Great location and easy walking distance to everything

The stair wells were uninviting.

Really good location & lots of storage space for cases.

This was the single worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in any hotel or motel. There is some sort of huge AC unit behind a cupboard and despite us turning the AC off at the wall, this machine kept going all night. It was like sleeping on a highway - the constant drone and clicking from it was unbearable and kept me and my husband awake most of the night. Also - the smart TV doesn’t work so we had to stream from our phone. Not the end of the world but really not ideal.

It was very clean, the beds were great, the kitchen was clean as well. I would definitely stay here again if im in Revelstoke.

Minor complaint but it was annoying. The kitchen table is very wobbly, should be replaced. Also the plugger in the master bedroom sink won't stay down so you can fill the sink for a shave.

We hadden een suite op de begane grond en daardoor veel inkijk. Er was een rolgordijn, maar daardoor werd het binnen erg donker. Misschien kunnen zender nog wat aan doen, B.V. in between gordijnen hangen.

De Keuken apparatuur was luxueus en reusachtig ingericht. Het bed was van super groot formaat. Auto stond naast de voordeur (wij hadden daarvoor wel de beneden verdieping). Je kon zo wel voor als achteruit in het appartement.

Daar in tegen was de keuken inventaris uiterst summier 2 lepels+2 vorkjes+2 messen 2 borden en zo voort......!!! Van wege de airco konden de ramen niet open, iets wat op de lange duur het appartement niet lucht-fris maakt.

Convenient to the downtown, quiet and family friendly. We were just passing through but this would be a good choice for a young family to choose and stay for a few days.

For seniors like us the ground floor would have been better since there is no elevator but we made it up and down okay.

We liked how new and well kept the suite was. We liked how it was a little apartment and you could have privacy, but also an area to get together. Location was great. The suite was very well laid out with very nice appliances and decor. Everything was very neat and clean.

The unit was exactly aa represented on the website. It was clean and the soap products were great. The messaging was easy through text when we had an issue with the unit.

Some damage to the primary room bathroom door impacted our ability to have bathroom privacy. The hide-a-bed was uncomfortable and a full linen set was not provided.

Fantastic amenities and in the middle of all the cafes and shops in Revelstoke. Great value!

Sehr kleine Zimmer. Gepäck muss auf dem Gang deponiert werden. Küchenausstattung, speziell die Pfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Handtücher waren nicht wirklich sauber und auch der Boden war noch voller Haate. Achtung: kein Lift vorhanden.

Sehr schöne, saubere, gut ausgestattet und noch fast neue Wohnung. Parkplätze am Objekt vorhanden. Buchung und Kommunikation ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage in der Downtown Revelstoke mit vielen kleinen Cafés, Lokalen und Geschäften in direkter Nähe zur Wohnung.

Le code d'entrée ne marchait pas, j'ai eu des frais pour appeler le service client avec mon opérateur étranger sans succès, j'ai du aller dans un accueil d'hôtel pour avoir le code: aucune excuse de la part du personnel....( Après avoir conduit toute la journée...)

Check in was very simple, they text me the key code the day before I arrived. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 full baths and a half bath. No need to fight for shower. The apartment was very clean and looks new. Kitchen was well equipped. There was washer dryer in the unit as well. There are two hot tubs in the top floor under a roof with no windows. Unfortunately, we had no time to soak in the hot tub.

It's a two level unit, it's tiring to go up and down the stairs. The sinks in the master bathroom and the bathroom upstairs are too small, there's no room for tooth brush or anything at all. The shelf in the master bathroom is too high and far away from the sink, very inconvinent. Our unit is on the second floor, if we are in the living room/kitchen which is upstairs, we have to go two flights of stairs to get to the car.

Top locatie, super schoon

The fixed and automated 4pm check-in time is not convenient for anyone arriving by shuttle or bus. Unless you arrive just a few minutes before 4, you are forced to wait outside in a parking lot until exactly 4pm, as there is no reception area or reception staff. Supposedly there is assistance available from the reception staff at another hotel, but my request for early check-in was rebuffed in a perfunctory text message from the staff there, even though my room was clearly ready. I would not choose to stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable with everything you need for overnight or a week lo g stay. Perfect location.

Perfect location in the town centre with free parking. Easy to access from the highway. Very well equipped self catering units if self catering is your thing. Many great cafes and restaurants within minutes walk. Right opposite the excellent Spilt Milk cafe for that early morning latte and pastry.

Spotlights in the ceiling in the lounge area. No floor lights or table lights provided to allow a softer light setting when in the room eating or watching TV.

We've stayed at Basecamp before and have always enjoyed our stay. This particular unit felt like it was generally clean, but was starting to show signs of needing a deeper clean like pink scum building up around sink drains and shower silicone. Nothing major, but something we noticed. Also, the microwave seemed to be disconnected and would not turn on and the TV would not connect to the wifi. Also, this was our first time staying at the Basecamp suites in Revelstoke. Last time we stayed at the Basecamp Resorts. Parking was FULL and it would have been helpful to have some instructions on where we are allowed to park so we don't get ticketed. Also, the entrance to the second floor was difficult to find and was not easy to notice the signs. If instructions could be texted ahead of time for this location for future guests, I think that will make it easer to find the stairwell. We were happy with our stay overall and wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks!

