Absolutely amazing property, very well furnished and equipped with everything you need. They took care even of the forgotten toothbrush and paste for you - the cupboards were stuffed with everything you need for a great enjoyable stay! Grocery store with delicious ready to eat hot meals righ around the corner, close to subway, landmarks, restaurants, parks, pedestrian areas. We would come back again!
A well-located condo with full amenities in an excellent building. Only concern is I am still waiting (almost a week) for return of deposit.
Check in was difficult due to location of keys and parking. Was not clear where to take elevators and that there are two buildings connected. It’s easy to get confused when parking under one building and staying in the other
You have to download an app to communicate. No check in desk. Very very frustrating. We went some where else. Don't know why this is even offered by Expedia...gives you a terrible name.
Pretty nice. No complaints. Bed wasn't my favorite. A little tricky check in process.
It was a nice apartment & pool area.
Check in was a bit tricky… via WhatsApp but once I got sorted it was fine. Accommodation was amazing
I would certainly not recommend the condo and the rental company, we had a very unpleasant stay. It started out with their cumbersome pre-arrival requirements where they asked for several pictures of IDs etc. I emailed the pictures, then received another email to please send them, so I resent them, they told me again that they hadn't received them, so I resent them again and was finally told that they had received them. I never got a bounce-back so it looks to me that they were just disorganized and not on top of their inbox. Before arrival they also asked for a refundable damage deposit, which I paid and only received back after I emailed them a week later. They then forgot to send us the complete check-in information so when we arrived we could not get into the condo. I called their contact numbers but could not reach anyone either by phone or email and it took them half an hour to respond to my messages and send the check-in information. We had already left the property by then but returned later. When we finally got in, the place smelled like smoke and was rather dirty, with big stains on the living room rug, dirty bathroom rugs that had clearly not been washed and glass panels on the balcony that were so dirty that you could barely see through them. We will most certainly not return.
The place was simple and clean. Comfy bed. Good for short stay.... But I won't be again. You have to head to parking for FOB & keys in lockbox, but the areas where box is locks out out of the building. So you have to head up stairs (if unlocked) into an adjacent building and reenter. To check out you leave keys in lock box but but same problem. This time all exit doors were mag locked. So had to follow a car up and exit 3 floors above through ramp. The call to concierge was ineffective since after several attempts to help she hung up. None of this is documented or expected. So if you want a run around and confusion, this is the place to stay.
Property was great. Location very close to public transit. Check in process is a bit "unique" and a little confusing but it works. You get good value for your money.
Location good, but apartment was tiny for the price charged. Front door lock was sticky and getting and replacing the key was a challenge.
Spacious, well equipped & located
It was clean, quiet beside a beautiful outdoor atrium and accessible to public transportation. It was perfect.
Condo was excellent, you could smell the clean when you opened the door. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Check-in/out was simple and seamless. My only complaint is extra charges for anyone beyond the booker which is odd in my opinion, booking should be based on double occupancy at minimum.
Great restaurants in the area
Everything perfect
Check in a bit difficult
I was delighted to see the apartment pictures online because it had everything I needed. I was so excited to be in Canada. Upon arriving, everything was perfectly arranged and tidy. We arrived late, and I was exhausted as I prepared to go to bed. I noticed the quilts and covers hadn't been washed in all three rooms. They were neatly arranged, but the pillows reeked of grease, clearly left behind by the previous tenant. They were incredibly dirty. I found a lot of short, thin hairs on the bedside table. The quilt and mattress cover were also covered with fine hair. It was awful, and I almost felt like vomiting. I tried to find some clean covers in another room. Since it was only two nights, I endured it. I also tried to get my friend to do the same. I didn't even use a quilt; I brought a bath towel to cover myself. It was terrible. I tried to wash my clothes, but the washing machine and dryer were stinking, and there were some leftover covers in them. It was a terrible experience. I definitely won't choose an apartment or B&B again. The beds should be comfortable and clean, but they were the worst. The furnishings were cozy, and the pictures were attractive, but unfortunately, I won't be choosing one again.
I love the facilities! Perfect location and stuff was very nice
Good location and overall set up but 1 mattress was saggy some outlets did not work and the air conditioning was set at77 and could not be changed. Only connection to owners was by email so situation not resolved during stay
Location and condo facilities
Cleaning was poor when we arrived. Kitchenware and floor not clean and many flies inside the apartment. Two days after check-out was informed that part of the deposit is going to be deducted due to some stains in a carpet that we did not cause. Just got some fuzzy pictures as a proof and when asked for more pictures no more information or reply was received. Not sure what might have caused the damage, but we surely didnt. Had a great experience at the same place last year... this year not the same.
