the idea is to sleep in room and work at the cafe or lobby. The rooms still do not have coffee or tea sachets while electric kettle is provided on demand. The breakfast is good but is repetitive. Menu mostly remains the same.

Team members was great, I had credit on my room bc I booked through a tourist website. If it was for the team honesty I wouldn't even aware about the credit.

I have stayed at this location many times, but this time it was not to the standard expectations. Bottle of water to the up keeping of the facility.

Everything - easy check/in and out, staff were great, room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Always a great stay whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh City. Special thanks to Hana, Quyen, Vi, Bobby, Nthu, Bao, and Steven for the excellent hospitality. The breakfast counter was well managed with good variety, and the café / F&B service was warm, attentive, and professional. One of the main reasons I keep booking this hotel every visit.

Second time back before leaving Vietnam and got the pleasure of seeing Bobby and Nghia again. Unfortunately Vi was not at work. These three made the stay feel like home. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend 😊

Not so clean at showroom

This was my second stay and I was fully aware of what all to expect. The hotel has high volume of visitors from around the world with constant movement of people. Location is good and hotel is extremely clean and well managed. Breakfast is sumptous too.

The room size is quite small and compact. The space will be particularly challenging for two persons in the room. The management should also provide coffee/tea sachets though kettle is provided on demand.

Professional staff and service. With that price, everything is acceptable. The room is a bit small.

Comfy and covenient location! Cafe downstairs is well designed and has a large variety of food selections. Bar is always opened as well. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The 24 hour stay policy was very convenient for us.

Pool I think I saw in some pictures but they said it wasn't there. Room is a bit small for the price you pay . Breakfast was tasty but limited choices especially if one stays more than couple of days. Tv channels keep getting disconnected especially foreign channels. Slippers given tad too small for bigger footed people.

Nice breakfast and a good location. Staffs are very friendly and always give a good impression to me. In reception, Trinh is very friendly and Hana(her cocktail was very impressive), Quyen(also a good bartender),Vi and Mattew at the bar are very kind and friendly. I am willing to book again when I come to Hochiminh again. I hope to try Belami legacy(local Vietnamese rum) again
