la ubicacion perfecta, queda un centro comercial en frente, para tomar bus o taxi super cerca, relativamente cerca de la playa y puedes caminar a muchas partes desde su ubicacion., el desayuno excelente.

Ubicación a diez minutos a pie de la Sagrada Familia. Personal amable y atento. Desayuno abundante, variado y con productos de calidad. El restaurante también fue un verdadero descubrimiento. Me encantó el ambiente relajante y silencioso.

Finalmente no lo necesitamos, pero estaría muy bien poder confirmar la disponibilidad de aparcamiento en el momento de la reserva.

Singurul aspect cu adevărat pozitiv a fost restaurantul. Atât micul dejun, cât și cina au fost bune.

Realitatea este foarte diferită de ceea ce apare în fotografiile de prezentare. Camera nu era curată: am găsit murdărie și fire de păr, iar atenția acordată curățeniei și detaliilor a fost foarte slabă. Mobilierul era deteriorat, iar lipsa unei ventilații corespunzătoare a făcut șederea și mai neplăcută. Sincer, după experiența noastră, nu înțeleg cum această unitate de cazare a primit un scor atât de mare.

the room was silent (we did have a corner room though), the laminate in the room (vs the carpet that used to be there years back), the coffee and organic tea in the room, the fact that the hotel offered some free drinks for the minibar, the room was cleaned well. The staff at the reception were helpfull. we were there with 30 degrees celcius outside. So it was welcome to have a good airconditioning available in the room.

We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. The room itself was okay, but considering that the booking clearly stated we were a family of four, I was disappointed that the sofa bed for the children was not prepared. There were no sheets, pillows or proper bedding. I called reception and was told someone would come to prepare it, but they only brought a duvet and left. In the end, I had to prepare the bed myself and give the children our own pillows. We also had repeated problems with the lifts. You need to use a hotel key card to access the floors, but our card often did not work, meaning we could not even get up to our room without going back to reception. This was extremely inconvenient. The rooftop pool was one of the better parts of the stay. It was clean and generally a nice place to relax. However, I was also uncomfortable with the atmosphere around the rooftop bar. There were women who appeared to be actively approaching and flirting with male guests, including my husband, without seeming concerned whether they were there with their partners or families. It made the environment feel inappropriate and uncomfortable, and I was surprised that this behaviour was allowed to continue inside the hotel. There was also a lot of noise during the night in the corridor, including people arguing and doors being slammed, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the hotel had some positive points, particularly the clean rooftop pool, but the poor preparation of the room, lift access problems, noise and uncomfortable atmosphere around the rooftop bar made the stay disappointing.

The sofa bed for the children was not prepared despite the booking being for a family of four. There were no sheets, pillows or proper bedding provided, and even after calling reception, the issue was not fully resolved. I had to prepare the bed myself and give the children our own pillows. There was also a lot of noise during the night in the corridor, including people arguing and doors being slammed, which made it difficult to sleep.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. 🥰 🥐 Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, avec énormément de choix : viennoiseries 🥐, œufs 🍳, charcuterie 🥓, fromage 🧀, produits laitiers 🥛… Il y en avait vraiment pour tous les goûts ! 😋 🏊‍♀️ La piscine était superbe, et des serviettes étaient mises à disposition pour toute la famille, ce qui était très appréciable. 💦 😊 Le personnel était très accueillant, bienveillant et professionnel. Ils parlent plusieurs langues, notamment le français 🇫🇷 et l’anglais 🇬🇧, ce qui facilite vraiment les échanges. 🎮 L’établissement dispose également d’une salle de jeux pour les enfants, idéale pour les familles, ainsi que d’un magnifique spa 🧖‍♀️✨. 🌟 Un excellent établissement que nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour en famille ! The location is good. Not too far from the airport and close to the main sites like Park Guell and Sagrada Família. The breakfast was good. There is everything and kids enjoyed the cereal, pastries, juice and fruit. There are also a few toys in the lobby which they played with when we were waiting for our taxi to arrive. The pool was the highlight and we spent hours there. You get given towels which is great and the staff are friendly and helpful up there. Right next to Westfield so plenty of shops and places to eat.

- The bathroom didn’t feel clean upon arrival. There was a hair and some fluff in the shower. -Check in was 2pm. We arrived at 2:15pm and our room wasn’t ready. We left for dinner and came back after 4 hours and staff were still uming and aring about our room. This is a major issue as loads of people were waiting on each of the days we were there. -The room key stopped working on numerous occasions which we didn’t know until we got up the the 14th floor and had to come all the way back down. -Some staff are friendly, others not so much. -At breakfast there is only 1 black tea which is earl grey. Not even English breakfast. And it’s in a teeny jar. It ran out so I asked if it could be refilled and was told by the staff there wasn’t any left. About 2 mins later someone else asked and the a different staff member refilled it.

