Mon séjour l’hôtel faisait des travaux le bruits c’est pas agréable du tous marteau piqueur un grand chantier

Bel hôtel, idéalement situé, avec des centres commerciaux et restaurants à proximité. Chambres spacieuses, propres avec un personnel assez accueillant. Petit déjeuner assez varié, mais pour un long séjour, menu un peu répétitif. Mais le personnel était très chaleureux et disponible pour le service.

Quelques remontées d'odeur dans les toilettes, peut-être dû aux travaux en cours au moment de notre séjour.

Très bon emplacement à proximité de 2 centres commerciaux et de restaurants. En outre, les matelas sont bien fermes et confortables avec des linges de lit très propres et de bonne qualité pour bien dormir.

Le logement n'avait qu'une salle de douche avec une unique toilette dans la même pîèce. Idéalement, il aurait fallu 2 salles de douche ou une toilette à part.

L emplacement. Situe dans le district de haizhu. A quelques metres a pied d un centre commercial. Plusieurs boutiques, restauranst tout de suite a cote. Personnel sympathique, et disponible pour renseigner. Propre, menage fait chaque jour. Petites bouteilles d eau fournies chaque jour.

Malheureusement des travaux cette annee car je suis une habituee, des le matin donc un peu bruyant pour faire une grasse matinée. Le parking est payant et en surcout.avec un tarif a l heure. Globalement satisfaite c est pourquoi je suis une habituee de l etablissement. Ce sont plus des axes d ameliorations que des insatisfactions, par rapport au prix en comparaison a d'autres etablissements. Suggestions : Le parking devrait etre gratuit ou a un tarif tres preferentiel pour les habitues et pour les sejours de plus de 2 semaines par exemple. Quant aux travaux ce qui est tout a fait normal ils ne devraient pas avoir lieu le matin, mais que pendant l apres midi.

Le fait que l'hôtel ait accordé que nous puissions de visiter la chambre avant de faire la réservation, car nous avions eu une mauvaise expérience le même jour.... C'était Parfait ! Le petit déjeuner était varié et bon. Je dirais même que c'était fabuleux, le lit était confortable, la chambre était spacieuse et bien équipé, le nettoyage était bien fait au quotidien, bref nous reviendrons certainement !

Équipement cuisine : Nous avons pris un studio avec Kitchenette... 2 plaques car nous aimons préparer notre nourriture nous même. On aurait vraiment aimé avoir un minimum pour la cuisine : liquide vaisselle, éponge, chiffon, essuie de vaisselle,) car il fallait trouver où s'en procurer à proximité... C'était un peu la galère au début mais on s'en est bien sorti.

Das Hotel war wirklich super, bei der Ankunft haben sich Shirley und Davion sehr gut gekümmert, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und hat sich wie Zuhause angefühlt. Die Klimaanlagen hätte ich nicht in Deutschland gehabt von daher war ich doppelt zufrieden ^^. Es wurden jederzeit auf alle Wünsche eingegangen und das Apartment wurde sehr professionell gereinigt. Es war jetzt schon das Dritte mal in einem Somerset Hotel und ich kann es nur Weiterempfehlen. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder kommen 😊😊😊

Хороший отель с очень удачным расположением. Рядом метро, магазины, кафе и торговые центры. Нас без проблем заселили раньше времени, что после долгой дороги было очень кстати. Номер просторный, уборка ежедневная и качественная, персонал в целом вежливый. Из того, что можно улучшить, — завтраки. Для отеля такого уровня и за такую стоимость хотелось бы увидеть более разнообразный выбор блюд.

Единственный неприятный момент за все время проживания — пропал Apple Pencil Pro. Никого не обвиняю и не утверждаю, что это была кража, но вещь бесследно исчезла из номера. Персонал, к сожалению, не проявил большой инициативы в решении вопроса и в основном рекомендовал обращаться в полицию. За 13 лет путешествий это первый подобный случай, поэтому мой совет будущим гостям — внимательно следить за своими ценными вещами.

Great location with lots of eating places nearby. Rooms were clean and full facilities . Beds were comfortable and firm. Overall … great value

1) Hotel is located near 2 malls, one of them is connected and can be accessed via the hotel reception. 2) Room is nice, spacious and provides all the necessary amenities. 3) Price of room per night is attractive.

The breakfast spread and quality is average.

