Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The location is very convenient—just a 10-minute drive from the airport—and the hotel provides complimentary airport pick-up, which can be arranged with the hotel via WeChat. Pick-up is available at 10 minutes past each hour. A great location and option if you’re arriving on a red-eye or early-morning flight.
We had breakfast at around 8:00 am the next morning, but unfortunately, there was already very little food left. The entire restaurant was also quite messy, with food spillage around the food section, used utensils left at the serving areas, and a number of uncleared tables. The food itself did not look particularly appetising either. We noticed several tables with many young children and understood that it was the school vacation period in China during our visit. We assumed that a number of families with young children had eaten earlier, which may have contributed to the condition of the restaurant. However, given that the hotel could reasonably anticipate higher occupancy during the school holidays, we felt that additional staff could have been deployed to replenish the food more frequently and keep the dining area clean and orderly. Overall, the breakfast experience was disappointing and did not quite meet our expectations.

Seems a little run down and showing its age. But for the price still good value. Communication is poor, I have messaged the hotel numerous times as I believe I left a pair of jeans in the room but no one has replied.

Лифты, мы жили на 8 этаже и вызывая лифт приходилось ждать ооочень долго, потому что только два лифта ехали на 8 этаж, это оочень раздражает. Стоишь и тыкаешь в кнопки лифта , а он приезжает , но не едет на 8 этаж.именно поэтому снимаю звезду

Reviewed May 25, 2026Alles was relaxed! Goed ontvangen, duidelijke instructies over de liften om naar de juiste kamer te komen, grote en ruime kamers, erg netjes en schoon. Het voordeel is dat er ook nog aardig wat winkels en restaurantjes in de buurt zitten om eten en drinken te halen. De shuttle service is top, rijd op de afgesproken tijd. Ideaal verblijf voor als je moet vliegen!

They turned off the Air conditioner from main until and when we called them asked about A/C they said it's off from Main until because it's Cold ! Staff feel cold so they turned off the main unit doesn't make any sense and they told us if you feel hot open the window , We tried but there is horn noise coming from highway.

Previously we stayed at a different Holiday Inn in Hangzhou, which was three times cheaper, but the service and rooms were three times better. Here we didn't know we had a free breakfast and a complementary ride to the NECC exhibition center. The room didn't even have USB ports, and there was no plug at all next to my side of the bed. The foil of the previous guests' toothpaste hadn't been removed during our 2 days stay. Oh, and it was my first time when at the king bed there are only two pillows.

Не успели заметить что-либо негативное.

It was convenient to get back and forth from the hotel using the free shuttle service, and the hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and generously sized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a really good value as well so I definitely recommend this place to travelers who need to stay near the airport!

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Room, cleanliness and very quiet. Provide both soft and hard pillows. Breakfast was good but you can add few more variety.
My flight was delayed so I passed the immigration after 11 pm so there is no shuttle bus service (last one was at 11 pm), the valve for the bathroom is quite unusual even with the instruction it is a little bit difficult before I could adjust it correctly for the hot water level I need. Also, as this is winter, may be you should provide body lotion too.

Мы вызвали скорую и были в больнице, когда вернулись в отель за вещами, срок действия пребывания закончился и они не взяли оплату за номер. Я очень благодарна сотрудникам отеля!