It was easy to checkin , instructions not complicated. Easy parking nearby and access to public transit
Great place, 2 bathrooms are great, super big balkony with great view. All very nice place.
Balkony and bathrooms.
Decent lodging where you can lay your head. Not a great location for families. There was one tv in the whole apartment. Missing amenities are tedious to get addressed. Highly recommended arranging your own parking. On site parking app is drastically cheaper than what Global Stay will charge you, if you go through them. Wouldn't stay again.
Horrible check in guidance
Our stay was pretty good. very quiet and easy access.
Convenient location, nice neighborhood, all amenities were wonderful
Location , safe, private, nice decoration
No things
The place was very nice. Nice view and we could even see the CN tower. Communication was fluide and the response were quick.
The keys weren't in the Dropbox and staff reaction was exceptionally poor. After a long time we were redirected to another unit. Then we were asked if we were still in that unit because they wanted it for someone else, so obviously not even keeping track of things, then had to move to another unit again ... and no apologies up to now.
Checking is all done through whats app message, and you have to provide and specify the number of guests, pets, car if parking, a picture of you with your ID and make security deposit payment prior to checking in via paypal. Checking experience was a total hustle. They overcoplicated something thats is usualy very simple. Then, once you do all that, they will send you instructions as of where to get the keys to the property which is in the parking garage at a locker with a key. For the check out you need to let them know via message what time you are leaving if not, you will be charged $30/per hour until you let them know you've checked out. Other than all that, the apartment was clean, and organized, great neighbour with lots of dinning option. I wouldnt stay there again though.
Location is good
The 2nd "bedroom" was not great
This property is just as described.
Stayed here for a business trip with colleagues — we had to leave an hour after check-in. The place was in terrible condition: dirty towels, hair everywhere, leftover trash, a strong smell of humidity and smoke, and cracked walls. A dog was barking non-stop, making rest impossible. The property manager was unhelpful and dismissive. We reported everything to Booking.com, but they’ve been slow to respond. Absolutely unacceptable — do not book this place.
I had an awful experience working with this booking - to the extent that I left the Unit and just got a hotel in downtown Toronto because of how inconvenient it was and how confusing the communication was for this place. Long, incomprehensible emails that don't get to the point, leading to confusion, and very unaccommodating personnel. Avoid them at all cost until they get their act together!

Loved the city view and modern vibe!
Great view and spacious suite. Check-in was a bit sketch.
Great place
i liked everything
Very clean and appropriate location. Not too far from major destinations, very convenient
Great location and have stayed in this building multiple times. Exactly as described.
Good
.
Check in is complicated but the rest is good !
The unit is fine...location good. Property managers are ridiculous. Its a two bedroom unit....two people registered....yet they only provide one key. And when you ask for another key, they demand extra money. What hotel charges for an extra set of keys...especially one that has two bedrooms and two guests. Also ask for a substantial damage deposit...which they were VERY slow to return. Extended the stay one night (unit in a condo was available) and still charged for ridiculous extra fees and cleaning fees...when no cleaning happened until end of entire stay) Be preparted for beligerence and extra costs for everything.
All good. Only issue is that only one set of keys provided. Should not have to pay for a second set. Otherwise great location and nice apartment.
Very clean

I read every review on this property that accompanied your listing. I was thorough with the information you provided. Given the name hotel.com I assumed I was dealing with a hotel type property. While I had a wake up call of 4 am, near midnight I was awakened by my phone and the property calling for a security deposit, among other items, equivalent to the cost of the stay. Given this shakedown I did not feel comfortable staying there and paid for a room at another hotel I did NOT book through you. I could not get a refund and so paid for 2 hotels. Apparently there was a tab called policies. Give. I was not on a site like vrbo, I was looking for hotels, I did not notice this tab. I think this is very deceitful and therefore, I will not be back.
Dirty place, half roll of toilet paper for 1 week stay. Requesting $25 parking per night while parking available for $7 per night.
Instructions were clear and getting in was easy. Property was larger and nicer than expected, with an en suite in the master bedroom. Good communications with the service provicer.
Key box was a bit hard to find, given the shear number of them.
The apartment located in a good location with easy access to everything
The bed was uncomfortable
Great midtown location. The unit was well equipped with everything you need. The bed could use an upgrade!
Clear instructions
We asked for a second key set and we had to pay extra 50$ for it. I would have definitively preferred a safety payments of 100$ or 200$ to be reimbursed than an extra payment, for a service that should be offered for free (for an apartment claiming to be 3 bedrooms!)
