Property advertised as breakfast included. I booked specifically for that convenience as I was traveling with family and elderly parents. But the staff did not honor that. We tried to clarify at check-in but the staff joked and did not give a clear answer. Next morning we were told they changed policy few months ago but didn't update on expedia. Another guest who had stayed earlier that same week were provided free breakfast (based on review they posted). So the staff clearly pick and choose and discriminate against some customers. Staff was also very disrespectful and brushed it off as "too bad so sad". They clearly lack integrity. Also cost me more than expected as I had to make alternative arrangements for breakfast.

A very unique country inn that promotes organic food and farming. Very comfortable rooms.

The room was small but had a full kitchen! It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was very tasty. The farm to table nature ensured the food was fresh and local.

Immaculate accommodations. Lovely garden and grounds. Thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay and would stay longer next time. A very congenial atmosphere and very helpful staff. Bill and Ruth

Our room at the Tree to Me was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The included breakfast was cooked to order and was absolutely delicious!

This was our third stay! The food is great and when the weather was better, we enjoyed walking in the area.

Breakfast is only served from 8am. If you plan to leave earlier than this, there is no option for a bagged breakfast to go. Disappointing. Also I received no response to my message to the property on Expedia even though I boooed three days in advance

Lovely place, spacious, well maintained - suite has queen and 2 x twin beds so great for families. However, depending which side of the hotel your room is traffic noise could be an issue as it is adjacent to the highway. Didn't get much sleep.

It's a nightmare I lived with my family in the property, I lived there for More than a week if I ask for more than a towel in 3 days they aren't happy, they come and shout at you, not welcoming and never cleaned out the room even we stayed more than a week and you have to throw the garbage in the outside bin never experienced such a disgraceful treating, even though we lived more than a week. Restaurant staff are so good. They need more education and training to treat people who live there not living free we pay the bills. Our vacation was totally ruined “Never recommend “this place for a stay. BEWARE of the manager and the housekeeping lady they just want your money and no services. They say a hidden fee for the room cleaning $100. We maintain our room neatly so we don't get charged so be careful.

It is older and needs some updates .No Elevator .No pool and not much to do .It was very clean and staff was nice .The Food in the Restaurant was good and not to expansive.

Absolutely perfect! 10/10 all around. The staff were so friendly and helpful and food could not have been any better - it was perfect. The scotch egg for breakfast was the best breakfast dish i've ever had! i will look forward to staying here again one day and definitely recommend to anyone else especially travels on way east or west looking for a place to stay to break up the journey!

The property was lovely and room was nice and clean. Only thing is they advertise as breakfast included but its $40 credit , so should not mislead people. Though $40 is enough but still its not free.

Very nice place

This was a wonderful spot to spend a few days. The room was clean and really big. We did not plan on cooking but the kitchenette would have made that incredibly easy. The full sized fridge did come in handy though for storing all of our local fruit finds! The Inn is located less than five minutes of the town so shopping is easy and it is less than an hour to Osoyoos, Oliver or Penticton. A particular highlight is the included breakfast. It is delicious and made to order. The chai is exceptional! We also loved to cats who welcomed us back every day. The only things I would suggest to make the room even better would be black-out curtains.

We had both dinner and breakfast at the B&B and, although the menu was somewhat limited, the food was excellent and the staff were wonderful as well. Our room was large, well-equipped, had a comfortable bed and the bonus was the outside deck. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! It's Keremeos's hidden jewel, in my view. The only downside is that there is no elevator so you have to carry everything up stairs to the guest rooms.

BEDS WERE OK FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY. PATIO (ALTHOUGH NOT PRIVATE) WOULD HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL (BEAUTIFUL VIEWS) HAD WE STAYED A FEW DAYS, BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED & WAS OK.

Nice location with a view of the vineyards and orchards. Nice breakfast included for up to 2 people per room.

Check in was easy, staff very friendly. We booked the 2 bedroom/sleeps 6 suite as we had 5 people in our party yet only a random selection of 5 plates, 4 bowls, 3 coffee cups, 2 wine glasses, etc. nothing was a full set for 6 people. Also & unfortunately it was 28 C outside & our room A/C wasn’t working & there was someone else’s underwear left in the closet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The room was amazing, staff was wonderful and the views incredible. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We will definitely be back and won't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Had a pleasant stay. Ideal location to stay in wine country; way better than staying in Penticton.

Our family of five was very comfortable

We have stayed here a few times and are always impressed and happy with the accommodations and the breakfasts offered. Such a lovely, quiet location, and easy to get to Penticton, OK Falls and other areas.

Loved the large fridge, freezer, stove with all the amenities you would need—just like a furnished mini-apartment. It was especially convenient as we have a two-day trip home so we were able to cool down the fruit, refreeze the cooler packs and repack our cooler for our trip home. Staff are hospitable, breakfasts are generous and unique with local organic produce and meats. The stay was above and beyond what we expected and we would not hesitate to come back and stay longer our next trip into the Okanagan. We are so pleased we happened upon this gem!

