L’accueil et le staff sont gentils

La vue n’est pas très belle mais pas le plus important. Le petit déjeuner était très très limité

S'il vous arrivent un incident l'établissement ne vous rembourse rien c'est très très minable , le manageur c'est une femme aucune humanities, Un incendie est arrivé dans l'hôtel ont été rester toute une journée à la rue aucune nourriture la nuit un hôtel très très loin du centre 20 kml et pourtant ils sont plusieurs hôtel pas loin, aucun Professionalisme que de l'argent les dirigeants c'est des gens raciste beaucoup de chose négatif à dire voilà 👎👎😡😡

The room was lovely and breakfast was good

So we arrived to the hotel we was meant to stay at being closed down, no warning or nothing. We did then get relocated finally to the other branch and charged the same price as the old one. Wasn’t a very good start and should have been informed or refunded something for the hassle

Bardzo smaczne śniadania.

Bon emplacement pour visiter la canton tower et les alentours parc,métro pas loin j'y étais pour dix jours avec mes filles,le petit déjeuner était bien mais pas varié tout les jours la même chose...mais dans l'ensemble je mets un 7/10

Smoking is terrible in public area including lift. Book for non smoking executive king room but was not available on the first day although had been booked 2 weeks in advanced. The system needs to be improved.

No es la primera vez que me quedo en este hotel. Está muy bien ubicado cerca del metro, barrio muy movido , personal es muy amable , recomiendo

Отель в Гуанчжоу Отель не 5. Не новый, но выглядит хорошо. По холлу сказала бы бизнес-отель. У отеля вроде бы 2 здания совмещены. Поэтому нумерация и этажность отличаются. Завтрак как у бизнес-отеля. Все необходимое есть. Вкусно. Отличное местоположение. 12-17 юаней до центра (башни) на такси. Рядом рынок, где можно поесть на улице вместе с местными жителями. Местные, конечно, удивлялись нашей семье. Недалеко парк. Напротив отеля маленькая кафешечка с вкусными пельменями. До сих пор их вспоминаю. Номера оформлены стильно. Тематика ипподрома. Это больше неожиданно, хотя фото видели. В номере все работало, ничего не откалывалось, ничего ободранного не заметили. Чай и ванные принадлежности были. Вода была. Легко заселили раньше. Спасибо!! С интернетом проблем не было. Не забывайте, тут некоторые программы запрещены, поэтому и не грузятся.

Минус один: окно выходило на стройку. Лучше бы окна не было:)

離地鐵站真的有點距離 隔音有點差，晚上聽的到別人沖馬桶的聲音

Hotel je v živahni mestni četrti in okusiš tisto pravo kitajsko, trgovinice, lokali s hrano, delavnice...hotel je sodoben in sobe so moderne in nudijo vse udobje.

Naša sicer zelo urejena in prostorna soba z vsem udobjem, z tv ekranom oz.platnom čez celo steno je bila nad ulico in sprva nam to ni bilo všeč. Potem pa ugotoviš, da je to tisti pravi utrip, ko sam postaneš del tega. Zahajali smo v lokale na ulici, bogata ponudba hrane in neprecenljivo ko ješ in si z domačini in nobeden ne zna besede angleško...

The room was not cleaned properly. The dustbins were not even cleaned and I had to ask more than once for toilet paper. The cleaners need to be spoken to, they can do a lot better.

L’établissement est extrêmement propre bien situe et le personnel très professionnel et aimable.

房間裏面的桌子，，吃宵夜可以，用來當書桌，有點勉強，希望下次有正常的桌子可以用。

Rooms should be soundproofed. There was ongoing construction nearby and the noise from it could be heard in the room.

The hotel is located in an interesting part of the city. Right outside, you experience a lively, simple everyday atmosphere, while just a 10-minute taxi ride away offers a premium, modern side of Guangzhou. It’s also close to a beautiful park — Guangzhou Public Culture Center — definitely worth a visit. The kindness and welcoming attitude of the staff are what truly make this hotel stand out and deserve the highest rating.

For guests not accustomed to high humidity, a dehumidification option would be a valuable addition. The air conditioning, however, worked very effectively and kept the room comfortably cool. The photos may give the impression that the hotel is a standalone building on a large road, but in reality, it is well integrated into a lively urban setting. Stepping outside, you are immediately immersed in the everyday rhythm of the city. Despite this, our room was quiet and provided a peaceful stay.

It’s was close to canton fair

We hate the smoke smell in every area. There was only one iron in the laundry area which was share by all guests. Very noisy due to works next door. Staff didn’t understood English much so it was difficult to communicate. I wish they had more options for Muslim meal or even vegetarian meals for the once who can eat meat..

Hotel staff communicate with us very promptly before our stay. They were able to book a taxi from the airport for us (which is not so common in China.

We were very dissapointed from the Internet connection as we were on a business trip and we were not able to send a simple email. Internet was not working at all. During breakfast we didn´t fit in their dining area so they put us in their meeting room which had dirty tables every day and wobbly chairs and tables.

Staff was so kind.

Toilet has no door. It was broken.

Sucio, el desayuno tenía solo variedad para los orientales, no es un hotel para occidentales que deseen visitar la feria, olor a humedad, tenía cucarachas en la habitación, sillas del desayuno sucias

Very good location and friendly staffs,but mostly noisy at night.

Cleanliness and convenience of location

The noise from outside (car horns, etc) is not soundproofed in the room I was placed. It is loud especially at night from 9PM till late.

When u arrive at the hotel you'll be disappointed. Real life facade doesn't look like the pictures. Lobby is quite okay. But the rooms and corridors, well done! Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast too, not bad at all. Two coffee machines, quite a good variety (although the bread section underwhelming). Staff quite good as well. Overall great value this place.

Wow, not a nice neighborhood. Really grassroot. It's safe, surely, but not inviting to go for a walk. Visited the GZ fair. Is 4.6km from the hotel but with traffic jam took 25 minutes to get there with the free shuttle bus. If within 30 minutes from GZ fair better go north of the river, to the actual center of GZ (e.g. Tianhe). Having said that this hotel was good value.

Бесплатный трансфер до Кантонской выставки туда и обратно, плюс номера для курящих, плюс номер для курящих не пропитан запахом сигарет, подходят даже для не курящих.