They were very kind and the condo was very nice and homie they were alot of help my daughter is very ill and they made things alot easier on me i give
The situation is amazing close to the subway line, shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious enough for 3-6 people. It is fully equipped and has everything needed to be settled for a short or long stay. It is also very easy to communicate with the company anytime of the day or night through their whatsapp number.
The keys are located in the garage in a safe which unlocks with a code and it is not the safest for a single woman to get there by herself. The unit needs some renovation as the walls and some other parts are damaged. The cleaning is not done properly or rushed/neglected, there were crumbs in the couch cracks, the bed linen was cleaned but extremely crumpled. The TV would not connect to Internet and I had to spend time fixing it because the help service had no idea how to fix it.
We had the pleasure of spending one night on the 9th floor in this beautiful condo at 98 Lillian St. The property is managed by Global Stay. This was my first time using their services. To be totally transparent; at first, I found their identification system extremely evasive as they requested a selfie of you holding your passport and Drivers license. I have never been asked for a passport AND license. They will not confirm your booking and send you the check-in details until this is done. I quickly got the booking confirmation and all the details from Global Stay; after I paid the $200 security deposit. They provided details of how to access the building and where to park. They are available 24hrs to answer any questions. They offered superior best in class customer service! The condo was extremely clean and had all amenities, including Wi-Fi. They also gave you access to the gym, sauna, and pool. If I had a condo, I would absolutely use Global Stay to manage it as they were prompt and easy to deal with. I am looking forward to my next Stay with them! KB
NA
I loved everything. Even during the reservation process, some unfortunate circumstances occurred and management was so helpful offering solutions to ensure I could reserve which they did not have to.
There was nothing to not like.
This apartment was perfect for my family of 4 while traveling internationally. The property was clean, easy to navigate, and the pool/hot tub/sauna were welcome extra perks at the end of a long day. We felt safe, and it was walkable to dining and shopping, groceries, and even the subway for exploring other areas of the city.
We've stayed here twice and enjoy the building and location.
The building's doorwoman is a very rude, ill-mannered and ill-mannered brunette.
Location
Wasnt clean, i sent pictures to administrator but because i didn’t complain during the stay its not valid for them. Fire detector broken, night table lamp not working in den, worn mattresses and sofa.
The location is very good for visitors to get everything we need. The whole building is new/ re-furnished and the place is decent. We felt safe to go out at night. The management communicated in a timely manner and was able to refund the deposit on time. The unit is exactly what the pictures show. There was a gap between our check-out and the next check-in. The concierge allowed us to stay in the lobby with our luggage for a good while. We were so thankful, considering the snow and I am with seniors.
The single bed in the den is pretty good but the king-sized bed in the master room was too soft to hold body weight as it seems to sink in the middle. A minor drawback is: The water faucet was not functioning properly. It dripped and we just avoided using it.
The unit is centrally located. It is spacious and comfortably furnished.
I didn't like the lack of clarity. Pet fee is vaguely mentioned as "may apply" , but they don't tell you how much. It can add up to a high price and you won't know until you have reserved. So, that was an unwelcome surprise. They should be clear about the daily amount charged for pet fee. Also, the page says a deposit of $200 for pets, but I was charged $500 for because my stay was 28 days. Nowhere is this mentioned. Yes, the deposit is refundable, but people vacation on strict budgets, and these last minute surprise charges and increases are not welcome. Just be upfront and clear. They also wanted to charge an extra $50 for a key fob. If this amount was refundable, I wouldn't mind, but key fobs are inexpensive items and to be asked for $50 non refundable, despite a long term reservation, was not a good experience. The deposit and pet fee payments are off platform, via PayPal. So if there's any dispute, Booking.com might not be able to help because they have no control over these off platform payments. Not an honest, upfront practice.
I liked the location of this property, and the grocery and alcohol store are in the building, which is incredibly convenient. It was a short walk away from the subway station that took 20 minutes to get downtown.
The bathroom tiles were full of mold, specially the en suite bathroom, we found bleach to cleaned and quite some moldy residue came off, but it needs urgent deep cleaning/treatment to remove all the mold it has been building up. We had to use flip flops to shower given the disgusting mold in the tiles grout. Everything else was good, but the mold in bathrooms at this price point and location is unacceptable.
