A very quirky interesting hotel in a bustling part of the city. The food was good and the staff were attentive, overall an enjoyable stay.

Having a bathtub in the main part of the room was very different than we are used to but not really an issue. The beds were pretty firm but that just comes down to personal preference.

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of district 1 , very close to all attractions and shopping centres

There were no amenities , the room size was okay , nice for 1 person , the breakfast spread was limited. The hotel in itself is very small , the staff was nice , but its advertised much better than it actually is.

The location was great as it was walking distance to many things such as, Notre Dame Cathedral and the French area. Walking distance to Japan town and walking distance to Ben Thanh market. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me with my phone and always checked if there was anything I needed. They were fantastic!

Although the hotel is very central the street is very busy and noisy at night. It's great because things are close, but if you are annoyed by loud noise at night, this hotel may not be appropriate. The Booking.com site mentions a pool. There is no pool.

Nous avons aimés l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel, le sourire et l'amabilité de toute l'équipe. L'emplacement dans un quartier aussi animé que Bên thành, vous avez tout ce que vous aviez besoin, boutiques, restaurants, cafés, clubs dancing, salon de massage et manucures etc...le marché de Bên thành est à 5mn, le Takashimaya et Saigon center est à 10mn. Nous recommandons pour les prestations bains pour les couples, très sympathiques.

Peu de choses, tout a été bien organisé, et accompagné...peut-être le petit déjeuner un peu limité en choix.

Perfect location. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast is excellent, a good choice of Vietnamese and European.

Air con was very poor, cool where the air con is but nowhere else in the room nor over the bed, was very hot in room, they supply a fan in room however they turn it off when the clean the room, not good, so they must know the air con is not good must be old, balcony door would not lock, the handle just spun around, not good security, although they said it did lock days after we left, which is not true….. breakfast only catered for Asian’s, no western food but eggs….. no bacon, tomatoes or mushrooms…… main reason I left after one night was because I got a severe rash over my body in the morning, so we checked out on a longer stay…..glad we did.

I loved this hotel. I oved the antique sty;el furniture and collection of art pieces, I think the owner has done a wonderful job. I also liked the low tox and sustainable pantry and bathroom items, although my room was missing hair conditioner, I had brought my own anyway. The room was a great size, very comfortable. A lovely place to rest after exploring Siagon. I tried the breckfast, but i highly recomend the afternoon tea package, which provides you afternoon tea two doors up, very high quality and intresting food. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Booking.com actually gave me the wrong rate, they must have the wrong exchange rate in their system at the time, whcih cause some confusion upon arrival. Not hotel fault in any way, Booking.com need to improve their backend pricing system.

Le personnel adorable et serviable. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec notre air climatisé, elle coulait et malgré l’heure tardive en soirée ils ont été très réactif en nous proposant une nouvelle chambre. Nous avons refusé vu l’heure et dès la première heure le lendemain matin le problème était réglé. Extrêmement propre. Nous avions beaucoup d’attente car nous venions d’annuler notre séjour dans un hôtel médiocre et ils ont su y répondre. Service de lavage impeccable. Services dans la chambre et au petit déjeuner sont de qualité. Emplacement de l’hôtel exceptionnel, dépanneur collé au bâtiment, pleins de restaurants et cafés juste en face et majorité des attractions à voir à Ho-Chi-Minh-Ville très proche à pied.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals.....unglaublich....so nett! Die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer ging leider Kaputt. Aber ich bekam sofort ein neues Zimmer....einfach super. Und es war super ruhig. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Stockwerk 8, danach in 7.

Dejligt stort værelse med en behagelig seng. Der manglede dog noget hyldeplads, så man ikke skulle bo i sin kuffert. Men er vist generelt i Vietnam. Vi havde en lille terrasse, hvor vi kunne nyde en kop kaffe. Møblerne var dog ikke så behagelige at sidde på. Vi var forbavsede over, at der var så lidt støj inde midt i centrum.Måske fordi vi boede på 8. etage. Generelt var der MEGET stille på hotellet og gangene. Hotellet har deres egne mere bæredygtige produkter i badeværelset og mht. te og lidt snaks på værelset. Flasker som genopfyldes med vand. Fint lille køleskab, så vi kunne holde vores ting kolde. Dørmanden om aftenen var den eneste, der åbnede døren for os. De andre helt unge, snakkede med hinanden i stedet for. Men generelt sødt personale. Vil gerne anbefalet hotellet, og kommer gerne selv tilbage igen.