Kamers waren schoon. Het zwembad was klein Maar prima te doen. Het zitten rondom is wel comfortabel. Bedden , ligbedden rondom zwembad. Fijne stoelbanken. Het terras is goed bezocht. Verder omgeving hotel ook leuk in de buurt klein winkelcentrum met winkels maar ook restaurantjes waar je lekker kan eten aanrader. Parkeren wat ook goed te doen je kan aan zijkant hotel inrijden naar parkeerplaats van hotel en via de lift kom je in hotel aan. Ontbijt heel goed zeker een aanrader! Lieve personeel ontbijtplek en beveiliging.

De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant. Verder fijn hotel goed bewaakt met beveiliging voor de deur. Het opruimen van de blikjes en bekers bij het zwembad mag vaker snap dat soms druk is maar 1 windje en alles wat leeg is rolt vervolgens over de grond.

Richiesto intervento, avvenuto nel pomeriggio in nostra assenza; veniva risolta la perdita di acqua ma il lavabo al nostro rientro era ancora tappato. Essendo rientrati alle 23.30 era tardi per richieder intervento ulteriore, abbiamo dovuto lavare i denti in doccia. Al check out fatto presente quanto successo, ci è stato comunque richiesto di saldare il conto di 4.50 euro per una bibita consumata in piscina. Questo l’ho ritenuto vergognoso visto l’inconveniente sperimentato. Inoltre non esiste uno spazio per far asciugare i costumi usati in piscina.

El desayuno es muy amplio y variado, solo que fallaron las maquinas para hacer capuchino. La ubicación es muy buena porque tiene lugares de restaurantes cerca que puedes ir caminando, el centro comercial muy cerca, había obras aledañas; pero nos pudimos mover bien.

La recepción a nuestra llegada no fueron cortez, muy tajantes y no pusieron las recamaras juntas como lo había solicitado. nos dio muy mala impresión la recepción. En el bar tardamos 15 min en esperar a que nos atendieran, nos fuimos para pedir servicio a la recamara y fue mas rápido, pero de todos modos tuvimos que subir a pedir las pizzas por que en servicio a cuarto, no las tienen. Ya habíamos estado anteriormente y esta ocasión me decepciono.

Situé à 15 min en voiture du centre ville. Trop cher pour le service proposé car la chambre familiale pour 1 couple et 2 enfants est trop petite. Les enfants ont dormi sur un mini-canapé lit et il n’y a même pas de terrasse à 306€ la nuitée ??? Parking 35€ la nuit !!!

Checked in on time and wasn’t told that there was no hot water in the hotel. Went to my room to shower to have a cold surprise. It’s been 12h and no hot water! They claim they are working on it. As I guest I should have been advise and given an option to move to a different hotel. Rooms also had no blankets, requested several times and nothing. They keep saying to speak with the manager that only will be here tomorrow morning. Don’t waste your time , $ or patience. Come for a drink, food and views at the rooftop and that’s it. Otherwise not worth it at all.

Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel cancelled my reservation without any warning and left me with nowhere to stay. The staff were completely indifferent, made no effort to help, offered no solution, and didn’t even apologize. Especially manager Renata was very disappointing, she was supposed to help but instead she did nothing. Avoid this place if you don’t want to end up stranded without a booking and without any support. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Dining available for all meals. Some bathroom extras available on request. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room, along with iron and ironing board. Excellent air conditioning. Rooftop bar and pool. Courteous reception staff and efficient check in and check out. Taxi stand across the road.

Raised shower recess very slippery. Hotel is trying a bit too hard on green credentials leaving out many bathroom accessories. Only one free bottle of water per stay, instead of per day. Not central for general tourists. Normally the trams run close by but we’re not functioning when we were there.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, largely because of the staff, especially the lady supervisor at reception. What went wrong: Terrible check-in experience: Check-in was delayed by over an hour due to the hotel's power outage and internet failure. I completely understand that technical issues can happen, but there was no empathy or customer care. Guests weren't even offered water while waiting. When I mentioned I had just completed a 10-hour flight, the response was simply, "I understand, but it is what it is." Very poor value for money: For over €360 per night, the room was small and extremely basic. There were no bathrobes or slippers and, surprisingly, there wasn't even a blanket in the room. Having stayed in 4- and 5-star hotels across more than 40 countries, this was a first for me and well below the standard I expected from Novotel. Rude handling of a late checkout request: I was initially told to ask on the morning of checkout. When I did, the lady supervisor immediately said it wasn't possible because the hotel was fully booked—without even checking the system. Only after I reminded her that I had already lost over an hour because of the hotel's technical failure did she reluctantly say she would check with her supervisor and then returned offering just a one-hour extension "because of the experience you had." Her tone throughout was dismissive and rude. I even asked whether the hotel was suddenly no longer fully occupied, but she simply pretended not to understand the question. vebiggest disappointment was the staff. Technical issues can happen at any hotel, but it's the way guests are treated that makes the difference. The reception team—and especially the lady supervisor—turned an inconvenience into a very unpleasant experience. To add to that, the reception was consistently overcrowded with what appeared to be only one desk operating most of the time, leading to long waits. The breakfast was also quite basic and did not justify the premium price paid. I left feeling that this hotel simply does not deliver the level of service or value expected for the price. I would not recommend it.

