This hotel is so good and the staffs are so friendly and helpful (Hà Quy And Tuyết)
It is noisy a little bit in the morning because there is a small market close the hotel
Clean room and comfortable bed
Hot water was an issue. Only one person in reception spoke English, so if she wasn’t there must use translator app. Confusing how AC had a separate power button which I constantly forgot to turn on. Very narrow and invisible entry right between the street market selling things. Small and dirty outside of the hotel may be something difficult to adjust for some. No food in the hotel and nothing close near by. Contrary to what it says it is not next to main tourist places. At least 15 to 20 min walk.
I like the hotel staff, Ms Jenny and Ms Iris went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. I liked the coffee machine in the room, very comfortable bed, and the free laundry/dryer facility.
The surroundings and the area didn't have the best gentrification—a lot of rubbish from the wet markets and shops next to the hotel.
The property is clean and has a self service laundry, which is a plus. The staffs and security are friendly and helpful, as always expected from Vietnamese people :)
Note: My concern has nothing to do with the inside of the property; it is entirely about the surrounding area. The hotel is located next to street vendors selling meats and directly in front of a very busy main road and bridges. There is trash, dirty water on the pedestrian walkway from nearby street vendors, and garbage carts, which gives the area a somewhat “slum-like” vibe. In front of the hotel lobby you can see what’s under the bridge. The pedestrian area is very difficult to walk through because of the street sellers. I undertabd that they cannot manage the condition outside their property, but the neighbourhood still matters in choosing the place. I’m more comparing this stay with another branch of The Concept Hotel, where I previously stayed and had a very good experience (The Concept Hotel – City Centre). Based on that stay, we decided to extend our booking. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that I had booked a different branch. On Booking.com, it appeared as only this branch. The Concept Hotel has three branches (I booked this branch on Booking.com, while my spouse booked the previous stay. At that time, each booking showed only one branch, which caused our confusion). As a result, I had to move to this location. I should have extended my stay directly with the receptionist directly to avoid this mistake though. I recommend checking the exact address and hotel branch carefully before booking. The City Centre has less busier street and many good foods within minutes.
Very clean and serves the purpose
Staff can be helpful is taking the luggage over the stairs. There is no other way to go to lobby , if you have heavy luggage , you might struggle
The room, overall, was comfortable. Toilets were clean and staff were pleasant and helpful!
The location of the property wasn’t great. Although situated in walking distance to the main shops in District 1, the immediate outside of the property is very very busy and quite dirty which deterred us from walking all together. Fresh meat markets etc. Not great!
Nowoczesny, bardzo czysty pokój . Darmowy dostęp do pralki i suszarki bębnowej
Ciasny pokój , mało miejsca . Brak możliwości rozpakowania rzeczy , brak jakichkolwiek półek .
GOOD JOB TO THY AND TRANG. My girlfriend forgot her passport and they did a really good job of reaching out to me and notify me immediately and even sent a grab express to deliver the passport. GUYS, this is something important and time sensitive and they really helped and executed well! Thank you so much to the front office 🙏🏼.

The hotel is very clean with good water pressure for shower. Bed is comfortable too. Just the pillow is a bit high for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is not far from Takashimaya and Ben Thanh market. :)
The outside environment is not what I am used to. If there is proper walkway, it would be perfect.
Value for money Comfortable Bed, Free coffee and Tea, With Laundry machine Accomodating staff
Staff were rude and not helpful
The hotel was far from the city centre. And you're in the middle of a local village - feels unsafe and very noisy.
Location is good.facilitys were great free laundry and drying .staff were great.only down was the size of the room couldn't open 2 suitcases at once had to do it individually sink was in the room not the shower area.the window looked out to a mishmash of corrugated iron and buildings.
As stated above
The room was spacious and bed is comfortable. Will definitely book this hotel again. The staff is very helpful and accommodating Easy access to City Center and the food street.
It was clean, compact and had a great vibe. The laundry area was a gem and saved us a lot of time and energy. The staff were friendly and not pushy at all.
The only thing would be the location as it’s situated near a rough looking area but we didn’t feel unsafe. It just looks ugly and dirty.
Very pleasant surprise stay
rooms were clean and modern. The staff was great! would stay here again.
Clean facilities
It was very noisy at early hours due to street market
I stayed at Concept Hotel in District 1 and had a mixed experience. The room was clean and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the noise level was a major issue. The hotel is located near a busy street market and a bridge, and the noise carried through the night, making it hard to get a restful sleep. Additionally, the bed was quite hard, which added to the discomfort. Overall, the hotel has potential with its clean rooms and great staff, but if you’re a light sleeper or value comfort, you may want to consider other options or bring earplugs.
Very comfortable room and very good service. Very close to the center. Laundry free service is excellent All staff are super friendly and helpful.
The hotel was nice but it was in a market area that was very dirty.
This hotel is really worth to stay. A lot of local food around the hotel, if you able to walk for 20-30 mins, then you can easily reach many attraction place. 😘😘
Location was great for us. I think some people would struggle with the road noise although it didn't bother us. Rooms were lovely clean stuff helpful and friendly
I was very pleasant to stay at the hotel. They welcome u with a smile, very helpful and very nice. This hotel is very clean. U have everything that you need. They have a wash room, there u can wash your clothes yourself for free. The location for me was super, nearly to the Ben Thanh market and central. Special thanks to Mrs Hien and Mr Luan for the answers to my questions and my needs. I already booked the hotel again and come back in one week 🙃
The hotel was modern and clean, the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
We had a room facing the street, which was quite noisy.
The staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. They ensured that the stay was comfortable and attended to all requests and/or requirements.
No complaints.
