Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel itself is stunning and my room was beautiful. The reception staff were so lovely and welcoming, and the staff at the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant were amazing too. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful cafés and restaurants. Honestly couldn’t fault my stay and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Barcelona. Highly recommend!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'arredamento della camera, il design della struttura e degli spazi comuni, il letto molto comodo, la pulizia, e la colazione.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to the city center. Lovely rooftop pool and super friendly staff. Great views from the top floor!

La atención en recepción de Pedro, Laura , Camila y Dánia que me facilitaron en todo momento la estancia , su amabilidad y atención . El hotel está totalmente bien ubicado , a 15 minutos del centro de Barcelona en autobús o metro . Fuera del centro donde los hoteles además de antiguos , están en las zonas más degradadas de Barcelona por la inseguridad actual . A 15 minutos paseando del centro comercial las Glorias y de Diagonal Mar . La piscina panorámica ves Barcelona desde la altura . Las instalaciones perfectas .

Piscina tema niños y por otro lado en la reserva comenté que llevábamos perro y no nos pusieron ni camita ni recipientes , le comentamos en la recepción y quedaron en que nos iban a colocar pero la verdad es que no nos pusieron nada, luego a la hora de pagar hicimos el comentario y total k la respuesta fue que cobran por la limpieza , no por colocar los accesorios , una pena .

Otel, lüks ve konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi sunuyor. Tasarım dili, atmosferi ve genel enerjisiyle keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz, özenle düşünülmüş bir mekan. Ayrıca kahvaltısı da oldukça başarılı ve güne keyifli bir başlangıç yapmanızı sağlıyor.

Şehir merkezine oldukça uzak olduğu için turistik geziler açısından çok pratik değil. Ancak bu bölgede konaklayacaklar için iyi bir tercih olabilir. Ayrıca personelin yaklaşımını zaman zaman gergin buldum. Check-out saatini yalnızca 15 dakika geçtiğim halde ek ücret alınacağı yönünde sert bir uyarıyla karşılaşmam hoş bir deneyim değildi.

Loved the aesthetics of the room and hotel in general, very spacious room and the bathroom area was very nice as well, the rooftop bar/restaurant is really lovely.

The rooftop bar/restaurant closes at midnight, for a city like Barcelona, it felt a bit early

Jeg er meget skuffet over mit ophold på dette hotel. Airconditionen virkede slet ikke, hvilket gjorde opholdet meget ubehageligt, især når man er i Barcelona i sommervarmen. Det er simpelthen ikke acceptabelt. Derudover blev vores værelse ikke gjort rent i løbet af dagen. Klokken var over 20.00, og der var stadig ikke kommet rengøring. Den eneste grund til, at værelset overhovedet blev gjort rent, var, at vi flere gange måtte henvende os til receptionen og presse på. Det burde ikke være nødvendigt at bede om en service, som er en helt normal del af et hotelophold. Jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale dette hotel på baggrund af min oplevelse.

Several issues which do not match the quality or service of a Marriott hotel. I’ve shared this email with the hotel manager, who never came back go me: 1. Severe Noise Disruption and Total Absence of Management Control. I’m staying on floor 13, you have a party going on floor 14th. Its 11:40pm on Sunday and music is still blasting through my room, and I’m unable to sleep. Given the phone in my room doesn’t work (another issue but feels minor at this point in comparison), I had to physically walk down to the ground floor reception three separate times to complain about deafening music and bass bleeding into my room. On all three occasions, the front desk staff failed to resolve the issue, falsely claiming they had handled it. At 11:30 PM, faced with zero action from reception, I went up to the 14th floor myself. I was first intercepted by the door guy who laughed at me for wearing flip flops, and then was intercepted by a external big security guy who aggressively informed me that "there was nothing he will do," that this was "the hotel's problem," and that the hotel had simply chosen to book the party. He then left for 10 seconds, returned, and lied about the music being turned down. The disruption continues unabated. When I pressed to talk to a hotel representative at the party (the front desk told me to look for “Oriol”), these two individuals told that there was not a single representative or manager from Labtwentytwo stationed on the 14th floor to supervise the external event. The hotel has effectively handed over control of its premises to a private party at the expense of paying guests. In addition, walking through the hotel tonight to address these issues, the breakdown in basic standards was stark: - a clearly intoxicated individual from the event was sleeping on one of the main lobby sofas. - Outside the entrance, another heavily intoxicated attendee was sitting directly inside a large decorative plant pot.

Ligging is wat verder van het toeristische centrum. Wel makkelijk bereikbaar met metro/tram/bus.

Located in a great area - we love Poblenou! Rooms were clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great! The rooftop with the infinity pool and great views was the highlight!

The terrace was closed one of the days we stayed there due to a private event. The staff tried to compensate with an invite but we would have preferred to be able to use the facilities fully that we had paid to access

amazing breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, pastry, rolls, eggs, fresh juice and great coffee. Ace!