We booked this hotel on July 21st for same-day check-in while on our way from the airport. At check-in, we realized there was an error in the occupancy on our reservation. The front desk made zero effort to help: no suitable room, no option to add an occupant, no connecting room, and no refund so we could book a hotel that could accommodate our family. The staff were rude and dismissive, not what you'd expect from an Accor property, and definitely not what we needed after a long flight with kids. We had no choice but to book elsewhere at our own expense. Months later, Novotel still refuses to refund a stay they were unwilling to accommodate. Avoid if you're traveling as a family and might need any flexibility whatsoever.

We stayed at this hotel for nearly a week in a family room, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The family room was much smaller than expected and did not feel suitable for a family. The bathroom extractor fan was not working, and the Wi-Fi frequently disconnected throughout our stay. The rooftop swimming pool was also disappointing. It is very small and triangular in shape, and because it was always busy, we never had the opportunity to use it during our entire stay. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast restaurant. Although there was a good variety of food, the tea cups were not clean. This wasn't just one or two cups – many of them were dirty, which was very unhygienic and unpleasant. Overall, we expected much better from Novotel. While there were some positives, the room size, maintenance issues, unreliable Wi-Fi, overcrowded pool, and poor cleanliness at breakfast made our stay disappointing.

We were in Barcelona in June in the middle of a heat wave. The hotel rooms did not have full AC but did appear to have a colling system of some kind which did the job. The room was on the small side for a 'family room' and included a sofa bed and bed instead of two beds, but overall it was fine. The bathroom was a good size, but the sink plug did not work so I simply removed it. Overall the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good. The location is really great, close to public transit and walkable to many sites including the Segrata Familia. There is also a mall with food court across the street and a pharmacy in the adjoining building where we were able to find medicine for the cold that everyone got on our trip! The rooftop pool is great, if a little crowded and people were hogging chairs while they were at the adjoining restaurant having a snack.

I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the pool. Every single day it was overcrowded, with numerous children under the age of 10 screaming, splashing, running around the pool deck, and jumping into the water. Parents were throwing footballs and other balls for the children to catch as they jumped off the deck, despite the hotel’s posted pool rules prohibiting this behavior. It made the pool feel more like an unsupervised playground than a place where guests could relax. The service was also well below what I would expect from a Novotel. Staff responses were consistently slow, and almost every request had to be made multiple times before it was actually fulfilled. I was also surprised that complimentary bottled water was not provided, which is a basic amenity offered by many hotels in this price range. Finally, the bedding was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of enforcement around the pool, poor service, uncomfortable bedding, and missing basic amenities made for a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again unless these issues are addressed.

La recepción fue muy amable es un hotel que está muy preparado para ir con niños. En recepción entregaron unos peluches de regalo y unos libros de actividades de regalo a mis hijas, había unos osos gigantes con los que jugaban. La ubicación es extraordinaria.

40 minutos à espera na recepção para fazer o check-in, quando já tinha feito o check-in online para ser mais rápido. 4 pessoas a atender mas tudo super lento, demoram pelo menos 10 minutos a fazer o check-in de cada cliente, voltam a pedir todos os dados manualmente, inclusive para escrever a morada e contatos num papel em branco! Depois dizem que o sistema é lento, etc. Cheguei ao quarto e o quarto estava apenas feito para 2 quando éramos 4! O sofá cama nem lençóis tinha, nada! Disseram que era fácil estacionar no parque, ficar uma noite num parque horrível foram 35€! A piscina e o rooftop tem uma excelente vista e um espaço envolvente agradável mas aquilo é um pequeno tanque de 10m em triângulo.

Le rooftop pour boire un verre en fin de journée est vraiment sympa, avec une vue imprenable sur la Familia Sagrada. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est top, beaucoup de choix salé et sucré, des fruits frais, nombreux choix de thé et tisanes, et bien plus encore.

Le repas au restaurant en demi-pension a été une véritable déception. Rien n'est cuisiné, tout a été réchauffé. Entrée : Cannelloni sauce aux truffes d'été. Sauce très acide, aucun goût de truffe et farce insipide. Plat : Bacalau mousseline à l'ail. Le poisson minuscule et beaucoup trop cuit, et la mousseline à l'ail de la taille d'une pièce de 50 ct et carbonisée. Les légumes ont sauvés le plat! Dessert : Crème Catalane. Le sketch! Attendu 25 min le dessert pour arrivé encore liquide, on aurait dit une soupe! Tellement liquide que la caramélisation n'a pas marché. Un goût indescriptible, mais clairement rien à voir avec la crème Catalane... Elle 10x meilleure en supermarché, c'est dire! Un conseil, éviter cette option et faites quelques pas pour manger dans les alentours. La piscine au rooftop est minuscule et en triangle, avec de grandes marches tout du long qui empiète grandement sur la piscine déjà très petite. Difficile de profiter en fin de journée tellement il y avait des enfants qui chahutaient dans l'eau.

To get correct invoice from this property was horror. In spite of telling them correct invoice details beforehand, then at the reception in person, we had to send more than 10 messages and e-mails afterwards and it did not come correct even after month of our stay.
