Jan Hostel Central Point

Excellent hotel! The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home straight away. Jay was the person we spoke to the most as he was there in the mornings and evenings. He is so lovely and nice and very helpful if we had any questions. The breakfast was delicious, the noodle soups in particular are amazing and really fill you up until the afternoon. The room itself is not big but for two people it works well and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we were both able to sleep very well. Which was noticeable for us having come from a different hotel in Hanoi which was not as comfortable. The location is about 2 minutes from the famous party street, which was fun for us when we realised on our second night there. But we didn’t notice the sound or any disturbance or sound on the first night so if it’s not for you it is still an excellent location as it is very central to all of the tourist spots and highlights.

An ideal place to stay in terms of both price and quality. I booked a budget single room, and the bed was comfortable.The breakfast was decent. The staff were super friendly and helpful — special shout-out to Ms. Moon! The staff can also help you arrange local tours and recommend some great local food spots. Much appreciated that they helped me keep my luggage after check-out. You can even use their bathroom after checking out.

They moved me to a room with only internal window, which did not provide much natural light. The window could not be properly locked either. On the second night, there was a lot of noise coming from the room on the second floor, so I went to close the window and discovered that it had no lock. This may seem like a small issue, but it is something solo travelers should be aware of.

Прекрасный отель в самом центре Хошимина! Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением — прямо в центре Хошимина, совсем рядом со всеми основными достопримечательностями. Благодаря этому очень удобно гулять по городу и знакомиться с ним, практически всё находится в шаговой доступности. Сам отель очень чистый, уютный и комфортный. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — все сотрудники невероятно доброжелательные, внимательные и искренне стараются сделать пребывание гостей максимально приятным. Все наши просьбы выполнялись очень быстро, без каких-либо задержек. Было особенно приятно чувствовать такое внимание и заботу. Завтрак тоже был прекрасным — всё вкусно и с хорошим выбором. Огромное спасибо абсолютно всему персоналу отеля! И девушкам, и мужчинам — все были очень приветливыми, улыбчивыми и радушными. Благодаря именно такому отношению создаётся ощущение, что тебе здесь действительно рады. Мы остались очень довольны пребыванием и с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель! Если будете в Хошимине — смело выбирайте его, не пожалеете. ❤️

Das Frühstück und das Personal war sehr gut.

Leider war das Zimmer alles andere als das, was wir auf Booking gebucht hatten. Es sah völlig anders aus als auf den Fotos und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Nachts war es ohne Ohrenstöpsel kaum auszuhalten – die Rezeption liegt direkt um die Ecke und die Partystraße tut ihr Übriges.

The bed and pillows were not super comfortable

Place is neat n clean, staff super efficient,pleasant and very helpful. Only thing I want them to is add few vegetarian breakfast option which would help pure vegetarians like me

Le personnel est exceptionnel de gentillesse et de serviabilité. La chambre était très propre et confortable. C'est étonnamment calme dans ce quartier. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin dans les environs immédiats.

The Jan Hostel team are amazing. Always smiling and saying hello and making sure all guests are looked after. I stayed for six nights and loved every night. Comfy beds. Good bathrooms. Clean tidy. Amazing breakfasts daily. It's a short walk to the Ben Thanh market and restaurants and food is so close. The beds are super comfy. Aircon in each room. I will stay again!

Lo mejor del alojamiento fue sin duda el hombre que está en recepción en casi todo momento. Me ayudó también a realizar la colada de mi ropa y quedó oliendo maravillosamente y por un buen precio. No le pude preguntar por su nombre pero siempre está pendiente de los huéspedes para que la estancia sea la mejor.

Desconozco el procedimiento de desinfección de las habitaciones pero en el momento en que me hospedé en el hostal empezaron a salirme picaduras de, espero, arañas.

L'accueil et le service de l'hotel sont irréprochable! Le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique. A notre arrivée nous avons été surclassé sans frais supplémentaire! L'hotel est bien placé et très agréable. le petit déjeuner est bon (choix à la carte)....Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons!

En raison d’un problème avec la chambre réservée nous avons été relogé dans un second établissement du groupe. Le personnel était très sympathique et s’est occupe en amont de notre arrivée de la logistique lié à ce changement.