Located a short distance from town, adjacent to the road to Penticton, on a quiet side street which is good for walking along. The restaurant is excellent, so no need to go elsewhere for dinner or breakfast.

Tree To Me Inn was incredible and such a hidden gem. The views were beautiful, check-in was easy, and the food was genuinely delicious. It’s only a 35 minute drive to Penticton or Osoyoos! Definitely a great place to stay. Can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay - the room was clean and cool (the weather was very hot). The atmosphere was friendly and quiet. We particularly enjoyed breakfast. Riley was the only waitress on site and she was friendly, competent and informative in spite of the fact that she was busy. She gave us information regarding how to best use our time while visiting the area. Thank you.

The Tree to Me In is lovely. The room was nice, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen. Our only complaint is that there is a sun lamp in the ceiling so the room gradually brightens as the sun rises. (It looks like a regular light in the ceiling, but has no switch!) So it’s not great if you’re looking to sleep in past sunrise, say for example, on a rare night away from the responsibilities of parenting! It would have been helpful if we were informed about the light upon check-in, as I spent a long time searching for a switch to turn it off… I would also recommend a cover that could be placed on the ceiling to block the light.

The breakfast included is terrific! The staff are attentive and the building is quiet. Next time I will confirm that I am on the ‘deck’ side of the building and not the highway! This is a long weekend go to location because it’s an easy drive almost anywhere!

I had a great stay and place was very clean and spacious. The mountain view from bedroom windows are really amazing. We had one of the best brunch in their in house restaurant.

Good location. Clean and comfortable. It would help if there were laundry facilities for guests. Nearest laundromat is in Penticton.

We really liked our two bedroom suite. It had lots of thoughtful touches and was quite comfortable. We didn’t see that there were room darkening roller shades and thought there were just the light curtains provided so we woke up early with the sun. That was our own mistake but I note it here in case someone else misses seeing them too! In the bistro, my husband said that the food was delicious and he rather enjoyed his meal. Unfortunately, while they do offer gluten-free options, they can’t do Celiac-safe level of gluten-free. My daughter and I made do with our own food upstairs in our suite. I do recommend this place — I would have liked to have stayed longer than our one night but we needed to get home.

Property was nice. Staff was rude and not understanding. Waited 2 hours to check in. Called the “after hours” line 10 times texted finally at 1030 we got let into our room. I asked if we could have a late check out the women didn’t hesitate to tell me no that’s not possible. She didn’t apologize. Expedia also didn’t help or understand the situations just continued to ask to be out on hold for 3-5 minutes 5-6 times. Anyways bed was comfy

Our second time here. Fabulous view from our room with a balcony. Bed OK, clean but furnishings need some TLC to keep prices this high. Staff is amazing, breakfast delicious and its central to alot of things to do.. will be back.

A great hotel and a fabulous little bistro. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night this visit but our experience has definitely made us want to plan a longer visit. I love that this is farmer-owned as opposed to a big corporate hotel.

Mattress was amazing! The included breakfast was anything off the regular menu. The bread is homemade. Who does that?

This is my second stay here for a reason! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the location is amazing. Looking out at the farm is really nice, and the free breakfast was a surprising and delicious surprise. My only issue was that I arrived after staff left and my key card didn’t work. That said, I called the after hours number and the situation was very quickly rectified.

As organic farm

It was nice and clean, only wanted to enjoy the quietness in the afternoon and was met with noise from fellas working the orchard.

Tree To Me Inn is our favorite spot in the Similkameen Valley to stop, rest and enjoy a lovely breakfast, clean comfortable room, and the most goregous views of mountains you will never forget!

I love this place and the fact that breakfast is included is so lovely. We stayed on a Monday night and there aren't many food options opened in Keremeos. The rooms have kitchens and we just picked something up from the grocery store and had the best night in. Not to mention that it is super affordable. If you are planning on skiing at Apex, its super easy to get to and from the mountain from here.

What a gem! Lovely, clean and spacious rooms with kitchens. Breakfast for 2 included. Delicious gourmet food with loads of local wines, ciders, beer. We will definitely be back.

I will come again and again, the best in town

Stayed previously. On regular route to Rossland. Would not switch or move booking to another date after an unexpected change. Would not swap the included 2x$20 breakfast in the AM for lunch the day of… so ended up stranding everything. Instead of getting a customer for the next two ski trips this year and recommendations for our friends, for the “inconvenience” of providing us lunch instead of breakfast, we are now always staying at Klippers.

Best option in the area

The suite was very well stocked with kitchen ware, glassware, etc. Cable and wifi worked great. Staff was friendly and responsive.

The highway can get a bit loud when in the room but otherwise its cozy.

Everything was excellent. And the morning breakfast was great too. Only thing I would mention is the tub is a little slippery and a bath mat for inside the tub would be nice. Thanks for the great stay!