The cleaning personnel tended to knock on the door a bit early in the morning.

Very noisy due to the rooftop parties

The rooftop pool area with the restaurant and bar was a real highlight; great atmosphere and beautiful view. The staff was super kind and attentive throughout our visit. Bonus points for the gummy bears in the lobby; such a sweet little detail that made us smile.

The water pressure was disappointing – for a 4-star hotel, this is really a no-go. Barely any water comes out of the tap or the shower, and the temperature is either ice cold or scalding hot, with nothing in between. We mentioned it at reception, but unfortunately I don't think it was just our room – it seemed like a hotel-wide issue. The location is also quite far from the city center, which might be a downside for guests who want to see everything quickly. And the breakfast… we stayed 5 nights and it was exactly the same every single day – no small changes, no little variety. It got really boring; on the last two days we just had coffee and ate out instead. A bit more variety would make a big difference.

Le tarif pour les chiens est excessif !!! 18€ la nuit + 60€ de ménage pour le séjour Je n'ai jamais payé autant pour un séjour avec mon petit chien et pourtant il est très habitué aux hôtels Le supplément de ménage à 60€ devrait être facturé seulement si il y a besoin d'un ménage supplémentaire c'est aberrant !!!!

The hotel was beautiful, the rooftop was great as well as the pool which is a bit smaller than in pictures but still looked amazing. The room was specious and very modern, the bed was sooo comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had a modern design.

Location wise the hotel is set in a very quiet neighbourhood, and it's a bit far from the city center. Metro access its not that good, all metro access from the hotel are at least 15minute walk. Also I really hated the smell of the shampoo in the rooms its very minty in a bad way.

The bar area/sky pool was not operating. Went upstairs for a drink and they were filming content maybe for a page, I was completely ignored no one looked at me, so I left.

Rien à redire, tout était parfait du début à la fin. La literie est extrêmement confortable, la propreté irréprochable et le petit déjeuner absolument délicieux avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Loved the location, the size/look of the rooms and beds, the gym was amazing and you could tell it was set up by someone who knows their way around a gym, the bar and pool area at the 14th floor was amazing as well. Breakfast was one of the better ones we have experienced in Spain but I still think there could have been more options. The location of the hotel is in a rather quiet neighbourhood, but if you walk a little you get to a nice Rambla and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the inner city of Barcelona with public transport, there are underground, Bus and Tram stations 5-10 minutes from the hotel.

The corridors leading to the rooms smelled unpleasant and the bathroom started smelling like a swamp on the second day.

The hotel was really nice—modern and brand new. The staff were amazing. However, the location was really inconvenient—it’s far from everything, with nothing nearby, not even a restaurant. The hotel’s restaurant had a very limited menu, and on some nights, when they had events, they didn’t offer any food at all. For the price I paid, I could have found a better hotel in the city center.

Habitación muy top, todo (casi) perfecto: decoración, servicios, comodidad, limpieza. El baño es una maravilla, con una ducha muy grande, albornoz y zapatillas. El vestíbulo es perfecto, con un bar, mesa grande y chucherías de cortesía, así como tienda de snacks. Buen desayuno, rico y variado. Genial el bar del rooftop.

Très belle chambre avec une vue incroyable sur Barcelone. Personnel sympathique et professionnel. Les chambres sont bien équipées. La décoration est soignée. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux.

Les cloisons sont un peu fines, on entend les bruits des chambres voisines et du couloir mais pas très dérangeant. L'hotel est à 10/15 minutes à pieds des stations de métro (mais qui après desservent toute la ville)

The personal at the desk was very friendly. I forgot his name but he was one of the nicest guys ever who helped me with changing my room on the day of check in. They should really promote this guy. Hes so friendly and servicing and for me a reason to come back!

Best gym I have seen from the hotels I have been in

Just one problem - pool was not working! And I got a welcome drink option but it was limited choice so did not get my sangria.

Winzige Zimmer, welche mit der Beschreibung rein gar nichts zu tun hatte, unverschämte Preise für quasi alles. Wir haben das Gefühl, dass wir schlicht betrogen wurden. Die Rooftop Bar war für eine private Party vermietet, was uns bei Ankunft aber nicht mitgeteilt wurde, die Bar im Erdgeschoss hatte erst gar nicht auf. Die Party war so extrem laut, dass an schlafen selbst 7 Etagen darunter nicht zu denken war. Auf Bitte doch etwas leiser zu drehen wurde nicht reagiert, sondern der Rezeptionist sagte lapidar, dass evtl. um Mitternacht Schluss ist… das war die schlechteste Erfahrung, welche ich jemals in einem Hotel machen musste.

Me encantó que tuvieran alternativas sostenibles como agua en lata en habitaciones, todo muy cuidado al detalle.

Mejoraría la parte del rooftop, el bar interior era espectacular pero habría estado bien tener la terraza despejada y más acondicionada para poder estar en exterior en invierno.