The location!!!! Easy access to most parts of the city. There are restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk. Grab pickups are very easy from this location as well. The staff is pretty amazing as well. Super friendly and helpful too.

Tina was the best hostess ever!

The hostel was in a great location. Jay was amazing and so friendly. He was so helpful and so was Lilly.

We unfortunately had two cockroaches in our room. Jay removed them and sprayed the room. It unfortunately made us a little uncomfortable and we moved rooms.

De meneer aan de receptie was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt. Propere kamer en badkamer.

Super gemütliche und hübsche Atmosphäre. Aber vorallem die Mitarbeiter haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht (viele Grüße an Moon😉)! Sie waren äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sogar um eine Nacht verlängert weil es so toll war

Se escuchaba el ruido de la calle de los bares y entraba luz por una ventana en la que no había cortina. Solicitamos llevarnos el desayuno uno de los días y no se comunicaron entre los propietarios. El día de la recogida no estaba preparado y tuvimos que esperar a que nos lo hicieran y sin poder coger lo que habíamos solicitado

Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend. Schon im Kontakt vor der Anreise waren sie sehr zuvorkommend. Angekommen haben sie einem alles gezeigt und direkt eine Obstplatte gebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Das Frühstück hat viel Auswahl geboten und war sehr lecker. Auch am Abreisetag war alles super, es wurde uns ein Flughafentransfer organisiert und wir durften bevor wir gefahren sind, nochmal duschen, um nicht verschwitzt ins Flugzeug steigen zu müssen (dafür sind wir noch immer sehr dankbar!)

great location and really friendly staff!

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a room in the Jan Villa. Very comfortable stay and our receptionist Moon was very kind and helpful. Overall our experience was very pleasant. Breakfast was very nice, one of the best of all hotels i have stayed in in vietnam.

the price was reasonable,what stood out for me was the herbal scent when i walked into my room，so comfy！

actually my room didn't get cleaned after the first night, I thought I hung up ”plz make up my room” sign next to my door， but no one is coming. Luckily, a staff solved my issue at last.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was more then friendly. We even extended our stay without any problem because we wanted to stay longer. When we got sick we also received amazing help from the staff. They were the kindest!

L'hotel è molto vicino alle attrazioni principali e lo staff è davvero gentilissimo. Anche la colazione è molto buona.

La stanza era molto piccola e poco insonorizzata. La doccia non è separata dal resto del bagno e per lavarti devi bagnare ovunque. Inoltre la struttura è molto alla buona.

El personal amable y nos ayudaron en todo, la cama era cómoda. Aire acondicionado. Nos llevaron al aeropuerto por buen precio.

La ubicación es buena pero por la noche hasta las 3.30 am no pudimos dormir debido al ruido de la calle de al lado, ni con tapones. La habitación era en el ultimo piso sin ventanas y además en el baño no había ni cortina de ducha por lo que se mojaba todo, las fotos no son de todas las habitaciones. Tampoco nos gustó que hasta las 12,30 pm no nos dejaron entrar y veníamos del avión muy cansados y con jet lag.

YouTubeで知った宿でした。 オーナーの方はとてもフレンドリーで、スタッフの方は丁寧でした。場所も良く、また利用したいと思いました。

後から気付きましたが、写真とは全然違う部屋に案内されていました。 シャワーが壊れていました。

L'appartement était vraiment d'un propreté irréprochable. L'appartement est très moderne, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et parfaitement équipé : four, plaque de cuisson, machine à laver, fer à repasser. Le lit est très confortable, tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour. L'emplacement est idéal, dans un endroit calme avec une place de parking avec un portail sécurisé. Les commerces et les restaurants se trouvent à quelques pas. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement que ce soit pour le confort, son emplacement ou l'accueil exceptionnel des hôtes. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir.

Premetto che abbiamo prenotato la camera economy, quindi più piccola delle altre, ma era situata a piano terra ricavata nel corridoio, con vetri al posto della parete foderati di carta da parati, finchè non spegnevano la luce nel corridoio in camera rimaneva luce. Fastidio nell'odore di umidità e muffa nelle piastrelle e nel lavabo in bagno. Ideale solo come appoggio per una notte senza pretese, siamo rimasti due notti ma di piu non avremmo resistito.