We enjoyed our stay. Jason at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He let us checked in early and upgraded our room. He also addressed all our concerns and queries swiftly.

The towel could be better and the corridor to the unit was very stuffy and warm.

It is easy to locate and in a good area location.

1. The hallway had a funky smell. 2. They could do better with the breakfast menu.

Nothing much except that there is a mall which can be accessible by level 5 of the hotel ( but this mall nothing to shop except for some dining choice)

During the check in process, it was the worst experience I had thru out my whole trip. The Longhair lady staff was so rude. I don't know why my card cant go thru the payment and she keep telling me is my card issue. I explained to her that it worked well for me in quanzhou and xiamen. I was trying to test out other method, she gave me bad face.. She didn't even bother to tell me where and what time is the breakfast. As I overheard the other staff mentioning to the other check in guest, so I went over to ask. And she charged me more than my actual hotel amount. My room rate for both room is CNY 1560 and deposit of CNY 1000, total should be ard CNy2560. She charged me CNY2800. I didn't realised I didn't charged more for my room rate while check in. After realizing it, I went back to the counter to confirm. The 2nd guy told me is due to 1.06% tax. And he don't bother you help me check. I went to search for my booking record and went down again, this time, I met Lei, he able to help me check and said will refund me at the end of the stay. The check in process was stressful and the lady really give me bad face and she just continue to do her paper work of tax invoice. Please improve on your customer service area.

It was an amazing stay, price was higher due to it being the Canton Fair time in April. I recommend this place, comfy beds, clean rooms, lamazimg choices at breakfast and service was so good. Will return to this place when I am in area.

Some units were aging.

My room had an amazing view of the Canton Tower, the staff was very helpful, the housekeeping staff was very kind, and the breakfast was diverse and tasty. There are two malls and a couple of convenience stores nearby.

It was a 19-minute walk to the subway station.

Staffs are so friendly and considerate! Jason and Davion were so helpful to offer me a free extension of my staying until 4pm on my check-out date. Just so it would better coordinate my schedule in between my flights! Thanks to all the supportive staffs!

I did not like the fact that we were accused of stealing a hair blower at the time of checking out. To our surprise, they later told us that they were sorry and that there was never a hair blower in the room in the first instance. We felt so embarrassed. They later gave us back our $100 dollar deposit.

Desayuno y ubicación muy buenos

Pagamos una habitación para tres personas, la habitación estuvo muy bien, buen espacio, pero la cama para nuestro hijo estuvo muy deficiente, el tamaño estaba bien ya que era una sola plaza, pero la estructura débil y con los movimientos en la noche se doblaba, además quedo bajo el aire acondicionado que goteaba agua. Esta situación crea incomodidad ya que se paga adicional por la tercera persona y se espera recibir una cama un poco más confortable. Por lo demás muy buena la habitación, además que e recomendado muy bien el hotel a más amigos que planean viajar a Guangzhou.

Very big spacy room, free water bottles every day, very helpful staff, washing machine with detergent in the room.

The location was not very nice, and the metro station is not that close.

Housekeep could hv done a better job in cleaning

Выход в торговый центр через ресепшен. Это очень удобно, есть бургеркинг, кофейня, едальня. У нас был большой номер, удобные кровати, 2 ванные. Кухней ни разу не пользовались. Рядом со зданием Молл Wanda с множеством ресторанов. В отеле есть фитнес, бильярд. На ресепшене всегда есть вкусный чай. Работники говорят на английском. Хороший завтрак.

15 минут пешком до метро. Рядом перекресток и очень шумно, слышно на 20 этаже. Закрытые окна не помогают, берите беруши. Недалеко сносят дом, техника начинает работать с 5 утра.

Very nice room. The location is great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would choose the same hotel next time I visit Guangzhou.

The location is excellent and the rooms are very clean. The staffs are very helpful especially Ella who checked us in.

1. The kitchen does not have plates and utensils 2. There’s a smell from outside the facility that comes into the room I stayed and it’s not nice.

Clean, spacious, good breakfast and adjacent to 2 malls, has a washer/dryer combo in unit. Has a robot that will bring your takeout order to your room. There is a package delivery box next to the entrance.

Bus stop on one side is very close. To take the bus in the opposite direction needs 10 minutes of walk. Nearest metro station is Shang Chong, which is 17-18 minutes of walk.
