Second floor accommodations only, with stair only access. May be difficult for those with mobility concerns. Next to working farm so expect noise during the day, but excellent produce and prices at on site location

Newly built and very clean. Pretty little garden and view of orchard from window. Located next to fruit stand and Indian Food restaurant so options for food. Keremeos is full of fruit stands, wineries, cideries and is fun to explore and stock up for the winter. A quiet and relaxing stay.

Not a place to stay if you have mobility issues. Entrance to rooms is through lobby, up a flight of stairs and along a corridor. No coffee making facilities in room. Coffee machines, muffins and (of course) fresh fruit provided in lobby downstairs. One dollar sized soap provided but no other 'extras'. Bed good for someone who likes firm mattress.

The motel was easy to find, spotlessly clean, and my late check in was graciously handled by staff. My room was large, dark and quiet. A perfect place to stop for a restful sleep during a long drive.

The grounds were constantly being watered so couldn't use outdoor table. Fruit was very under-ripe.

WiFi speed was slow. Was disconnected many times on PC and on the Roku TV. We were unable to watch the Roku TV due to being disconnected every 10 or 15 minutes.

Very clean and well maintained, friendly staff. Having the coffee, muffins and fruit as a snack to get the day started in the morning was a nice bonus.

Issues with the wifi cutting out from time to time. Staff were responsive and tried to help, but the issue was not resolved before checkout.

Location was convenient, right on the highway. We did not need a meal this time, but there is a wonderful restaurant right beside the motel. Check-in was easy and we liked the spaciousness of the room.

This is "built-in" to the structure, but having to haul our luggage up the stairs was not ideal. The building feels a little odd--we suspect it is a converted barn. However it is mostly comfortable.

Good location for us.

Location is right between a cidery and an Indian market. Great options for food and drink! Front counter person (Melody) was new, but did a great job making us feel welcome and had a great sense of humour. Place has been updated nicely. Coffee was available in the lobby.

Very nice place, clean, nice size room. The queen bed was comfortable.

Well this not best place to go if your a senior. Every room upstairs, no elevator, or chair lift. Only two straight up flight of stairs.

The room was large, with a beautiful view of the mountains.

It was bright and clean. Located in a great area. Our room was spotless. The staff that I met was lovely and fresh fruit was provided in the morning which was nice.

I didn't like that we had to call a phone number to get someone to come to the front desk and then wait 10 minutes for them to come. Also my bed was not very comfortable and extremely squeaky.

Wi fi for the TV and my phone constantly buffered at the back of the motel and was unusable. It was not immediately apparent that all rooms are on the second floor, which may be a problem for the mobility impaired. The room was very small.

Everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. Directed us to a wonderful restaurant for dinner. The room was huge and the cleanest motel I've been in. I will definitely be staying there again as I take motorcycle trips all around BC.

Lobby was well equipped and accessible with coffee, tea and water. Fridge had delicious muffins and fresh local fruit … nice surprise . Very clean and welcoming. Nice areas to sit with family and friends both inside and out. Well done !

The stairs ! I’m 82 but had lots of younger family members to watch over me and carry my stuff upstairs to my room!

Close to Indian restaurant, fruit stand with treats and cold drinks. Shared fridge and kitchen on site with some dishes, if needed.

Room was Large. Nice area to sit outside.

Bed was uncomfortable. No spare pillows (only 2) for King bed. Continental breakfast was meager. Too hot to walk to any restaurant. Very few staff at front desk however if you found someone, they were friendly. The write up said Luxury. This it is not. No blow dryer in the room, but a bid down the hall. No cable box. All wifi share including security cameras.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice they offfered coffee, muffins and fruit for breakfast.

The A/C unit cycled too frequently and was very noisy. It didn't offer a continous fan mode.

We like the fact that the kitchen area was well stocked, had fresh fruit in the fridge muffins every morning, coffee and tea, real cream and was very homie. The staff were very accommodating.

The TV channels were a little hard to understand and figure out. It looked like you had to have a Roku account in order to watch TV. We were unable to watch the World Cup soccer and the Blue Jays games. It would’ve been nice to have regular TV instead of what what they offered.

Staff was exceptional! Went out of their way to help get the room ready when I arrived a bit early.

Had a very nice experience here. The room itself was very comfortable - had the one with a table and two chairs (and sofa) - table was a real bonus! The bathroom/shower was clean and in good condition. The small fridge was great and even has a freezer which we used.! Note: all rooms are on the 2nd floor - no elevator. Loved that fresh fruit and muffins were available upon arrival and for breakfast. The cherries and apples were delicious!!!!! There was also complimentary tea/coffee 24/7 which was greatly appreciated - loved the Jasmine tea! The staff were friendly and helpful - easy to contact by phone when not at the front desk. The motel is right next to their Samosa Gardens restaurant plus their fruit stand. Had a nice meal there. Great to have it so close! Also nearby was the Lass Chance cidery - great cider tastings there and also has food options!

Small things to note: the bed is sagging a bit in the middle which made it less comfortable but overall was pretty good. The carpet in the room has a very faint odor but was OK.

Couldn’t close my blind all the way down, so had to get changed in the washroom.

Too many stairs.

Three seniors on motorcycles enjoyed staff and everything about the facility except the steps with our luggage. Would stay there again, not sure if any suites on ground level.

The motel promised a quiet room and they delivered it, 100%. This was the most important consideration for me, so I was very pleased.

Very convenient location and set back from the road far enough that there was no traffic noise. Very clean and with a friendly staff. In a peaceful farming area and a perfect overnight stop for us on our trip.

Orchard view is accurate because my early wake up was a tractor working in the orchard. I guess it should have been expected in the spring at a working farm…

Staff were friendly, location is super easy to access and there’s a restaurant right on site. The rooms are very large and have been redone, especially the bathrooms. Bed was comfortable.

Building is old so the sound proofing isn’t the greatest but otherwise no problems.

No ground floor rooms. 20 stairs to the main floor.

The staff were helpful - taking one of the visitors suitcase up the stairs as he had a recent knee operation. Having a restaurant right next door is a bonus and one person had take-out pizza that was excellent. Liked the picnic tables and chairs for visiting with people who are staying at the motel. Continental breakfast was correct for the circumstances, muffins, cherries, tea and coffee.

Whiles clean and airy, the rooms are all on the second floor and I know it's probably not doable but an elevator or lift would be helpful. I believe that a lift that holds 2 people could be attached to the wall at the bottom of the stairs and people could get off on the upper hallway landing.

We did not expect coffee and muffin in the morning provided by hotel but it was really nice. We appreciated them and fruits offered to us.

All rooms are on the second floor without elevator which was difficult for my elderly mom but staff helped us to bring our baggage and my mom.

The room and hallways were a little bit dark. Muffins in the morning were a little stale and fruit could have been a bit better quality, considering fresh fruit was everywhere! Not a big deal though. We'd stay there again if passing through.