Great location, good for private/independent travelers, new and very clean, great kitchen, climate control was excellent in very hot weather, comfy bed.

Requested room without connecting door but they weren't able to provide, people next door are too easy to hear, though it was only a problem for a couple nights of our stay. The sink in the washroom is oddly small and especially awkward for a tall guest.

Great location and a nice modern room

AC was not working properly. The room was 27C when we arrived and the AC was turned off! When we turned it on, the operation was so inefficient the room only cooled to 25C by morning. The GuestService Agent attempted to assist but the solution provided by Maintenence ( they did not come to the room in person) did not work.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Good amenities within the suite.

Main floor windows facing the street need frosting half way up so you can open the blinds to have natural light while still maintaining privacy. Frosting and zebra blinds would be a better option.

The location is incredible and situated within walking distance of everything you can imagine - the town square, bars, pub directly opposite, cafe directly opposite, you name it this place has it. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in, we actually turned it into a game to find something unclean and there was literally nothing. Faultless display by the housekeeping team!

We only stayed for one night however the property was without fault for that stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and worked. The only complaint would be that we received a slightly accusatory message the following morning that suggested we’d taken a mug and would be billed, when we did no such thing. However this was quickly resolved.

On the heart of the town. Easy checkin, clean, comfortable. Good coffee shop for breakfast right across the road. Kitchen had everything we needed but also a few steps away from restaurants. Though the unit we had was on the main strip, it was quiet.

Had an amazing stay!!! The layout of the 3 bedroom apartment suite is so fun and it's so modern. Very clean. Beds are incredibly comfy.

Room was too hot on arrival haha but AC worked and cooled it off reasonably quickly!

It’s a unique and beautiful place to stay . We really liked it

The place was clean and comfortable. The living area was huge and included a pull-out couch that can accommodate an extra 2 people. There is also a full kitchen and washer and dryer that makes everything convenient. Also, the shampoo smells divine (rosemary mint).

There is a flight of stairs to get up to the place so not the best choice for those who struggle with stairs.

A lovely clean and very spacious unit. Full kitchen and roomy living area. Fabulous area within walking distance of downtown Revelstoke. We would definitely recommend.

Parking right outside and location.

Too bright in room and noises keeping us up all night. Water being run from other units can be heard running through pipes in the wall. Also th ac when on had a clicking sound that would not go away and intermittent. We had to turn on the stove fan to create white noise. We were exhausted and would easily sleep anywhere which goes to show how distracting the environment was.

It was a lovely place right in the center of town and easy access to the shops and restaurants. Checking was all online and easy.

It’s just too spacious, more than enough space for 4 people. The location excellent, you can basically see the small city on foot, no need to take out your car. Also, the check in process was smooth even without no front desk.

TV setup. The telco carrier’s interface to the TV kept freezing (not the property’s fault). The movie kept freezing, then the dreaded round and round circle while it would try to play. Sometimes a power reset on the device would fix it. Sometimes not. Stayed at the property 2 times, 5 days apart. Each time was a different room but with the same problem. Come on guys, it’s 2026. The carrier’s equipment acts like an old dial up modem.

Spacious accommodation with everything you would have at home. Very comfortable. We were two male friends travelling together to meet up with others. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was approximately 900 sq. ft. on two levels. In addition to two bedrooms were 2 1/2 bathrooms, full kitchen with new full sized appliances including washer and dryer. Well equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you could want.

The floors were quite dirty, our socks were black from walking around. There was a feeling of general lack of cleanliness in the main area. We also had issues having food out in the kitchen as there were many ants

Great place! Travelling with husband and 11 year old. Extended stay for a day immediately after arrival as perfect for a ‘chill out’ day amid a lot of travel and great set up for my husband to do an early work call without us all being on top of each other (unit is 2 floors). Spilt Milk across the street for coffee and delicious tacos the next block over and great bookstore. Comfy beds, fabulous view from 2nd floor and a stove for our morning oatmeal :-) My 11 year old says it is the best WiFi he’s had in Canada! Staff was very easy/fast to communicate with when we wanted to book another night. Wish they had a Basecamp in Jasper as we are headed there next.

Not an issue for us but there isn’t an elevator so if you can’t carry your luggage up a flight a stairs make sure you are in a ground floor unit.

The location was excellent. The challenge was keeping our space tidy as there is no where to hang or store clothes.

Lack of responsibility of the staff. TV was not working. I called the staff and they promised to send someone to fix it. Nobody showed up. No response at all. Place is very good. Two gents who were working there also very nice and professional. However, if something goes wrong, may God help you

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. An excellent nights sleep ! Unit was very clean and well appointed. Loved the hot tub.

I didn’t like the fact that one of the studio doors opened straight onto the street. The only window in the unit - also looked out onto the street. Not giving much privacy.

Que no tenga front desk! Se me hizo difícil acceder al código para el check in ya que el wifi te lo dan una vez que haces el check in. Y si viajas desde otro país como yo y ni tenes roaming, no está muy bien pensada esa parte! Debería ser wifi abierto como para poder tener acceso a internet y hacer el check in.
