The climate control in my room didn't work. I set it to Heat mode and 30° but it stayed at 24°. By night time it got quite cold. The light switches stayed lit at night time. However they were really bright and kept blinking. That was really annoying and kept me awake at night. The receptionists didn't speak any English so it was hard to communicate to ask for any help.

Reviewed Nov 15, 2025The staff are friendly and helpful. We are provided with a disabled friendly room with no additional charges. The breakfast is tasty and fruits served are fresh.
Everthing is fine. Eventhough West Lake is not located within a walking distance from the hotel, it is easy to get a Didi or taxi to reach.

I could hear neighbours talking very clearly and couldn’t rest, fortunately they changed room for us when I asked. Special thanks to receptionist Xu, you should give that guy a raise, if he didn’t help me out I would put 1 instead of 9