Havemøblerne på balkonen trænger til en opgradering, og hækken måtte godt blive klippet, da den fylder, ligesom man ikke kan se ud i byen, som vi gerne ville. For nogle vil det være en udfordring, at der ikke går elevator til 9 og 10 etage. 10 er den med “fodbadet”🤣, det er så lavt, så tro ikke, at det er en pool. Morgenkaffen smagte af klorvand. Det var ikke så lækkert.

Sehr nettes kleines Boutique Hotel im Herzen von Saigon. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage ist ideal und mit Grab kommt man preiswert auch an jede andere Stelle in Saigon. Das Hotel ist liebevoll und authentisch ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung gab es frisches Obst und verschiedene Snacks auf dem Zimmer. Zusätzlich gab es einen Getränkegutschein für eine ca. 50m entfernte Bar, welche scheinbar mit zum Hotel gehört, auch dort war der Service außergewöhnlich. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren immer aufmerksam und der Service exzellent. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut für so ein kleines Hotel. Vielseitig, frisch, schmackhaft und für alle Bedürfnisse ausgestattet. Nachhaltigkeit wird im Hotel groß geschrieben, nicht nur auf dem Papier sonder auch gelebt, was für Vietnam außergewöhnlich ist. Keinerlei Plastikabfälle. Man kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen für alle die das außergewöhnliche lieben und nicht auf die "1000Betten" Burgen stehen.

C'est hotel est incroyable. De l'accueil au départ, tout y a été parfait. Le personnel est incroyablement serviable et gentil. Nous avons aussi adoré les cocktails dégustés au bar de l'hôtel, le cadre est magnifique, la chambre était très propre, le petit déjeuner fabuleux, la literie confortable. Un sans faute pour ce petit boutique hotel ! Bravo !!

Ideal location to explore HCMC for the first time. Being so close to the Bitexco building made a huge difference - excellent landmark to navigate the city by. Lovely hotel, with nearly everything needed to make our stay a great one.

The lack of a pool was probably the only downside - this would have been ideal for cooling down after a hot and sticky day touring District 1.

Great facility, great people, very attentive to all details. I was impressed.

The place is clean and location is wonderfully located amongst nice food and shops. The toilet is beautifully done up and the room is clean. There was a lot of thought put into making the room comfortable like the nice scented rocks at the corners of the room. The complementary afternoon tea is a must try. The best part of the stay is definitely the friendly and attentive staff. They made this place a 1000/10 experience.

The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. The mattress was firm and the pillows when our heads were laid on them were hard, firm, and flat.

Excellent boutique hotel is heart of the city close to everything. The staff is great, accommodating pretty much a lot of your requirements. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is amazing, the breakfast is excellent and with variety. Definitely a good choice for HCMC.

Pretty much not much to say. Just few details, some room have quite hold ACs or at least it feels. Some additional hangers for towels. And the rates are a bit excessive.

Excellent value for money. Super central with min the of the walking street. While located in the busy area the hotel manages to give you sense of quietness and calm, due its spaces, aesthetics and scents, with very friendly staff. It has all the comfort you need, the breakfast is plenty and tasty. It’s a gem in Saigon for a reasonable price.

This place it’s an easy 10 out of 10 if it fixes the WiFi, which is mostly poor and gives information about the water quality in the jacuzzi on the roof. The water is often stopped for long, until the machines are asked for to be turned on, so water quality is recommended.

The rooms are hot and it takes a while for the AC and fan to cool the room down. We could hear loud music from the bar next door until esrly hours of the mornin which disrupted sleep.

I really satisfied with the service at Amanaki Hotel. It’s very near the center. Specially all staffs here is very kind and friendly. I will come back again!!!

Definitely stay here if you are in Ho Chi Minh City! It’s an amazing hotel and location. The staff are so helpful and we got upgraded to a room with a balcony it had a bath tub on the balcony and the room was huge! The breakfast every morning was delicious local food as well as fresh made eggs. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, with friendly staff. We had the complimentary afternoon tea from Unu it was delicious. Love the deco in rooms, and towels are good quality, will stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff, especially in the restaurant, are the best. The buffet breakfast with lots of VN choices was spectacular. And I always appreciate the gym, sauna and steam rooms.

I always want to remind these small, boutique hotels that they need more clothing storage. A small chest of drawers would be nice as opposed to living out of your suitcase.

We had to climb steps with our luggage to get to the elevator. I felt like we were at our grandmas house. It kind of missed a level of sophistication.