Firstly, this company has no business advertising on Expedia, what is stated in the property details is not accurate and doesn’t align with what they request after booking. If you are elderly or don’t like dealing with chatbots or strictly remote customer service reps, then don’t consider this place. Don’t consider it either way but especially in that case. Second, this is the type of property that is contributing to the housing crisis. The company is probably run by some investor bros that are mediocre at best when it comes to investing, hospitality and property management. What you are booking is an apartment within another apartment, so they’ve taken over a floor or maybe just a section of a floor in a condo building. The building & apartment was shabby. The apartment while mostly clean was shabby, much like the service. The extra linens are stored in a giant, damp, tangled ball in the dryer (you know instead of paying someone to fold and put them away)- an absurd hospitality choice but totally on brand with the rest of the experience. Most light switches aren’t connected to lights and decor looks like they just ran to the dollar store to fill up the space. No check out instructions are provided in advance, but to put the key in the lockbox. After unnecessary back and forth with a virtual agent, you’ll find that the lockbox is located in the garage, chained to a wall and of course is not labeled as your suite number. Lots of issues not enough characters to elaborate!
Clean. Good location and lots of space. Quiet. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Everything is great about the apartment. The only issue is the television that loses its internet connection and there is no way to fix it. It’s the TV and not the WiFi - other devices like phones and computers connect fine to the WiFi.
A photo was sent on where to pick up the key from a lock box. The description was very very poor. I was complelty jet lagged and took forever to find the key on the bottom floor of the building. I had the cab driver drive us down..kept looking for it and finally we found it. The person at the front desk told us to go around and through the garage. That was an error on the part of the person in the lobby. We couldnt find then, the elevator to go back up from thebottom floor and I kept calling global stay at around midnight and they wouldn't answer the phone. The explanation needed to be a lot clearer . We were four in the apartment and the sofa bed was absolutley horrendous. Hard to sleep on..like a board. It was also filthy. It was a sofa that opened into a "bed", but ut was broken. They said they would fix it..but I didn't want anyone coming in our apartment while we were gone. What compounded it all, as that we were majorly jet lagged and also, that GHlobal stay was hard to get a hold of when I needed them most. I was in touch with them as to the time I would get in, but i feel that they chose not to answer the phone at 12:00am. It was apin to stay there because of that. and the sofa bed..forget about it..even if it had been cleaned it was like a board.
The check-in instructions were clear. And the unit was amazing! They provided everything that we need.
everything. but the bed
except the king sized bed was not great. Lumpy and I could feel and hear the springs.
Just off the main road, and only a few blocks from the Subway.
The mattresses were uncomfortable. The third bed was directly inside the front door. This was not clear to me from pictures/description online
The pool was nice and it was right by the subway
The location, clean
You have to follow up for them to return the deposit
I enjoyed my stay
Clean
The pool and everything is nearby.
Great place to stay. Super close to everything!
So easy to check in.
Nothing.
The apartment was very good, and I would stay there again. The challenge with this type of accommodation is the need to send extra images, the deposit, and the figuring out the parking. It is easy once you know, but challenging until then.
Great property and would like to stay here again. The only drawback we're the hard/old beds, but for 2 nights it's ok.
The property was subpar not at all as announced in the pictures and the property managers were absolutely unhelpful and avoiding any notion of responsibility. I have stayed at Global Stay properties in Toronto three times before and never had such a horrible experience and low quality and condition property. The place smelled, The apartment was dark instead of bright as shown in the pictures. The bathroom vent had a bag over it and there was nowhere to hang a towel— owner said to just use the dryer. The door knob between bathroom and bedroom was broken only worked from the inside, so you have to go through the other bed area. The second room had zero privacy and no electricity— a lamp but zero outlets, The blinds in the bedroom were broken and had to be manually pulled back and did not open fully, the curtain rod in the living room bent and the balcony furniture filthy and unusable. The walls were full of dings as was the desk. The sofabed was extremely uncomfortable and dirty— we found a lighter and a spatula in it while trying to put sheets on it. Owner/manager was 100% unhelpful asking for documentation then rejecting it under false pretense.. I spent over 6 hours of a 3 day family vacation documenting calling emailing— never was any responsibility taken. Instead they have withheld a large part of my deposit for damage that I did not do.
The condition and the dishonesty of the manager.
Should probably put something in the check in instructions on how to get up from P2 - calling security, or finding stairs - when you get locked in the parkade. Condo could have been cleaner, but it was comfortable and had necessities.
location is good, near the Eglinton subway station.
the soundproofing in the room is very poor. Someone was singing karaoke past 1am, which was very disturbing. I texted them but no one has responded so far. I also sent a message through Booking to contact the property, but never received any reply. feeling very helpless and disappointed. when you check in/ out, you need to go to the parking level 2 to pick up/ return the keys yourself.
