Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The property is way out of the city so if you plan to visit the city it is a cab ride away. The property meets the mariott standards in terms of up keep and cleanliness. The staff was a bit underwhelming and was not very helpful given that none of them could speak english and help with directions or provide any local advice. Also there are no vegetarian/ vegan food options in their menu and the staff is pretty insensitive when I tried explaining it to them. Having said that there were a couple of staff Grace and Kevin who were helpful.
No vegetarian/ vegan food options. None of the staff converse in english which is a bit strange given that it is a international chain and they are unable to help in terms of direction or local support I asked for a cup of coffee at 8pm and I was told that locals don't drink coffee at that hour and hence, they don't have it available which was a bit strange.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2024Brand new property. Extremely clean with quality towels and linens in room. Breakfast was excellent and included western food. Hotel gym also brand new and well equipped. Many of the hotel staff spoke some English and all were polite and helpful.
Location is a bit far from central Shaoxing.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2024I loved my 4 nights at this Marriott… I didn’t want to leave! :-) Room was AMAZING, with all the comforts! Arise and the other people at the reception were all lovely and helpful! Don’t miss the pizza of Justin!!! I’m Italian and I can tell it’s DELICIOUS! Thank you for the great time!