Es gibt für mich kaum Worte. Dieses Hotel war besser wie die 4* Hotels, die ich sah in Vietnam. Sauber, freundlich, grosssrtiges Frühstück. Natürlich hatte ich das beste Zimmer, im 8. Stock. Den Lärm von draussen hat man gehört, daran kann/sollte man sich aber nicht nerven, weil 1. das Hotel nichts dafür kann und 2. das ausschliesslich Strassenlärm war. Die Lage war herrvorragend. Würde ich Ho-Chi-Minh-City wieder besuchen, wäre das neine Adresse für die Übernachtungen. Herzlichen Dank an dad gesamte Team.

Location was really nice, with plenty of close restaurants and a short walk to the river, as well as about a 10-minute walk to the opera house area. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff were really friendly. I especially appreciated the hotel's dedication to sustainability and environmentally friendly practices, like refillable glass water bottles in the room as opposed to disposable plastic ones that all of the other hotels used. I would definitely stay here again and highly reccomend.

The room (#401) was very boutique. Lots of antique furniture, bathtub with stones around it in the main room, other nice visual touches. Bed was comfortable, bathroom nice (except lighting to dim). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is good. The location is very good for area attractions.

While everything looked great, but it was not that functional, especially for a business traveller. There was no closet, only a small and narrow armoire that didn't fit much. The desk is an old sewing maching table with the mechanism/pedals still underneath - which prohibit you some having any leg room under the desk. The bathtub, which is in the main room is sourrounded by zen stones (very cool) - but becuase of the location I stubbed my foot on it multiple times. Also, it is hard to get in/out with the stones. There are lots of cool looking knick-knacks on the shelves and desk, but they are too much - don't leave much room for the guest's own stuff. On the desk in the room is a list of every item in the room with its price. I am not sure the purpose of this - except if you broke something? A room safe is provided but it is on the floor under the suitcase stand - you would have to get on your hands and knees to use it.

Slightly overpriced compared to other close places. Our flight got cancelled due to Dubai airspace being closed, this caused our visa to be overstayed and even thou we had been to immigration and had documents to prove we had been there they would not let us check in. Yet this was no problem with the next hotel we tried.

Lovely boutique hotel. Love their philosophies on non processed food and eco friendly approaches. decor eclectic and interesting. Superb were the staff. Linda especially and ? Lia and Nui. V helpful recommendations that were perfect. Location is SUPERB. walk to pedetrian mall, opera, river, Bin Thaih market. its a v convenient location

I didnt really get it as it related to the bathtub in the bedroom. looks like a luxurious thing to do but we never made use of it

Amazing stay. Really nice and clean room and amazing breakfast with lots of options to choose from.

The staff was amazing! I had two rooms (one for myself + my spouse and one for my family who had never stayed at a hotel before). The staff made them feel so welcomed and were super accommodating + friendly. The hotel breakfast had a nice selection to choose from. I ended trying a new noodle dish everyday! The location was conveniently nearby a ton of attractions, such as the Saigon Skydeck and Saigon Center Mall. There were two convenience stores nearby in case you needed anything extra. The rooms themselves were the perfect size. I had a bunch of luggage and never felt short on space. The beds and pillows felt comfortable and the restroom had good water pressure. There is a nice gym and pool area on the upper floors as well. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend others to stay as well.

There really wasn’t much to complain about at all. Maybe the fact that you need to climb a short bit of stairs to enter the hotel? Even my older aunt had no trouble with this, so I don’t expect most people to have trouble either.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet room, beautiful personal touches in the rooms, their restaurant Unu was exceptional quality as well. Very attentive staff too and great location as well.

Couldn't say enough good things about the staff at Amanaki! From front desk, who arranged our car to Chau Doc, handled our laundry and fixed our a/c, to the breakfast staff, who always greeted us warmly, made sure we had everything we wanted and cooked to order, the service was impeccable throughout! Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The location is excellent!!

Location was nice and central. Staff were friendly, although they didn't have much idea about customer service / support. Breakfast was excellent with local specialities.

We checked out early, sacrificing two days' pre-paid accommodation to go to an alternative 4-star hotel very nearby, for around the same nightly rate. This was definitely not 4-star. More like a 3-star guesthouse. The rooms are small and very dark, and a bit shabby. The bathroom was too dark to put on makeup. The reception can accommodate only a handful of people, and the chairs are hard. In fact, everything was small and uncomfortable. The fact that guests had to come to reception to access the 10th floor for the jacuzzi also was obviously annoying to other guests.

Ruhiges Zimmer im 9. Stock, die kleine grüne Dachterrasse direkt neben dem Bitexco Financial Tower hat schon etwas. Das Hotel bietet die perfekte Lage für Ausflüge aller Art in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt. Extrem hilfsbereites Personal, das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, die inbegriffene Kaffeezeit im Nachbarrestaurant schon etwas besonders.