This is the only hotel that we stay in our Vietnam trip that provide free washing machine usage with detergent provided. Although the hotel is small but the facilities is very new and clean.
The only inconvenience is the hotel is located in one of the busy road. Hence, we must get in the car quickly everytime we took a grab car.
Wonderful staffs and the hotel is very clean. It’s a nice little hotel, I would stay again on next trip
It was central to Saigon and everything in district 1, including Ben Thanh, the post office building, Bui Vien, and the food hall night market.
The surrounding area outside the hotel has quite the scent and there is a lot of trash as soon as you exit the stairs of the hotel. It does feel a little unsafe outside.
Excellent property
Nothing
Very clean spacious. Best hotel we’ve stayed in so far
It was a little loud but that is to be expected
New and clean hotel
Hotel near to the bridge quite noisy. And unexpectedly charged for accidentally breaking a glass shower gel bottle. No kitchen facilities
Location and staff
No window in the room that opened
Very comfortable beds and clean and modern. Added bonus of free washing facilities which was great .
It’s on a very busy road so it can be tricky for a taxi to park up and to walk as the pavements are full of street vendors.
Big value for the money, staff really friendly, highly recommend
Nothing
The hotel was perfect, with a great location—just a 10-minute taxi ride to the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and helpful, especially receptionists Hang and Vinh. The room was also spotless.
Nothing
Very clean rooms.
The surrounding areas.
The perfect place to stay in HCMC Fee laundry Great staff Free water / tea /coffee in lobby area
Cool japanese boutique hotel. Nice bathroom with the black marble. Large bed and sofa. Staff is super friendly.
Strategic location, walking distance to great food and attractions. Received the best hospitality from Hien Hang, Thy, V.Anh. The staffs are attentive and super helpful.
- Two recepcionists, Hien and Thy are very kind and helpful. - The interior of the room, as well as the panorama is unique, I liked them both - The location allows you to reach Bui Vien and Nguyen Hue in just a few minutes walk (ca. 10-15mins) - However we haven't used it, free laundry is a good and nice idea. - If you're interested in real everyday life Saigon, take a walk through the narrow alleyways in the neighbourhood where you'll see even chickens walking but not tourists.
- There are hotels next to huge traffic hubs, with rooms facing the street, yet they are silent and you don't understand how the soundproofing can be so perfect. This is not that hotel. The overpass outside the window is busy at night and the room is noisy. There is some soundproofing, but no magic. (Anyway I can sleep even in traffic noise.) - The street around the building is very dirty and smelly, even by Saigon standards. This doesn't affect your room stay, but if you step outside the hotel, you can't avoid it (unless you called a cab). - We had problems with the efficiency of the air conditioning. (After we reported to the recepcionists, they fixed it the next day.) - They contacted me before my arrival via Booking.com messenger. In my answer I let them know that we arrive after midnight from the airport and that I'd like to pay by USD cash. No answer. When check-in the recepcionist told me that I have to pay immediately and they don't take USD. So what can we do after midnight? He deposited my passport so I could pay next day. Not a big deal but inconvenient. - Design is important, but it is not practical that the bed has bedside table and lamp on one side only
It is value for money as it’s very basic.
Location isn’t great as it’s in an extremely busy area.
Lovely new rooms with modern furniture and bathroom fittings. The staff at this hotel were amazing, thank you to Hien, Hang, Thy and An for booking my transportation , and ensuring the stay was A class.
Everything was great, great access to district 1 popular locations.
Very clean and great hospitality! The staff is very helpful and attentive. Comfortable beds and room. Has everything you need.
Sound travels through the walls sometimes
Very clean and well decorated. Super friendly staff. Free laundry room
Great view of HCM and district 1. Great value for money and staff were really friend especially Hien, Thy and Hang.
Stay was amazing.
It was a good experience! Room was finely designed and during my stay, Tai, Veronica and Tracy were extremely helpful and kind to me! Helped me with laundry, leak in the room and getting a taxi, etc Thank you!
Hotel is nice and modern, staff is friendly but the surrounding area around the hotel is not nice.
Nice facilities and staff, self laundry services
Location wasn’t great
Cleanliness and Hospitality
Location and No Food to Order
Mrs.Hien was kind and accommodating, and we had a comfortable stay thank you
Excellent Hotel. The staff was polite and professional. Brian at the front desk took care of everything. Mahalo
Too noisy. So bad experience, cannot have a good sleep.
Beautiful hotel, clean rooom and staff very friendly, Hinlary always smile, I will be back
This hotel is basically located in the middle of a landfill.. I would not recommend anybody booking this hotel. The hotel is located in a really sketchy and dirty place under a road bridge. I felt really unsafe in the evening. In addition, there are rubbish everywhere on the street outside the hotel. We had booked a superior queen room with a window (in the picture you can see through the window), but unfortunately the room was not as in the picture. The window was blinded and locked, which made the room feel like a prison cell (the room was also way smaller than in the picture) and it we had difficulty making room for our luggage (2 backpacks). Our room was located near the elevator which meant that every time the elevator arrived at a floor, we could hear the ‘pling’-noise. Kept us up all night. I honestly don’t know how this hotel got all those great reviews. The only good thing about the hotel is that the room was clean and the security man in the entrance was very friendly.
Friendly and helpful staff; Good location; New facilities
Feel a bit cramped with the space
Great service from Hinlary and Brian
The hotel is clean and modern with excellent service from the staff, especially Ms. Hien who made sure all of our needs were met. The spacious laundry room was a big plus as we were able to wash our clothes without any additional cost. The hotel location was the only negative but it’s not an issue that would prevent us from booking again when we come back to Saigon.
