The beds were comfortable, the staff attentive.

The street were the hotel was located was full of food stations being dirty and having a heavy smell. The room was quite small for 3 persons. The breakfast had a limited number of choices not for a 4 stars hotel.

Convenient location in District 1 and next door to Vo Roof which had great food and cocktails. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Felt a bit expensive in comparison to other places we stayed. Not all vehicles could access the street because of the market stalls.

Vue sur des escaliers de secours pas joli à voir... Chambre petite et peu d'espace pour monter dans le fond du lit contre le mur car pas assez d'espace de circulation autour, mais tout est bien optimisé

The shower flooring was very slippery as it is not tiles. A bath mat is a necessity unless the flooring can be replaced

The location was great - local markets at your doorstep, walking distance to all the main central attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. Lots of food options around. The staff were excellent, very professional and helpful in all ways. Our room was very comfortable, large bed with lots of space and a great hot shower. (we booked a king room with limited views). The rooftop bar/restaurant offered a great selection of breakfast food - western and asian style. Great views out into the surrounding area. Great value for money.Would stay here again and recommend to others.

the location of the hotel was perfect. walking distance to the city center and a lot of other attractions. its in the middle of a busy street, but thats easily manageable. the hotel was kind enough to give us an early check in after a very long and tiring travel.comfy beds, spacious toilets, all essential toiletries.

the breakfast could have been better with a little more choices.

Family room is a little crammed. Can’t turn on light in living room whilst turning light off in bedroom which is a problem when kids go to bed early.

Clean, staff are nice and friendly. The location was perfect.

There’s no door on the shower so the water goes everywhere and we had to use 3 towels on the ground every time we showered. It also leaks through the shower door. The street the hotel is on isn’t great and some taxis can’t access it. There’s a bar next door so if it’s the weekend you’ll hear the music in certain rooms

The room was very clean and fresh towels everyday. Staff were so helpful and attentive and very welcoming.

Some of the bathroom facilities were a little unclean

Staff were very responsive and helpful when we called to learn how to use the safe. Good location, nearby to lots. Was able to store our bags in the foyer with the reception staff, and use the toilet, when we arrived a few hours before check-in (note: it is not a locked away room if you are looking for this). Bonus: a weigh scale at reception to weigh your bags before your flight. Cannot speak on the food/breakfast, as our flight left early in the morning before it started.

Slightly hard to find the hotel entrance, as it is located in an alley type street that was full of local market/street food stalls partially blocking the front.

Très bon petit déjeuner, le restaurant est situé sur le toit et possède une très belle vue L'hotel est bien situé géographiquement, même si l'accès peut être un peu difficile en raison du marché présent dans la rue. Par ailleurs le personnel est très gentil et très attentif à tout vos besoins.

We loved the location. It was not loud at all with the market along the street. Staff were amazing and super kind.

All staff were warm and welcome. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, fruit, eggs etc. Decorated the room from my son's 21st which I was so grateful for.

Rooms are on the small size but it is a city after all.

It’s on a well located neighborhood but on an alley that can be a bit scary the first time.

There’s s food stand right in front of the hotel so picture was a bit misleading.

Als erstes sticht das Personal ins Auge: jeder ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und erfüllt jeden erfüllbaren Wunsch. Besonders Jane an der Rezeption ist wunderbar. Wir kennen sie noch von unserem ersten Aufenthalt. Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind toll. Alle sprechen sehr gut englisch, so dass man sich gut unterhalten kann. Die Lage des Hato ist sehr gut, man kann von dort aus sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut, neben den Basics wie Eier in allen möglichen Zubereitungen gibt es täglich 2-3 weitere wechselnde Gericht. Cà Phê gibt es soviel man will.

Da fällt uns nichts ein.
